Early on in life, we hear adults talking about money. A lot of times, well most of the time, it was about not having enough. Having to work hard, day after day to make ends meet. We start having our own conversations about money, what we want to buy, where we want to live, you know all the "important stuff". We heard the conversations and we had the conversations but did we really listen to the answers our money gave us? Sounds crazy but money does talk and most of the conversations we have keep us broke. It's time to break the cycle and Chella Diaz, Money Mindset Coach, is here to help. Chella became curious about money when she was 9 years old. She didn't let the conversations she heard influence her, buying her first car on her own at the age of 17. Chella took time to study the habits of the wealthy, changing the conversation she had with money. By the age of 23, she was able to buy her very first home. She continued to study, sharing that knowledge with anyone who would listen. She now coaches others on how to do the same so they can live a life of abundance. So tune in to Let's Coach as Chella shares some of her techniques and strategies with you.

With over 20 years in the banking and finance industry, Chella witnessed the struggles and misinformation many people had regarding a basic understanding of money management. She is dedicated to teaching and equipping individuals with skills to empower them to take control of their financial future. This is truly a conversation about money where Chella and I discuss our relationship with money. We talk about aspects you can change to free yourself from debt and begin to create an abundant and wealthy lifestyle. But once you have the man or woman you dreamed about, how do keep the sparks flying? There are so many factors influencing our children to grow up faster and experience things in life much sooner then we may have had to. In many cases they are getting direction from the media, friends and video games that may not be providing the guidance needed to truly grow into productive members of society and to live amazing, fulfilling lives. Men once had a certain to role to play in society, one that some believe is slowly fading away as they fall victim to the challenges life places in front of them. Every boy should become a man. Age does not make one a man. How he chooses to live his life and the decisions he makes – that becomes the measure of a man. The path to manhood is one that should be carefully navigated but many stumble along the way. Instead he stayed strong in his faith using his pain and experiences for victory. His book, “Onward to Manhood: Establishing Godly Masculinity” serves as a blueprint that lays the foundation for the journey to manhood. Disability does not mean failure.... Being told your child has a disability can be shocking news. Parents experience a range of emotions - confusion, anger, fear, shame, etc. They need to learn a new way of life, making adjustments and navigating through what can be viewed as a uncooperative bureaucratic process. In the midst of all of this one may forget that each child is endowed with the traits and skills needed to perform their unique life purpose; even individuals with disabilities. The challenge becomes finding these traits and unlocking that potential. Ancient wisdom says, “Teach each child according to his method and way of learning." This weeks guest, Sharon R. Saroff, M.S.Ed. is the founder of SEDRA, Special Education Disabilities Resources & Advocacy, with a mission to help individuals with disabilities find their potential and meet with success. SEDRA helps families and school districts work together to help children get the services they need and to “level the playing field” so that children with special needs find success. Sharon, Special Education Consultant, Parent Advocate, and Speaker with over 20 years experience, offers a unique perspective having grown up with a learning disability and as the mother of two children with disabilities. Special education is not just her passion, it is her life. Join Mark and Carolyn as Sharon talks about her journey and shares tips and strategies to help children with disabilities lead a happy and successful life.
