Amanda Fabrizio '07 is our special guest on this episode of Beyond The Tassel. Amanda is a director of Development at Tennessee Technological University. She graduated with a degree in communications at DeSales. Her specialties are event coordination/planning, annual funding, and publications. Angela Sigley Grossman graduated from Desales in 2006 with a BA in Dance. Shortly after graduation, she pursued her Master of Fine arts in Choreography and Dance performance. Today, Angela is a beloved dance professor at Desales University. This is her tenth year teaching at DeSales and we celebrate her accomplishment on this episode. We are thrilled to present to you, Dee Roscioli '99, as our guest in today's episode. Dee graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Theatre and moved to NYC shortly after graduation to fulfill her performing career. Dee is best known for her 7 year record-breaking run as Elphaba in the smash Broadway hit Wicked, where she led the Broadway, Chicago, San Francisco and 1st National Touring Companies. Most recently, Dee was seen on Broadway in The Cher Show portraying the pop icon herself as both Star and Lady Cher. In today's episode, Dee tells us the story of how she got her first role in Wicked, she gives insights about show business that she learned after graduating from college and some of the new things that she has been doing as a resilient artist.
