Today we're speaking all about my Burnout to Balance journey. For close to a decade, I was stuck in a cycle of chronic burnout, obsessed with accumulating achievements while disregarding my own needs. I was becoming sick, anxious and completely disconnected from life.In this episode, I share how I learned to slow down, tune into my body and start honouring myself again. Slowly, I rebuilt a life that felt like mine again. If you're feeling exhausted on a soul level, you're not alone, and you don't have to stay stuck here.Give yourself permission to stop hustling or chasing, and start living in a way that feels authentic for you. You can step into a way of living that feels lighter, freer, and more aligned with who you are at the core. That journey starts now.MY BURNOUT RECOVERY EBOOK: I designed Burnout to Balance in the aftermath of my burnout as I rebuilt my life. YEP - you read that right. This episode was recorded in May 2023 - the first time Thomas and I met in person. I was put in touch with Thomas through a mutual contact. "He's just come off the Bachelor - this will be a great interview!" she said.As soon as he stepped into the studio, I felt that there could be a vibe but I kept things #professional. It wasn't until the cameras were switched off that we truly got chatting - laughing, flirting and talking about what we were both looking for in our dating lives. In the months that followed, Thomas tried to organise a catch-up but my life was a whirlwind as I got ready to move to America! Finally, I came home briefly in October to renew my passport and we went on our first official date. "I'm only home for 3 weeks!" I thought... "What's really going to happen here..."6 months later and we're going strong navigating long distance and very much in love. The universe always has a plan!
