Like, cause that is so me, I genuinely voiced like, I'm I wasn't angry. I wasn't, you know, there wasn't any, I wasn't sad. I was genuinely frustrated. Like I always used to feel like there was some, there was something inside of me that I wasn't allowing to come out. Like almost like this feeling of being like trapped inside myself, if that makes sense. And that starts to shift away from that heavier frequency of these fears so that sometimes we don't even have to go deeper into them.”“And one of those shifts is the overthinking that we start to do right within this need to have these answers a big reason why we struggled to find them is that we're overthinking and we're overthinking from a very human-based place. Right? So we're overthinking our fears, right?     I am super excited today because we are joined by Tina Conrad, DJ breast cancer today. You may know her from Instagram, Tina is such a source of light and positivity in our beautiful breast cancer community here. This conversation is all about faith which is such an important part of my life, but it wasn't always that way. I share my story with my faith, how I went from not having a practice, to having a really deep connection with the universe God's source my creator. I think I was 25 and that really pulled our family all together, but then she had a recurrence about three years later and it really made me angry and it really kind of for a time severed my ties maybe to some of that faith. I think there is something about, you know, the faith that you grow up with, but then the faith that you find when you're an adult and I can be very moved now.”“But now I truly feel if I can help one more person, see God, the way that I see them too, you know, then I'm really making a difference in this world. So if anyone has any questions or wants to reach out or, you know, Even wants to have a debate. Like I welcome it. But what I learned over the last five years is that we are biologically wired to fear what we don't know. It creates more fear, more stress, more anxiety, and contributes in large part to why you feel just really unsupported and kind of stress on a regular basis throughout your prevention plan.”“You will have a physical body, which, you know, we are addressing with these imbalances, but you also have an emotional and a spiritual body and imbalances in these areas create imbalances in the physical body. So when we're talking about estrogen and balancing estrogen, I want you to understand that it's not just, you know, about the amount that your body makes and what you can eliminate.
