You either love him or hate him Joe had impostor syndrome. Joe only has guests he wants to talk to Joe creates an environment where people don't have to worry about triggering others. They talk freely. Joe actually mocks/jokes with his guests. Who do you do this with? Your closest friends.  Joe is authentic and it resonates. He spent years learning how to entertain audiences and eventually moved to where he could get more work. While he is a celebrity, that may work to get you to press play ONCE, but you need to deliver value to get them to click AGAIN.  Joe states the top skills for an interviewer are listening and thinking My Opinion I listen to Joe's show when I see a guest I know and want to no more. I believe Joe could use some editing. Not to make it 20 minutes, but there are times when I am asking, "How did this make it past the edit?" THE BOTTOM LINE You need to be comfortable being yourself. They take their top three important tasks to complete, and block out a few hours of their day to complete those tasks. This allows you to have scheduled time to commit to these priorities. You don't schedule meetings during that time or wander off to complete other tasks. We will kick off the month with the most famous verse: John 3:16. God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son. Anyone who believes in him will not die but will have eternal life (NIrV). John is quick to remind us that our life is best when built on God's love for us through Jesus. Our confidence comes from Him. Bottom Line: You can be confident because God loves you. God loves us so much. God sent Jesus to bring us life to the fullest. We can find confidence when we choose to build our life on Him. We pray that kids will understand how much God loves them. Knowing that can help us find confidence in any situation.

God’s people had been waiting hundreds of years for God’s promises of a Savior to come true. In Matthew 21:1-11, we see that people were really starting to believe that Jesus was that Savior. So, when He entered Jerusalem on a donkey, just like the prophecy foretold, they celebrated and worshipped Jesus. Of course, this all turned out very different from what they expected, and they’d have to wait a bit longer to understand, but they could find joy because God was faithful. Bottom Line: You can celebrate even when you’re waiting.
