https://www.theransomnote.com/music/premieres/premiere-diamond-haze-the-source-ct-kidobo-remix/ Transboundary Haze II is three heavyweight remixes of Diamond Haze tracks. There once was a Diamond Haze quite sublime, Who danced on the Tapes Sublimating in time, With a Source so profound, That it spun round and round, While the CT Kidobó made a fabulous Remix divine! “Oh, wonderful Source!” cried the Diamond Haze, “Your Remixing skills have me quite in a daze! You sublimate tapes, Into curious shapes, And transform all my nonsense to musical praise!” They traveled to Crumbly-come-Tumble by sea, In a sieve that was leaky as leaky could be, With a spoon for a sail, And a thimble for pail, And a bottle of nothing to drink with their tea. And this is the end of my nonsense today, About Diamond Haze Source in its remixing play, With Tapes Sublimating, And CT Kidobó creating, A rhythmical jumble in Lear's silly way! We're premiering the CT Kidobó rework of The Source. A deep, dark bubbler… let's go. Buy HERE on Tapes Sublimating

In the episode of "Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski," retired FBI special agent Jennifer Coffindaffer discusses the ongoing trial of James Crumbly, father of the Oxford High School shooter, Ethan Crumbly. Jennifer anticipates a similar conviction for James as seen with his wife, Jen Crumbly, who was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Key points of the conversation include: The jury's composition is entirely Caucasian, predominantly female, with members familiar with mental health issues and varied stances on gun ownership. A comparison between providing a child with a vehicle and a gun was debated, emphasizing the distinct intended purposes of these items. Questions regarding the adequacy of jury selection were raised, considering the diverse philosophies despite a lack of ethnic diversity. The tragic influence of the Crumbly parents' neglect and poor decision-making on Ethan's actions was highlighted, specifically their inadequate response to his mental health needs and the decision to provide him with a gun. The conversation touched upon the chilling disregard the Crumbly parents had towards Ethan's explicit requests for help and their consequential role in the tragedy at Oxford High School. Jennifer Coffindaffer critiqued the parents' failure to understand the severity of their son's issues, predicting that the jury would not overlook this in their decision-making. #OxfordHighShooting #JamesCrumblyTrial #JenniferCoffindaffer #ParentalResponsibility #GunOwnership #MentalHealthAwareness #JurySelection Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? "I've learned much more from my mistakes than I ever learned from my successes, because it was my mistakes that helped me to have successes." Meet the man behind the mission to diversify the energy sector. Dr. Isaac Crumbly shares the journey of the Cooperative Developmental Energy Program (CDEP) at Fort Valley State University, a program designed to pave the way for African American students into the energy industry. Dr. Crumbly has been pivotal in diversifying the energy industry's workforce since 1983. Dr. Crumbly's innovative approach recognized the value of internships and strategic partnerships to introduce African American students to the energy industry. At a time when energy companies in the Deep South rarely recruited African American college students for internships, Dr. Crumbly took matters into his own hands, reaching out to the industry and advocating for his students. One of his most inspiring creations is the dual degree program in geosciences, which was born out of necessity when Fort Valley State University couldn't offer geology or geophysics degrees. Dr. Crumbly's solution was to partner with universities in energy-centric regions, like the University of Oklahoma, to create a program where students could earn degrees critical to the energy industry. The impact of Dr. Crumbly's work is undeniable. President Reagan and President Obama have honored CDEP, recognizing the program's contribution to STEM and the importance of expanding representation in the geosciences. As he shares his vision, Dr. Crumbly challenges the geophysics community to embrace the perspectives of minority individuals and support the journey toward a more inclusive industry. His story is a testament to the power of determination and the lasting change that can be achieved through dedicated effort.

Today, a Michigan jury found school shooter Ethan Crumbley's mom, Jennifer Crumbley, guilty of 4 counts of involuntary manslaughter - a groundbreaking verdict! This is yet another way in which mental illness is interconnecting with the Criminal Justice System. Ethan, suffering from mental illness, begged his parents for psychiatric help for years - but they were too busy with their own pursuits to hear his cries. As a result, 4 students are dead and others injured. Fortunately, the jury got it right and found her guilty! But, it's probably too late to save Ethan from life behind bars. Today's guest, attorney Elizabeth Kelley, is a one-woman fighter on behalf of the rights of the mentally ill. Mental illness is not a crime, but too often, the mentally ill end up behind bars because they didn't get the help they needed and deserved.
