In this episode, I talk about what wisdom truly is and how to progress beyond simply obtaining information. I also talk about how to gauge what stage you are in and whether it is truly benefiting you. It's possible to eliminate all problems from one's life by changing one's attitude towards life experiences. When you see that within each problem lies (often hidden) an opportunity to grow in some way, then problems transform into challenges containing hidden gifts and they are welcomed with joy and gratitude. This doesn't mean no longer having preferences and desires, which are natural and healthy aspects of the human experience. But what it does mean is that if your preferences and desires do not manifest, there is no longer suffering. There is instead the capacity to embrace every experience with gentle, unconditional love.
