(el-Mebsût) Şayet kameri aylara göre iki ay peş peşe oruç tutsa ve iki kameri ayın sayısı altmış günü bulmazsa keffareti sahih olur. Keffaret oruçları kâmil oruç olarak mükellefin zimmetinde sabit olduklarından aralarına oruç tutulması yasak olan bayram günleri girecek olursa tekrar yeniden keffaret tutması gerekecektir. Zira bayram günlerinde tutulan oruçlar nakıs oruçlardır. (Tebyinu'l Hakâik) Keffareti edâ eden kişi özürlü veya özürsüz olarak keffaret tuttuğu günler arasında oruç tutmayı bir gün terk edecek olursa yeniden keffaret tutması gerekecektir. Bu hükümden kadınların aybaşı olmalarından dolayı oruç tutamama durumları istisna edilmiştir.
