Episode SummaryWelcome to The No Cap Health Show, a weekly podcast where Dr. Brian Boxer Wachler uses his decades of experience in medicine and ability as an expert researcher to provide a light- hearted approach and share health trends popular on TikTok. In this episode, Dr. Brian continues his discussion with astronomer Dylan O'Donnell on today's topic: Dinosaurs, Humans, and What's Next for Us? How does the moon benefit Earth? How fragile is human existence on Earth? What can you do if you'd like to get involved in backyard astronomy? Find out in today's episode! If you're enjoying the show, we'd love it if you leave the show a Rating & Review at https://ratethispodcast.com/NoCap (RateThisPodcast.com/NoCap). Key Takeaways01:06 – Dr. Brian takes a moment to promote a film that he was a producer on, Holky: The Steven Holcomb Story and encourages listeners to stream it free on Indieflix 02:29 – How the moon benefits Earth 06:45 – Dylan speaks to his affinity for nebula 08:08 – Advice for beginners looking to get involved in backyard astronomy 11:17 – Dr. Brian speaks to the vulnerability and fragility of life on Earth 13:47 – Dr. Brian teases the final part of his conversation with Dylan and encourages listeners to check out the movie Holky: The Steven Holcomb Story Tweetable Quotes“If, just hypothetically speaking, the moon disappeared tomorrow, it would cause our food systems to collapse. It would cause the tides to be completely disrupted. There would be no more gravitational pull on the inside of the Earth which would then affect the movements of the plates of the Earth.” (04:41) (Dylan) “Can we confirm at this point, Dylan, that the moon is, in fact, not made of cheese? The moon is made primarily of basalt. And we know this because we went and got on the moon and picked up some of these rocks and could actually look at them.” (05:05) (Dr. Brian & Dylan) “We're relatively recent visitors on Earth compared to other life forms, which have been here for hundreds and hundreds of millions of years. We never really think about it but we take it for granted. If it wasn't for the dinosaurs being extinct, we probably wouldn't be here.” (09:43) (Dr. Brian) Resources MentionedDM Dr. Brian your questions and we will respond back with answers - https://v.cameo.com/F5MH0Hglnmb (https://v.cameo.com/F5MH0Hglnmb) https://www.boxerwachler.com/ (Dr. Brian's Website) https://www.tiktok.com/@brianboxerwachlermd? The word means to uncover to make visible or make knownGod has revealed His wrath as well as His righteousness (v. 17) from heaven in the gospel.53 As Paul would explain, the unfolding of history also reveals God's hatred toward sin and His judgment of sin. The moral devolution of humanity is not just a natural consequence of man's sinning but also a result of God's judgment of sinners. The final judgment of sin will occur in the end times, but already God is pouring out His wrath against sin to a lesser degree (cf. Eph. 5:6; Col. 3:6). Paul described wrath as revealed from heaven because it comes from God who is in heaven. "God's wrath is his divine displeasure with sin. We call it 'wrath' because it shares certain basic characteristics of human wrath. But because it is God's wrath it can have none of the sinful qualities of its human counterpart.God has two ways he reveals his wrath1.    Indirectly through natural consequences of violating his moral lawGalatians 6:7 -92.    Directly through his personal intervention or his decisive changing of events so that a price is paid for sin·         The sentence passed on Adam and Eve·         Sodom and GomorrahDeuteronomy 29:23  ·         The Flood2 Peter 2:5   The wrath of abandonment which is removing all restraint and letting people go to their sinsPsalms 81:11 This is what God is doing in this section of scripture:The wrath of God is revealed againstThe sinfulness of man 1st in Ungodliness which is a lack of respect, devotion and true worship of God2ndly in Unrighteousness which is a result of Ungodliness means injustice toward other human beingsThat is, their sinful transgressions against God and their corrupted behavior exhibited within human relationships. In short, all of human life is polluted with sin. We see it in any attitude or action that is not loving. Together these two words show humankind's failure to love God and other people as we should, which are our two greatest responsibilities (Deut. 6:5; Lev. 19:18; Matt. 22:37-39). Verses 19-27 demonstrate man's ungodliness, and verses 28-32 show his wickedness. The "truth" refers to truth that people know about God (cf. v. 25). They suppress this truth by their wickedness.Further, people suppress or hinder the truth  by their unrighteousness Here “unrighteousness” is not so much a general reference to the way in which they suppress the truth, but a reference to the sinful acts themselves which are used to hold the truth from one's sight. Nothing could be more futile than to think that we can extinguish or destroy the truth through the means of sin. In the end, all

For students? - NYTBill Gates, founder of Microsoft, made this observation last year when he said students need a pen to be able to interact with a tablet in a school setting. Mr. Gates said that the iPad is good for reading, but not necessarily creating.Others are thinking about it. What if Apple were to make a stylus for the iPad that also was a recording device like the Livescribe pen?Or better, imagine your professor talks and it’s all auto-transcribed to your iPad.6) Technology and Schools: Should We Add More or Pull the Plug? - HuffPost - Laurie David is the author of The Family Dinner. We recognize that there is tremendous value in technology and learning, and are by no means advocating abstinence. But we need to be cautious about plugging our kids in more, pushing them into an even greater dependence on electronics. We need balance that stems from understanding that more isn't necessarily better.7) Tree octopus exposes internet illiteracy mySA Most students “simply have very little in the way of critical evaluation skills,” Leu said. “They may tell you they don’t believe everything they read on the Internet, but they do.”Main Topic: Rushton Hurley from NextVista.org Permalink | Leave a comment  »

In Open Source Projekten kommen weitere Faktoren hinzu.
