On Today’s episode of Big Trouble in Little Vagina, we have a very special topic. After my heated interview with the very sexy and very meow Ricky Johnson, it got me thinking about porn, and I thought it was time for Big Trouble in Little Vagina to do a little Public Service Announcement…. So here we go boys and girls…. Natural dark curls, silky blonde fur, neat tufts or barely there at all. What am I talking about? Pubic hair, of course. For women, pubes are the central topic of an ongoing fight between popular culture purported by glossy magazines such as Cosmopolitan and Glamour and our innate right to do whatever we want with our own bodies. Why do we even have pubic hair in the first place? It’s a sign that we’ve been through puberty and reached adulthood, true; but for those who choose to remove any trace of pubic hair from their body it can be an endless source of frustration (and expensive waxing and other salon treatments). One school of thought suggests that pubic hair is the last remnant of an evolutionary phase where we required more hair covering our body to retain heat. Another idea is that pubic hair captures pheromones in the sexual region; sexually stimulating personal scents which increase our chances of attracting and mating with a sexual partner.

Warren starts by clicking on a testicular cancer mascot this week, and this makes us wonder whether Senhor Testiculo has a prominent mole, or whether it's just an ear, or his balls (do balls have balls?), or his arms. Or maybe just a gaping wound where he was severed from the rest of the body? As promised, here's a link so you can judge for yourself: http://www.limitedappeal.net/extras/photos.html Then, in Urban Legend, Warren explains the origin of the word butterfly: in middle Dutch-land and Germany, the locals noticed that their local butterflies excreted a substance that probably looked and tasted like butter, at least according to the history books. Hence, the butterfly! Try it on some toast, if you have a magic box in your house that can perform the complicated steps needed for preparing some. Let us know what your local insect frass tastes like via email (maskedman@limitedappeal.net). Theme music courtesy of General Patton vs. The X-Ecutioners and Ipecac Recordings.
