She's a Japanese wellness expert. She particularly focuses on how the relationship between physical health and mental health are so connected and weakness in one or sickness in one will lead to sickness in the other two. He interviews these outrageous people all over the world with stories that you just wouldn't believe. Andrew himself has lived in Argentina, Brazil, Columbia, Germany and is now back home in the UK. He speaks 5 languages fluently which helps him to really understand his guests and get to a point of understanding where most people can't access.Andrew champions the idea of being understanding instead of being kind. For him, the idea of being kind is frustrating because it doesn't take into account the nuances of life.
