To kick off the holidays, Trina shares some of her tips and tricks to getting through the holidays- from managing expectations and pursuing peace, to intentionally strategizing joy. And speaking of joy- she winds down the episode sharing some of her favorite gifts you'll want to grab (either for yourself or a friend, or both!) this year! Tracey McCubbin is an expert on clutter and how to help you get rid of it. At one point, Tracy was working for a major television director in Los Angeles. During this job, she realized that she had a gift for seeing past the mess, past the clutter, and seeing the vision for a clean, organized, and clutter-free space. She used this skill to help people get rid of all the excess in their lives, and live with less stress. This has been her life for over 12 years now. During her more than a decade helping people, she has decluttered thousands of homes. Tracy took all of this knowledge and experience and put it into a book titled: “Making Space, Clutter-Free: The Last Book on Decluttering You'll Ever Need,” a truly insightful book. Tracy is now regularly featured in the media as an expert on clutter and decluttering. She has been seen on the Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, NBC, and many more. She's turned helping people into a job and a lifestyle, and continues to work everyday to help people who feel owned by their possessions.

This weeks episode is all about the life-changing practice of having less tech and TV in our homes. We have absolutely NO judgement on moms who allow TV- let's get that straight! We've all been there and there are seasons for everything, but we've also experienced seasons of less TV and tech in our homes and it's been life-changing! So today, we introduce our third and final co-host, Eden Lee, and then have a fun conversation about the pros we've seen eliminating TV, and how that has functioned in our homes and with our kids. It's not easy, folks- but sometimes it's been worth it! However YOU do motherhood, just know- YOU are the mom your kids need and you're doing it right!
