Josie Keys discusses energies of the divine masculine and feminine with host Bonnie Burkert.Josie Keys is a facilitator of Divine Feminine Embodiment and Igniter of the Flame of Mary Magdalene. She is deeply engaged in the rising wave of this energy as it re-emerges on the Earth plane. Through the practice of Tantric Belly Dance, Josie helps us shift the old paradigm of shutting down and disconnecting the feminine and grounding into our bodies the empowered, luscious, fertile expressions of God/Goddess that we were always meant to be—beautiful manifestations of life force in human form.Josie started on the devotional path in Los Angeles in 1999 when she was guided to meet Ammachi, the hugging saint, Sri Param, a visiting Tantric Priest, and Suzanne Shakti Copeland, who became her Tantric Belly Dance teacher - all in the same year. She was a student of all three for over a decade and became a lineage holder of Tantric dance when her teacher retired.A natural seeker, Josie grew up in Australia, has traveled all over the world, and currently resides in Venice, California. She started as a photographer, filmmaker, and graphic designer, engaged in a regular 5 rhythms dance practice for 15 years, and now embraces and embodies the Divine Mother in all aspects of Her Creative Expression. She has been teaching nationally and internationally since 2012.Josie is passionate about the urgent and fundamental need all of us have to consciously activate the Divine Feminine in our lives. She knows this is just as essential for us, as it is for this beloved planet Earth that we call home.https://www.tantricalchemy.com/wildbloomHost Bonnie Burkert melds the worlds of media and higher consciousness, sharing tools for transformation to find our highest truth and live our brightest life. https://www.instagram.com/yogi_bon/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/truth-be-told-paranormal--3589860/support.

To kick off Elixir Wizards Season 13, The Creator's Lab, we're joined by Zach Daniel, the creator of Igniter and the Ash framework. Zach joins hosts Owen Bickford and Charles Suggs to discuss the mechanics and aspirations of his latest brainchild, Igniter—a code generation and project patching framework designed to revolutionize the Elixir development experience. Igniter isn't just about generating code; it's about generating smarter code. By leveraging tools like Sourcerer and Rewrite, Igniter allows developers to modify source code and batch updates by directly interacting with Elixir's AST instead of regex patching. This approach streamlines new project setup and package installations and enhances overall workflow. They also discuss the strategic implications of Igniter for the broader Elixir community. Zach hopes Igniter will foster a more interconnected and efficient ecosystem that attracts new developers to Elixir and caters to the evolving needs of seasoned Elixir engineers. Topics discussed in this episode: Advanced package installation and code generation improve the developer experience Scripting and staging techniques streamline project updates Innovative methods for smoother installation processes in Elixir packages High-level tools apply direct patches to source code Progressive feature additions simplify the mix phx.new experience Chaining installers and composing tasks for more efficient project setup Continuous improvement in developer experiences to boost Elixir adoption Encourage listeners to collaborate by sharing code generation patterns Introduction of a new mix task aimed at removing the "unless" keyword in preparation for Elixir 1.18 You can learn more in the upcoming book "Building Web Applications with Ash Framework" by Zach and Rebecca Links mentioned: https://smartlogic.io/ https://alembic.com.au/blog/igniter-rethinking-code-generation-with-project-patching https://hexdocs.pm/igniter/readme.html https://github.com/ash-project/igniter https://www.zachdaniel.dev/p/serialization-is-the-secret https://www.zachdaniel.dev/p/welcome-to-my-substack https://ash-hq.org/ https://hexdocs.pm/sourceror/readme.html https://smartlogic.io/podcast/elixir-wizards/s10-e09-hugo-lucas-future-of-elixir-community/ https://github.com/hrzndhrn/rewrite https://github.com/zachdaniel https://github.com/liveshowy/webauthn_components https://hexdocs.pm/elixir/Regex.html https://github.com/msaraiva/vscode-surface https://github.com/swoosh/swoosh https://github.com/erlef/oidcc https://alembic.com.au/ https://www.zachdaniel.dev/ Special Guest: Zach Daniel.

After being incarcerated at age 20, Meshell Baker realized that the people who stay out of jail work and launched her career in sales. In this episode, Meshell shares some of her tips for working in sales including the power of positive energy and placing the focus of a sales call on what the person you are trying to sell to needs, rather than what you want to sell them. Meshell also talks about her recent and upcoming speaking engagements, how PR has helped her and building her personal brand. 4:36 – Meshell talks about how her career in sales began. 11:55 – Meshell shares how positivity helps people working in sales and marketing. 14:57 – Meshell describes imposter syndrome. 19:01 – Meshell explains that in sales you want to prepare to have a call about the person you are trying to sell to and why doing this is so important. 25:14 – Meshell talks about her keynote speaking engagements, focusing on women working in male-dominated industries. 27:13 – Meshell explains how she has benefited from public relations. 28:37 – Meshell describes how she has built a strong personal brand. 31:35 – Meshell shares some resources that have helped her. Quote “It is on the marketer or the seller to leave that person better off because when they are ready to make the purchase or make the decision, you will come top of mind. Now, if you try to cajole and connive and convince them right there on the spot and you try to manipulate the situation... What people really don't understand about the power of positivity is that we are emotional creatures and what you evoke in that person when you are trying to manipulate, they know it. They don't understand why they don't necessarily connect with you or why there are red flags going off, but internally they have been exposed to your disingenuousness. Positivity is just the impact. I always say positivity is a direct path to profits.” – Meshell Baker, Chief Confidence Igniter Links: Listen to Episode 235 with Kris Kelso to learn more about imposter syndrome. I don't know about you, but there are days I wake up and I'm feeling like I can just kill it. I'm on top of the world. And there are other days where self-doubt creeps in. As we speak right now, Zeke Elliott is being released from the Cowboys. Think about that. Even a guy who's been at the top of his game probably has self-doubt right now. He could use a dose of our next speaker and guest, Meshell Baker. She's the Chief Confidence Igniter.

You deserve to be happy. You deserve to feel confident that God is doing what He promises He will do in your life without having to earn blessings. I was so wrong about prayer. I thought it was begging God for help and then proving to him that I was good enough to get his help. Wow I was so wrong. That's the wrong way to pray. Instead, I learned prayer is more of an IGNITER, to what God already promises in our life, and he just wants us to BELIEVE and DECLARE it over our life. This is the prayer to say with me to experience more happiness and feel more confident no matter what you are facing! Jeannette talks to TEDs Speaker, entrepreneur, public speaking coach and self-professed "igniter" of ideas and motivations - Dan Ram - a man responsible for global startups, and hosting events featuring the likes of Barack Obama, Sir Richard Branson and Reid Hoffman. Dan discusses the power of immersing yourself within the uncertain from time to time, why curiosity is the key to unlocking potential, and how to reframe setbacks as lessons so as to unlock learning potential at all times. KEY TAKEAWAYS We all need to step outside of our comfort zones and enter uncertainty in order to push ourselves to see what's possible. You can't embrace opportunity if you wait for it to come to you. It's useful to adopt the mindset of a child from time to time, in that we need to embrace the power of exploration, and say yes to things that might lead us in new directions. Be curious! Failure is never the end of any endeavour. It merely teaches us about the right way to succeed at something. Reframe failure as a lesson, and your success rate with increase exponentially. Everything in life can be seen either as a hindrance or an ignition. The key to framing them in a positive way is you. BEST MOMENTS 'You need to receive and give. You need to immerse yourself in what's uncertain' 'Adapting and reinventing is an important part of being brave and bold and brilliant' 'There's nothing you can say that would scare or intimidate me. I'm all curiosity' 'Don't be afraid to try, because it's okay to fail' This is the perfect time to get focused on what YOU want to really achieve in your business, career, and life. It's never too late to be BRAVE and BOLD and unlock your inner BRILLIANCE.
