After featuring Funky Fluid/Nerdbrewing collab last week, we thought it woudl be fun to return to Poland and try some more beers. Funky Fluid Gelato is their marquee beer. They crank out a lot of them. Stefan picked up Plum and Cherry Jam Gingerbread. Swedes love these flavors so it's only natural that we should have this beer on the show. At 5.5% AVB you can expect lots of flavor and excitement from the Gelato series (individual experiences may vary). Browar Kingpin is a new brewery for us. Burlesca says it's a farmhouse ale or saison. We didn't find it to be either of those things. This saison was aged in Rondo dry red wine barrels. #beer #craftbeer #drinks #pastrysour #farmhouseale #saison #polishbeer #sourbeer

Have you ever felt like your favorite artist was speaking directly to you, even in a room full of fans? That's exactly what happened when we attended PSYCHIC FEVER's fan meet in Boston recently. From the moment we stepped into the intimate venue, we knew this would be different from typical shows we've covered. Konnect'd Entertainment created a perfectly curated experience that balanced performances with genuine fan interaction. The seven members of PSYCHIC FEVER didn't just show up - they connected with us in ways that made every moment feel personal and exclusive. The strategically elevated seating gave us the perfect vantage point to appreciate their intricate choreography while still being close enough to see their facial expressions. When they performed fan favorites like "Just Like Dat," "Gelato," and "Reflection," the sound quality was impeccable - something rarely achieved in small venues. Between songs, the members revealed sides of themselves we hadn't seen before: Ren's mind-blowing beatboxing skills, Weesa's passion for graffiti art, and Kokoro's photography hobby that might become a published collection. What truly made this event special were the small, unexpected moments - Ryushin adding "-shi" when saying Sarah's name during autographs, Weesa and Ren's genuine concern when a chair was accidentally kicked by DJ Panic, and Jimmy playfully defending his answer in the emoji game. These fleeting interactions created lasting memories that left us understanding why fans travel across countries to experience these meet-ups.Subscribe to hear more of our concert experiences and share your own fan meet stories in the comments! Kiwis have always been among the world's biggest ice cream fans, and this year's Ice Cream and Gelato Awards promises to push the flavour boundaries. Mince & Cheese Pie Gelato, Jelly Tip Brownie Gelato, Hokey Pokey Ice Cream and Kawakawa, Manuka Honey and Ginger Ice Cream are among the flavours being assessed, with creations being judged across 15 key categories. Chief judge Geoff Scott had the job of taste-testing the flavours and he says this year's savoury flavours offer a different experience. "I don't know if it's going to race off the shelves, but it's certainly really interesting." LISTEN ABOVESee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Real and Uplifted with Dorothy - Weight Loss Tips for Women 40+
In this episode of Trusting Dorothy, we're redefining what it means to be “healthy” on vacation. If you've ever returned from a trip feeling like you need to detox, start over, or undo what happened, this episode will shift your mindset for good. You'll learn how to stay grounded in self-trust, not shame, and how to see rest, joy, and gelato as supportive—not sabotaging—parts of your long-term journey. In this episode, you'll learn: Why your perception shapes your experience more than any one choice ever could How to break free from the all-or-nothing vacation mindset Why shame about what you ate slows your progress How to practice embodied self-trust when traveling The science behind diet breaks and metabolic flexibility Why rest, joy, and connection are not the opposite of discipline, they're part of health How to come back after vacation without starting over Whether you're heading off on a trip or simply recovering from a weekend away, this episode will help you anchor back into your identity as someone who trusts herself and takes care of her body—on and off vacation.

We've added Gelato to our Essential Strains series—a curated list designed to help women skip the overwhelm and discover strains you'll really love. Host Ellen Scanlon talks with Mario Guzman, founder of Sherbinskis and creator of Gelato, about the lucky accident that led to this now-legendary strain. Plus, we share why Gelato is our go-to recommendation for women looking to relax, connect, or feel just a little sexier—especially during warm summer nights. If you're curious about cannabis and want a stress-free way to get started, remember to start low and slow. In this episode, Coach Patrick pulls back the curtain on one of Endurance Nation's most epic annual events — our SOLD OUT Tuscany cycling camp. Daily gravel rides through jaw-dropping Italian countryside Farm-to-table (more like farm-to-face) meals that fuel the soul 5 days of riding — from casual spins to conquering the brutal 120-mile Strada Bianchi Sun-soaked climbs, epic descents, and quiet olive groves Lifelong friendships made one ride (and espresso) at a time More than just a camp, it's a fitness accelerator disguised as a vacation. Coach Patrick shares the philosophy behind why these “big scary events” are essential for motivation, growth, and fun. Whether you're looking to shake up your race calendar or just dreaming of an Italian cycling adventure, this episode will have you ready to book your own spot. Spoiler Alert: This camp is already sold out... but stick around for insider info on how YOU can be part of future Endurance Nation experiences.
Matteo Servente joins Holly Whitfield to talk about how film making brought him to Memphis, what inspired him to open the gelateria and what flavors customers love most.
