Einen Dean gibt es nicht, einen David schon: David Baumgartner ist der Gründer der Gastro-Kette, die gesundes Fast Food an Bahnhöfen, in Innenstädten und Einkaufszentren anbietet. Die Idee dazu kam ihm während einer Weltreise – heute gibt es bereits über 160 Filialen. Im OMR Podcast spricht der Dean&David-Gründer über ambitionierte Wachstumspläne, seine größten Fehlentscheidungen, seine Investments in Startups und darüber, wie er einmal von eigenen Mitarbeitern im großen Stil betrogen wurde.

In SWR Aktuell verrät sie ihr absolutes Lieblings-Resteessen: "Das sind angebratene Knödelscheiben, egal ob Kartoffel- oder Semmelknödel. Mit Zwiebel und Ei und eventuell noch etwas Bratenresten und Gemüse. Das kann man alles in eine Pfanne tun und anbraten." An Resteverwertung schon beim Einkaufen denken Damit ist dann auch gleich Platz im Kühlschrank für den Silvestereinkauf. Natürlich kann man aber auch gleich bei Planung und Einkauf darauf achten, dass nicht zu viel übrigbleibt. "Der Klassiker wäre, nicht hungrig einkaufen gehen. Die Planung auch mindestens noch einmal einen Tag sacken lassen. Vielleicht hat man auch schon einmal was Ähnliches gekocht und kann sich noch an Menge und Personenzahl erinnern." Ein weiterer Tipp: bei der Auswahl der Gerichte etwas wählen, das sich gut weiterverwerten lässt. "Ich finde Karotten super, denn die kann man als Salat raspeln oder als Gemüse hinzugeben. Genauso sind Äpfel ein frischer Snack und ein leckeres Dessert." Und beides hält sich gut verpackt und gekühlt wochenlang. "Für Weihnachten passt auch Rotkohl im Glas. Der hält sich ungeöffnet Monate und wenn man zu wenig hat, kann ihn dann doch schnell aufmachen", sagt Anna Dandekar im Gespräch mit SWR Aktuell-Moderator Sebastian Felser.

As orações devem ser feitas em momentos concretos do dia, que não correspondem a horas, mas sim a etapas do curso do Sol. Consistem na recitação de um conjunto de versículos do Alcorão, num ciclo de posições (em pé, curvado, de joelhos, prostrado e sentado) a que se chama de rakca (ou genuflexão); o número de genuflexões varia de acordo com a oração do dia. Nesta bela história sobre comunidade, família e aceitação, um menino chamado Muhammad recebe um tapete especial para o salá no seu sétimo aniversário. Sete é a idade em que as crianças muçulmanas são incentivadas a rezar, e Muhammad está determinado a fazer todas as cinco orações diárias na hora certa.
