Montenegro usou um "fundo soberano" sem petróleo para abafar o desaire laboral. No congresso "amador", entre bancos e festas, sobrou a manobra política para entrar no BCP. É fumo?See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend! I'm looking forward to sharing with you some of our community's questions that have come in over the past few weeks… Bernice: Hi Doc, First, thank you so much for your podcast. I absolutely love it! My favorite day is Friday. I always enjoy hearing about the research and new products. I learned about psyllium husk on your podcast and I have been taking it every day. I wanted to ask you about Zen Basil. Is this something that we should also consider taking as well as a fiber source? It looks like there are 15 grams per serving! Thanks so much!! Bernice Genel: Hi Dr. Cabral, thank you for your work. About 5 years ago I had tuberculosis and long-term treatment. Since then I've had ongoing issues: persistent joint pain and unstable weight. I struggle to gain weight and often lose it without clear reason. Recent labs showed elevated rheumatoid factor (147.6 IU/mL), high ESR (38), and slightly low hemoglobin, suggesting inflammation or rheumatoid arthritis. I currently take DNS, Omega-3, and D3. What additional supplements could help lower inflammation and support recovery? I live outside the US and can order supplements, but EquiLife support said lab results cannot be processed from my country. I don't want to make the detox cause I don't want to lose the little weight I have. What protocol can I follow? Thank you again for your guidance. Katherine: Hi Doc. Thank you for all you do in helping all of us. I was looking into get a vibration plate and was wondering which one you would recommend. To date, I didn't find one on your resource page or previous podcast. Would you consider recommending one in the future? Thank you! Eli: Hi, Dr. Cabral, I feel like I can't get ahold of my appetite, both behaviorally and physiologically. I also deal with a huge amount of food noise. I notice when I eat a large breakfast, say from a restaurant, I can go basically the entire day without eating. Is it OK to flip meals - dinner for breakfast, regular lunch, and breakfast for dinner? Are there any studies or positive impacts of doing so? Why don't more health professionals talk about this type of practice? It seems as if it would be good for people. I'm desperate to try anything for my appetite and food noise problem. Thank you so much for answering my question! Sheena: Hi Dr. C! hope you and your team are well. I'm a 46 year old female experiencing peri-menopause symptoms. My endocrinologist prescribed me birth control pills to help alleviate some of the symptoms which helped for about 8 mths only but now I'm considering HRT. I purchased the Big 5 and want to know if I need to come off BCP for accurate results? If so, how long should I be off before testing? If not, will I need to notify labs in advance? If I'm on HRT, will my results be accurate for Stress Mood test? And my last question, when doing the Detox, am I allowed to take herbal tinctures? (I take tintures daily to support my adrenals and liver). Will that cancel out the effectiveness of the FM and AYU pills? Thx in advance! You are the BEST! Send us Fan MailQuiet failures are the ones that scare me most, and enterprise AI creates a brand-new way for them to spread. If a chatbot becomes the “trusted employee” everyone relies on, a slow drip of bad documents, outdated procedures, or deliberately manipulated data can poison decisions for months without a single red flag. We break down what that looks like in real organizations, why it differs from the Hollywood version of a hack, and how the business impact shows up as confident misinformation rather than obvious outages. We also dig into the difference between data poisoning (deliberate manipulation) and data pollution (accidental garbage at scale), then connect it to retrieval augmented generation (RAG). RAG is powerful because it answers from your internal knowledge base, but that same knowledge base becomes the attack surface and the “source of truth” the model won't question. I share practical steps you can take right now: audit what your AI actually trusts, map the full AI contact surface across workflows and repositories, treat the AI pipeline like an untrusted vendor, and assign a named owner for accuracy and security. Then we shift into CISSP Domain 1 practice with exam-style questions that force real trade-offs: using annual loss expectancy (ALE) to recommend a risk treatment to the board, applying NIST RMF guidance even when controls are inherited through FedRAMP, handling an ethics dilemma under the ISC2 Code of Ethics, spotting the biggest BCP gap when RTO and RPO targets collide with backup frequency, and explaining why HIPAA compliance does not automatically equal GDPR compliance for EU citizen data.If you're studying for the CISSP or you're building security controls around AI and cloud systems, this one is built to sharpen both your judgement and your test readiness. Subscribe, share this with a friend who's deploying AI internally, and leave a quick review so more CISSP candidates can find the show.Gain exclusive access to 360 FREE CISSP Practice Questions at FreeCISSPQuestions.com and have them delivered directly to your inbox! Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows! This is where we answer our community's wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track! Check out today's questions: Sheena: Hi Dr C! Hope you and your team are well. I'm 45 yo and currently on low dose birth control pill to help control the severe perimenopause symptoms I was experiencing. It has REALLY helped which I am thankful for. Obviously I know I cant be on it forever, but the thought of going off and going through all the symptoms is so scary to me. I also know being on the BCP will mask when I'm actually in menopause. Do you have a suggestion as to how I can find out? Is it possible to figure out while on the pill? As instructed by my endocrinologist, I take the pill for 42 day straight, stop for 4 and start again. Could I test my fsh during that 4 Anonymous: Hi Dr. Cabral - I'm hoping you can help me. I keep hearing people say organic doesn't really matter because they're still able to spray the produce with some level of herbicides. Can you help me understand what they could be talking about and confirm that organic is definitely better/ worth the cost? Thanks for all you do! Sierra: Hello Dr. Cabral. My father and four of his kids have chronically low Alk Phos. We have tried supplementing (Zinc, mag, Vit C, DNS, Omegas, etc) for years without any improvement. We are leaning into thinking its a genetic issue (hypophosphotasia). My father has had significant blood calcification, bow legged, bad teeth. Do you have any knowledge on genetically low alk phos, and how to increase our levels or adjust nutrients to help offset issues from low levels of alkphos? We do live fairly healthy, active lives. We do qtrly detoxes, we work to empty our "rain barrel", but is there any other advice you can give us? We would love to figure out how to navigate this. Thank you! day break and be able to tell? Hope this makes sense. Looking forward to your suggestion. Thanks! Adam: Hello, I've noticed during the winter months, I get more symptoms, especially thyroid related issues (dry skin, cold extremities). During the summer, these are substantially less pronounced. I've ran the Stress Mood and Metabolism test (during FEBruary), TSH 2.5, Free T3-3.8, Free T4-1.5, normal cortisol all day, low DHEAS, but are there any specific interventions I can do during the winter months to support my body? Warmer denser foods, different types of exercises, certain supplements etc? Thank you. Desiree: Hi Dr. Cabral, My husband and I are planning to start trying for a baby this June. We are prepping starting now with 3 week detox, followed by heavy metal and parasite detoxes. I will follow that with 3 months of prenatal vitamins. Are there any male specific supplements that improve sperm health and male fertility? Like prenatal supplements but for men. Thanks!
