I am so glad you found us because that means you are an ADHD mom with ADHD adolescents and have a burning desire to shift out of the overwhelm and negative emotions that often accompany ADHD and use your beautiful, unique mind as a super power. Well, you are in the right place. We know all too well the challenges of being an ADHD mom with ADHD adolescents. It really takes mom life to a whole other level and requires doing things a little (ok... a lot) differently than your neurotypical friends (most of the world). You need more than just great resources (we have). You also need a strong support system (we have that too). We know it’s not easy but that it is entirely possible to let go of overwhelm and negative emotions so you can stay focused on what’s important, present with what’s in front of you and connected with your kids (even if you have a million other things calling for your attention). During this time, she experienced the isolation and emotional struggle that many caregivers of children with disabilities experience, and discovered the importance of community.
