In today's episode Emily is talking about the best way to help others. There are so many ways to help but it's important to remember that it is not your responsibility to save or fix people. Instead, all you need to do is be a non judgmental loving space for them. Sometimes all we need is to know we're not alone. There's also small ways you can be of service to those that need help. Run an errand for them, cook them something they love to eat, or just tell them they are doing an amazing job. Being an example to them or leading the way so they can witness what is produced by taking the actions you are taking every day. Maybe just a little peek into what we are doing will give them the spark they need to make the changes they desire. If you have someone in your life that is really needing help, this episode will give you ways to do so!   In this episode we talk about: Help others always but it is not your job to rescue them Set an example for them to witness the kinds of changes they too can make You can't save the world, start with one person at a time Your impact can have a snowball affect  Our experiences whether good or bad, can be used for good    Today is the LAST day to celebrate Cured Nutrition's 5th Birthday with these amazing discounts! Her day started off with having car problems that resulted in her needing to have her car towed and was given a rental car. In that moment she had two choices. She could either be angry that everything was going wrong, or choose to be in control of her emotions and have a perspective shift and find the good in the cruddy situation. You have the ability to make the choice to surrender to the situation and allow it to flow through you and not completely ruin your day. Listen to this episode to find out exactly how to do it.   In this episode we talk about: Emily shares about a day she had where nothing went her way Deciding how you are going to react in the bad/hard moments Having the ability to shift your perspective in every situation to see them for what they really are Did you really have a bad day or was it just an off day?  How your day goes is completely up to you.
