Ok guys this episode was a fun one and the very first interview I did for this show over 2 years ago!! It took me a while to follow thru but I am with you every week now so thank you so much for tuning in. The audio and interview is a little rough around the edges but I think there is a lot of valuable information to take away. We sit down with AJ Ramos. AJ as you will get to know is a great guy with an enormous heart and on his own personal journey to expand his consciousness and performance. AJ is an all-star pitcher in the major leagues that was with the NY Mets during this interview and currently with the LA Dodgers organization.
