The LIVE The Outbound Life podcast is an incredibly engaging and inspiring show hosted by brothers Kody and Kyler. With a wide variety of guests, they create fascinating discussions that delve into personal stories and journeys. Their ability to connect with their guests and ask thought-provoking questions is truly impressive. I love the passion and enthusiasm they bring to each interview, as well as the diversity of individuals they feature on the podcast.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the level of creativity and storytelling that Kody and Kyler bring to each episode. They have a knack for weaving together compelling narratives that captivate listeners from start to finish. It's refreshing to hear from such a wide range of guests, from creatives to entrepreneurs, who all share their own unique perspectives and experiences. The interviews are intelligent, thought-provoking, and often leave you feeling motivated and inspired.

Another great aspect of this podcast is the genuine connection that Kody and Kyler form with their guests. They have a natural ability to make their guests feel comfortable and open up about their personal journeys. This creates a sense of authenticity in each episode, allowing listeners to really get to know the person being interviewed on a deeper level. Whether it's discussing challenges, successes, or lessons learned, Kody and Kyler have a way of eliciting honest responses that make for truly engaging conversations.

In terms of drawbacks, it can sometimes feel like certain episodes lack structure or organization. While the free-flowing nature of the interviews can be enjoyable, there are moments where it feels like there could be more focus or direction in the conversation. Additionally, while Kody and Kyler are undoubtedly talented interviewers, there are times when they may interrupt or talk over their guests unintentionally. This can occasionally disrupt the flow of the conversation.

In conclusion, The LIVE The Outbound Life podcast is an incredibly inspirational show filled with captivating conversations with a wide range of guests. Kody and Kyler's ability to connect with their guests and ask thought-provoking questions is commendable, and the stories shared on the podcast are truly inspiring. While there may be moments where the structure of episodes could be tighter, overall, this podcast is a must-listen for anyone looking for motivation, creativity, and personal growth.

Van's channel has been my favorite thing on YouTube ever since its launch, which my friends can attest to as I've forced all of them to watch his content. Bert Kreisher is quoted as saying there's no one like Van in the world, and compared his level of genius to the likes of Dave Chapelle. It's hard to put Van Neistat in a box. He is what happens when poetry, philosophy, filmmaking, and craftsmanship intersect. Given the choice between a fully pimped out MacBook pro and a typewriter, he chooses the typewriter every time. He's a “repair it” instead of “replace it” sorta guy, and his hand made approach to life leaks into everything he does. He and his brother, Casey, wrote, directed, and starred in the HBO show, The Neistat Brothers. They started vlogging before vlogging was a thing. After their tv show, Casey and Van took separate paths. Casey went on to pioneer vlogging as we know it today YouTube, and Van continued to build his filmmaking career working on projects with the illustrious contemporary artist Tom Sachs. He also directed a feature film, and has worked on many other notable projects. One year ago, Van pulled back the curtain on his otherwise mostly private life, and launched his own YouTube channel, The Spirited Man. Casey introduced Van as his favorite YouTuber as Van does not watch YouTube, making his work one of a kind and original. Van has since gained millions of views, and coined a filmmaking style he calls the industrial essay film. His videos feel custom, explore a wide variety of profound life lessons, and have a way of unlocking the spiritedness most of us lose when we grow up.
