In today's episode Emily is talking about the best way to help others. There are so many ways to help but it's important to remember that it is not your responsibility to save or fix people. Instead, all you need to do is be a non judgmental loving space for them. Sometimes all we need is to know we're not alone. There's also small ways you can be of service to those that need help. Run an errand for them, cook them something they love to eat, or just tell them they are doing an amazing job. Being an example to them or leading the way so they can witness what is produced by taking the actions you are taking every day. Maybe just a little peek into what we are doing will give them the spark they need to make the changes they desire. If you have someone in your life that is really needing help, this episode will give you ways to do so! In this episode we talk about: Help others always but it is not your job to rescue them Set an example for them to witness the kinds of changes they too can make You can't save the world, start with one person at a time Your impact can have a snowball affect Our experiences whether good or bad, can be used for good Today is the LAST day to celebrate Cured Nutrition's 5th Birthday with these amazing discounts! She shares a story about her Monday, which was yesterday if you're listening in real time, and how she was feeling so off and things were just not going her way at all. Her day started off with having car problems that resulted in her needing to have her car towed and was given a rental car. In that moment she had two choices. She could either be angry that everything was going wrong, or choose to be in control of her emotions and have a perspective shift and find the good in the cruddy situation. In today's episode, Emily first goes over a few announcements such as an upcoming Alphalete launch and her trip to Summer Smash is coming up! Next, she is talking about vulnerability. Why is it so difficult for a lot of us to be vulnerable? For whatever reason, we may struggle with opening up about things that we feel we need to hide, which can make us feel guilt or shame. The thing with shame is, if you keep it hidden it only grows. It requires vulnerability in order to get rid of guilt or shame or other struggles you are experiencing. She's also talking about not letting fear stop you from showing up. Having courage to be vulnerable allows you to open up and earn trust with whomever you choose to open up to. In today's solo episode, Emily is asking what does your heart desire? She posed this question to her Instagram followers and received so many amazing responses. She followed up with what do you think is holding you back from having that? Emily wants to help guide you on how to process through these types of questions and how you can gain clarity on them. She said a lot of the responses were people desiring peace in their lives. She explains you have to identify what it is that's disturbing your peace in the first place. Maybe for you it's the news, or social media. The solution can be as simple as turning off the TV, cutting back on social media or even unfollowing a specific person that disturbs your peace. It comes down to making changes and creating healthy boundaries for yourself. Maybe what your heart desires is something that seems more difficult to grasp or it's so far away that it doesn't seem possible. Whatever your heart's desires are, you have to make it a priority. You have to know that it is possible but that it comes down to you choosing to take action every day in order to get there. If you want to make more money, get healthy, move to another city, start a business, get married and build a family, you can absolutely have those things. It is going to require you to have an abundance mindset and the discipline to continue to push through the hard times. Right now, CURED is extending an exclusive offer to you, my listeners. One activity that the attendees participated in was a Wim Hof breath work course, followed by an ice bath. The ladies share their thoughts going into this part of the weekend, where their mindset was and how they felt afterwards. Both the ladies express that they are typically more on the shy side but that the event made it very easy to open up, be vulnerable and share what was on their hearts to build connections with each other. It is clear that all the attendees built a very special bond with each other and we are all so excited for the next chance to get together. In today's Monday Message, Emily is honoring the women and men of the United States military. She is talking about how some of us can take our freedoms for granted. It is so important to reground yourself in gratitude and knowing that freedom does come at a cost and many have lost their lives for us to have the freedom we have. Because we have freedom, we have the opportunity to be better. We have the ability to choose every day to do something that will change our lives or the lives of others for the better. Today, families and friends are mourning the loss of someone they loved who sacrificed their life for us to have the opportunity to pursue the desires of our hearts, the business we want to build, the family we want to create. We at the Evolve With Emily podcast are forever grateful for those who have sacrificed their lives for the people of our country and for those who continue to fight every single day to protect our freedom. In today's episode, Emily suggests that you identify the things in your life that are making you numb. We've allowed technology and society to steal our attention and focus. We aren't connecting as much with each other in person as we used to. Instead we're connecting with a screen. You may not realize you are numbing yourself. You may not realize that you're not being your full self. It's time to identify these things, turn them off, even for a moment and be present. Sit with yourself and awaken the parts of yourself that you have numbed for so long. What are the desires of your heart? What are your dreams? Are you on autopilot? Stop numbing yourself and be brave enough to feel. That's today's message. Right now, CURED is extending an exclusive offer to you, my listeners. In today's episode, Emily is kindly reminding you to recharge your battery. We are all energy. However, if we are constantly giving our energy away without recharging ourselves, we won't be operating at our best. It's so important to recognize when you start to give more energy than you're really even able to because that can cause unnecessary stress in your life. You must fill your cup back up after pouring into others. When you pour from a full cup, things are so much more enjoyable and easy. Sometimes it's just 10 minutes sitting in the sunlight. Maybe it's half on hour of reading. Whatever energizes your soul, do more of that. Seek to create a balance between our input and output. Identify where in your life you can receive more input in order to be the best version of you and recharge your battery. That's today's message. In today's episode, Emily is talking about cherishing every moment you are gifted. Too often, we are looking for these big achievements or experiences in our lives, however, those moments do not happen very often. The truth is, every single day, every emotion, everything we go through are important moments that are a part of the bigger journey. Even the days that we experience the bad or negative things, those shape us just as much as the positive things, if not more. Shift your perspective from looking for the mountain top moments and cherish every single day you are gifted. You are living in your destiny right now, this very second. Try to not focus solely on the big moments you dream about and be fully present in your journey of getting there. Let go of that anxiousness of not knowing when it's coming. Sit in stillness and be mindful of the moments you are in right now. Take time to be in the present instead of focusing so much on your future. We are not guaranteed tomorrow. We only have the very moment we are in. So cherish that moment. That's today's message. Right now, CURED is extending an exclusive offer to you, my listeners. Trish explains that after doing 75 Hard she felt that joining Emily's Evolve X 90 Day program was the next natural step for her. She shares that something that really helped her with goal setting was to start with smaller goals. Once you achieve them, you can add more but not overdo it to the point of feeling overwhelmed. She explains that going to the gym routinely for the 90 days seemed almost impossible but that she would revert to gratitude in order to get her workouts in. She says we don't know if we have tomorrow, so be thankful for what you can do, seize the day and do what you can. You don't want to miss hearing her journey of evolving in this episode! In today's episode, Emily is asking, "how do you show up when things are less than ideal?" The true testament of strength is in the difficult moments of life. The moments when you want to give up. It's not when your routine is perfect and you're kicking ass. What do you do in moments of failure or when you miss the mark? How do you show up on your bad days? How do you respond to life throwing you a curve ball? If you're not showing up for yourself on the hard or bad days, you can't expect to reach the goals you have set for yourself. On those days, you still need to aim for excellence. Even just 1% better than yesterday is better than nothing. Look for the smallest way you can make your day just 1% better. One bad moment does not equal a bad day. It is your decision to allow it to become a bad day. Let that moment be temporary, process it and move on. That's today's message. Emily is doing a series with past clients to allow them to share their personal growth journey of evolving. Each client has a very different experience and we are so honored to be sharing some of them. Amanda is from Georgia and is a wife and mom of 2. She is a business owner of a small chain automotive repair shop in Georgia as well as South Carolina. She also shares how she suffered imposter syndrome due to being in a male dominant industry. She felt she'd be judged on whether she could be a leader in this industry. It also affected her as a mother and as a body builder. She discusses that her confidence level grew 100% through the program and how her life has changed immensly. Listen to hear all the ways her life was impacted by the changes she made during and after the program. In today's episode, Emily is talking about who you are allowing access to you and at what cost. Sometimes we give people access to us that don't deserve it. You may find yourself in this pattern over and over, but you don't feel you should be in this situation. However, YOU are the common denominator. What is your part in this? You are allowing people access to you when they have proven that they don't deserve it. You are allowing and tolerating their behavior even though you don't like it. You will continue to get hurt or feel drained if you don't cut these people out of your life. It is not your job to change them. Clear out the space and energy inside of your mind by cutting off access to you from the people who don't deserve it. That's today's message.
