As a 64-year-old RN, I was initially drawn to this podcast because of the positive comments made about it on the Women in Auto Care (WAGS) platform. Little did I know that I would learn so much about the Service Drive Management Organization (SDMO) from listening to this podcast. It has provided me with more knowledge about the towing industry than I ever knew before, and for that, I am grateful to Brad and Jeff for creating this podcast.
One of the best aspects of The Tow Business Podcast is the wealth of information it provides for both start-up companies and seasoned veterans in the towing industry. Jeff and Brad share valuable advice based on their personal experiences, making it relatable and practical for all listeners. They cover a wide range of topics, addressing issues that are specific to owners as well as operators in the business. It's hard to find helpful individuals in our industry who are willing to dedicate their time to creating a podcast like this, so their efforts are truly commendable.
While it's difficult to find any major drawbacks in this podcast, one aspect that could be improved upon is its frequency. Although I binged all the available episodes within months, I found myself wanting more. The insights shared by Jeff and Brad are invaluable, and it would be wonderful if they could release episodes more frequently to provide a steady stream of content for listeners hungry for knowledge and guidance.
