It also boosts individual project credits up to 35% for productions in L.A. The vote follows a flood of support from over 100,000 industry workers and strong backing from lawmakers. Experts warn spring brings heightened risk across the southern Plains and Gulf Coast, especially in drought-hit areas and regions impacted by Hurricane Helene.
