Everything worth while is uphill. If it was easy, everyone would do it or have it or be it. On Easter Sunday we look how Jesus was living "On Assignment" so you could live on assignment.
Jesus lived His life "On Assignment." When you live this way, you live in a such a way that your perspective in all that you do is based upon your assignment.
The Angels of the Almighty God are always On Assignment to help Destinies and to carry out the will of God.There are many amazing stories of angels visiting to rescue God's children at difficult times. It's important you understand that angels are not to be worshipped also you never can tell the angel God will dispatch to your situation.calling specific names of angels to come to your rescue is not right. ANGELS: Hebrew 1:14 states clearly Are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve for the sake of those who are to inherit salvation. So God sends them to serve his purpose. Remember it's written he shall command his angels ,bible did not say an angel but angels ,that gives me assurance of at least a minimum of 2 ANGELS ON standby on duty for your sake. For every one demon charging against you 2 ANGELS are on duty as your body guards in Jesus name. in this dispensation of time, angels are very much on duty to deliver and rescue God's children. Angels asigned to destiny delivered Daniel, when plots and conspiracies came up against him and he was thrown into the den of lions. In Daniel 10:2-14 Daniel fasted for twenty-one days, an angel of destiny came as an emissary to deliver a message to Daniel. The Prince of Persia resisted the angel until an arch angel, Michael was sent to help the angel.. Also In another scenario Peter was miraculously delivered from prison by an angel of destiny a night before Herod had planned to kill him. At another time Angel Gabriel was sent to go and deliver a message to Mary about the baby child she was to bring forth was a destiny helper. 2 kings 19:35 And it came to pass on a certain night that the angel of the LORD went out, and killed in the camp of the Assyrians one hundred and eighty-five thousand; and when people arose early in the morning, there were the corpses—all dead 185 thousand soldiers wasted by one angel within few hours.what a super speed and power. Bible gives more insight for our understanding. Psalm 34:7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Exodus 23:20 Behold, I send an angel before you to guard you on the way and to bring you to the place that I have prepared Hebrews 13:2 Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. Child of God be careful how you treat strangers .be good ,kind and show hospitality always. Now I pray with you .Let your amen be very loud and clear. In the name of Jesus .every battle confronting this hear, and listener let the host of heaven arise and fight for you in Jesus name.

This morning I heard Holy Spirit say: "Don't Doubt!" Lately, the Lord has been instructing me to go back to previous conversations He and I have had. When I put "doubt" in the search at On Assignment by God, an episode from January 22, 2020 entitled Always With You! This was one of my first audio blogs and it humbled me to hear it. Y'all I was using a voice recorder app because I didn't have any other podcasting method yet. Matter of fact, I didn't even know I would be PODCASTING. I just knew the Lord gave me the assignment to make an audio version of the blog. Let this be an encouragement to you today...GET THE ASSIGNMENT DONE! Don't wait on perfection. Don't wait on perfect tools. Don't wait. Just use what you have and obey God. Andy Fraser was originial member and bassist for the band Free, who were formed in 1968. He was just 15 years old at the time. He wrote the mega-hit "All Right Now" for the band and also "Every Kinda People" that Robert Palmer recorded in 1978. Andy was also briefly in John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers group. Ray White, multi-award winning program director, reached back in CAT's archives to retrieve our interview with Andy from March of 2010, 5-years before his passing, to share insights from his musical career. Andy's last album was titled On Assignment. In our showcase segment we feature two monster bands - Def Leppard whose latest project is Diamond Star Halos and Red Hot Chili Peppers who released Unlimited Love in April of 2022. Tributes and rock's greatest bands - a super mix on the CAT!
This week we return to the classroom as they go On Assignment for the 1979 self-titled release by New England. This time our teacher is Dennis Talbott from the Ages of Rock podcast. If you don't know, Ages of Rock is a fantastic music discussion show that you should check out. Dennis has plenty of reasons why he assigned us this record. He bought it as a new release and has since purchased over 20 copies! Say what?! Would we feel the same enthusiasm for this album as Dennis? You'll have to listen and find out! We give each song an A-F grade as well.New England featured band leader guitarist/vocalist John Fannon, drummer Hirsh Gardner, bassist Gary Shea and keyboardist Jimmy Waldo. The group was best known for the song "Don't Ever Wanna Lose Ya", which received heavy radio exposure on Album-oriented rock (AOR) stations and reached the US Top 40 in 1979. "Hello, Hello, Hello" also received some airplay. The quartet formed in the Boston area and was discovered by manager Bill Aucoin, who also managed Kiss. Paul Stanley helped produce the debut album along with producer Mike "Clay" Stone, best known for his work with Queen and Asia. Guitarist and vocalist John Fannon was the leader of the band. The group had a live stint supporting Kiss, but New England slid between the cracks of other Aucoin projects. The group's success stalled when their label Infinity Records was absorbed by its parent company, MCA Records.Gardner, Waldo, and Shea would go on to work with a then-unknown Vincent Cusano on a project dubbed Warrior before disbanding due to Cusano being brought into the KISS fold to replace guitarist Ace Frehley. NPR's Laura Sullivan reveals the surprising twists and turns behind her 2022 duPont-award winning Planet Money piece, “Waste Land.” Stowed in boxes of old lobbying documents in private family homes, away from public view, Laura finds out that the oil and gas industry knew all along that plastic recycling would never work – a revelation that led her down a winding road of reporting that she details in this first episode of On Assignment's Season 15.
This week we debut a new theme with On Assignment for the Marvelous 3 album 'Ready Sex Go.' Here's how it works. Each time, we seek out a fellow podcaster that we respect to assign us an album to review. We give the album several spins, in our own time, and then reconvene with our guest and grade the album on a A-F scale; going track by track through the album. For this inaugural edition of On Assignment, we're joined by Jay Scott of The Hook Rocks podcast. As a fellow Pantheon network member, Jay's show has steadily climbed in popularity and regularly produces great episodes for the musically obsessed as well as fantastic interviews. We asked Jay to assign us an album that he loves and he chose the third, and final, Marvelous 3 album 'Ready Sex Go.' Released in 2000, the album completely flew under the radar of most rock fans despite getting modest airplay with the single 'Sugarbuzz.' In this episode everyone shares their memories of Marvelous 3, how they discovered the music, and their links to Butch Walker's solo material and Southgang. We, then, go through all the tracks from 'Ready Sex Go' and give our thoughts as well as our letter grades. This album is loaded from front to back with power pop rock greatness. The hooks, the melodies, the production, the playing and more are highlighted. If you haven't checked out Marvelous 3, Southgang, or Butch Walker's solo material, we highly recommend you do so. So, what do YOU think? Did we pass the assignment? What letter grades would you give these songs? Let us know in the comments. In our latest episode of On Assignment, Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. and duPont juror Mark Whitaker reflect on the lessons learned from Gates’ 2020 duPont-winning documentary series Reconstruction: America After the Civil War.
