The once hot Buy Now, Pay Later space is facing a chill thanks to growing headwinds, with companies grappling with consumers becoming more selective with their spending due to inflation and rising borrowing costs. Zilch CEO Philip Belamant joins us to discuss why his company is defying this recent downtrend as it holds steady with a valuation of $2 billion. Plus, another area of the market that has been cut down to size is semiconductors, with AMD and Nvidia down more than 50% off their November 2021 highs. But despite Micron CEO Sanjay Mehrotra's warning on a weak demand environment, analyst ratings on the sector remain as bullish as ever. Patrick Ho of Stifel Nicolaus gives his bull case. And, with the S&P 500 falling 20.6% in the first six months of this year, the biggest first-half decline since a 21.1% in 1970, where does Wall Street go from here? Delano Saporu of New Street Advisors and Joseph Fahmy of Zor Capital weigh in.

Klayman, is founder and former chairman of the successful non-profit foundation Judicial Watch, and current chairman of Freedom Watch. With a title that satirically mocks It Takes a Village by Hillary Clinton, It Takes a Revolution: Forget the Scandal Industry! details how our executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government have become thoroughly corrupt and failed the citizenry. Imploring Americans to turn away from the “scandal industry” of the cable news networks, which enrich themselves by magnifying crises—if not creating mass panic to boost ratings and advertising dollars—and offering false hope to lure viewers that there will be justice to remedy government corruption, the author Larry Klayman, both the founder of Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch, offers concrete solutions for creating a federal judiciary and instituting citizens' grand juries. Quoting Founding Fathers like John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, Klayman explains above all that without ethics, morality, and religion, it will not matter how many times we change our forms of government or rules—there will be no lasting liberty. This work is a call to arms during these times of crises, when government corruption
