On this episode of The Just Cruzing Podcast: Chargers v Texans Steelers v Ravens Packers v Eagles Commanders v Bucs and my predictions and some break down of the teams.

I have tried to make sense of these fires and how they started but it just doesn't click for me. These are my takes and opinions on these fires. I don't think this was a natural disaster but arson. I think of Lahina when I think about these fires. Let me know in comments below what you think. I pray for those affected and hope they are able to rebuild their homes and lives. God be with the animals and guide them to safety.

What a great week to come back to. This week and moving forward every game is a playoff game, if we want to make the playoffs which I think we totally can, the division is closer than people think and a loong season ahead. I love this roster we are young but we need to execute in the red area, if we convert we wouldn't be in this position. But we are in it, and I think this is a great matchup we have to be able to build some confidence for the younger guys. The Raiders offense isn't the scariest and is trying to find its way still. I love this matchup its a huge opportunity. Lets Rush the QB and get home!! The big thing to understand is that you and I, are human at the end of the day. The emotions that we feel are because we are looking at them in a negative view instead of a positive and I am guilty of it as well. I've been a bit off lately and I have to see it as an opportunity of growth. As hard as it may seem seeing things through a positive lens will help you understand that's not to say that you won't feel the impacts of those outcomes, but remember its about the journey not the results... However, that is easier said than done at during some instances on our journeys. On this episode I go into my own state of mind, what I'm aware of in my own life and how I have fallen, yet using my tools that have helped me get this far is what I reflect on to encourage and motive me to press on! Nonetheless, it felt great to be over looking the ocean its so beautiful, its my home away from for sure. It brings me peace. I talk about the Bee Eater Birds in Africa and how they catch breakfast lunch and dinner... its quite awesome! Also about the enormous BULL BUFFALO who weights more than 5 Lions, but the Lions are hungry. Wildebeests and how they always chase the Rain, but will never truly catch it, but benefit from the chasing such an elusive annual occurrence. Politics is an odd bedfellow especially when you're cruzing through Iowa.  

Sysense started doing this type of thing when he was sixteen and was having a very difficult time in his life and was contemplating taking his life. He remembers walking into a dance club in Houston, Tx and hearing The Smith’s – How Soon Is Now and watching the people on the dance floor react and move to what the Dj was doing. Sysense was amazed at how much fun the people were having and seeing the smiles that were across their faces. At that moment Sysense knew what he wanted to do .He wanted to make people happy and have them forget their problems even if for just a little while. Sysense went out and bought turntables, some records, and started teaching him self how to blend the songs together. Sysense knew nothing about what I was doing and could not beat-match to save his life. Thankfully, he had met a Dj that took him under his wing and began teaching him the basics of beat-matching, blending, and the proper use of a mixer. Sysense then started listening to mix tapes of other Dj’s to get more of a understanding of what was happening and the journey they were trying to convey through music. Sysense remembers that he would practice all the time, recording everything that he did on whatever medium there was available at that time, tape machine, reel to reel, and the old trusty VCR, which was his favorite recording method of them all. This allowed him to hear the good along with bad (and there was more bad then good) and to hone his skills even more. Sysense was now ready to take his message to the masses and let them be part of his journey. He started playing live at a little bar/club that had a small but loyal following of electronic music. The people were very forgiving of his mistakes and allowed Sysense the room to grow his skills even more. Sysense started doing this type of thing when he was sixteen and was having a very difficult time in his life and was contemplating taking his life. He remembers walking into a dance club in Houston, Tx and hearing The Smith’s – How Soon Is Now and watching the people on the dance floor react and move to what the Dj was doing. Sysense was amazed at how much fun the people were having and seeing the smiles that were across their faces. At that moment Sysense knew what he wanted to do .He wanted to make people happy and have them forget their problems even if for just a little while. Sysense went out and bought turntables, some records, and started teaching him self how to blend the songs together. Sysense knew nothing about what I was doing and could not beat-match to save his life. Thankfully, he had met a Dj that took him under his wing and began teaching him the basics of beat-matching, blending, and the proper use of a mixer. Sysense then started listening to mix tapes of other Dj’s to get more of a understanding of what was happening and the journey they were trying to convey through music. Sysense remembers that he would practice all the time, recording everything that he did on whatever medium there was available at that time, tape machine, reel to reel, and the old trusty VCR, which was his favorite recording method of them all. This allowed him to hear the good along with bad (and there was more bad then good) and to hone his skills even more. Sysense was now ready to take his message to the masses and let them be part of his journey. He started playing live at a little bar/club that had a small but loyal following of electronic music. The people were very forgiving of his mistakes and allowed Sysense the room to grow his skills even more.
