Damit ihnen danach nichts wirklich schwer im Magen liegt – hier die 7 Nogo's. Und da geht's hauptsächlich um Kombinationen, die ihre Verdauungsorgane nicht vertragen. 1. Eier und Fisch. Einzeln ja – zusammen schwer verdaulich. 2. Käse und Tomaten. Das ist hart für alle Pizza-Fans. 3. Käse und Kartoffeln – tschüß, Raclette. Liegt eh schwer im Magen.4. Linsen und Rotwein. Klar, das schmeckt zusammen – aber die Tannine im Rotwein hemmen die Aufnahme von natürlichem Eisen – in den Linsen reichlich enthalten. 5. Salate mit fettfreiem Dressing. Klingt erst mal schlank und gesund. Aber Fett ist notwendig, damit Vitamine gut aufgenommen werden können und der Salat nicht nur gesund aussieht, sondern auch gesund ist. Es sollte nicht allzu schwer sein, diese 5 Tipps zu beherzigen. Damit Weihnachten leicht wird, ist natürlich auch Bewegung an der frischen Luft angesagt. Und: nicht so üppig ist immer gut. Der wahre Genuss liegt in der Beschränkung. Und jetzt wird's wirklich hart: Nein, Schnaps hilft nicht wirklich bei der Verdauung; er verzögert sie sogar, da der Alkohol die Magenmuskulatur entspannt und so den Transport des Speisebreis verlangsamt, obwohl das angenehme Gefühl durch die Muskelentspannung einsetzt. Der Mythos vom Verdauungsschnaps hält sich, weil die betäubende Wirkung des Alkohols das Völlegefühl überlagert, aber stattdessen sind Bewegung (wie ein Spaziergang) oder Kräutertees (Fenchel, Anis, Kümmel) deutlich effektiver, um die Verdauung anzukurbeln. Consistem na recitação de um conjunto de versículos do Alcorão, num ciclo de posições (em pé, curvado, de joelhos, prostrado e sentado) a que se chama de rakca (ou genuflexão); o número de genuflexões varia de acordo com a oração do dia. Man könnte sie beinahe übersehen oder sie mit Unkraut verwechseln. Dann würde man aber richtig was verpassen! Man kann sie nämlich essen, und das ist richtig gut für uns. Die gesuchte Pflanze ist ein echter Verwandlungskünstler. Ihre Wurzeln halten sie fest in der Erde und saugen Wasser und Nährstoffe aus dem Boden, damit ihre Blätter wachsen und groß werden können. Nach der Saat ist sie schon nach sechs bis acht Wochen erntereif. Man zupft übrigens nur die Blätter und lässt die Wurzeln in der Erde. So kann man die Pflanze, die wir suchen, sogar mehrmals ernten. Ihre Blätter sind dunkelgrün und knackig und passen ganz wunderbar in einen bunten Salat - z.B. zusammen mit Tomate, Paprika und Zwiebel. Man kann sie auch kochen. So wird sie weich und fällt in sich zusammen. Da bleibt von einem großen Blätterberg am Ende nur eine kleine Portion übrig. Obwohl unsere Pflanze beim Kochen schrumpft, hat sie jede Menge Kraft! Viele Menschen sagen, dass man davon so richtig stark wird - genauso wie ein berühmter Zeichentrick-Seemann mit Pfeife und Riesenmuskeln. Superkräfte verleiht unsere Pflanze zwar nicht aber sie steckt voller guter Sachen, die uns fit machen. Viele Vitamine und Eisen zum Beispiel. Die helfen dem Körper dabei gesund zu bleiben. Und das Beste: die Blätter unserer Pflanze gibt's nicht nur frisch, sondern auch gefroren und gepresst. Als Würfel oder Kügelchen. So kann man sie das ganze Jahr über genießen. Und? Weißt du schon? Welche grüne Wunderpflanze wir suchen? Ich sag' es dir! Es ist: der Spinat!
