Mit unserem inneren Vermeider, der ständig gute Gründe findet, warum heute vielleicht doch nicht der richtige Tag ist. Warum wir morgen anfangen könnten. Oder nächste Woche. Oder nach dem Urlaub. Oder wenn endlich mehr Ruhe ist.Und da reicht es leider auch nicht, alle Gründe zu kennen, warum wir immer wieder stecken bleiben im Wollen, statt ins Machen zu kommen. Wir können wissen, warum wir aufschieben. Warum wir Angst haben. Warum unser innerer Vermeider die Tür zur Veränderung zuhält, obwohl wir doch eigentlich wirklich wollen. Das ist alles interessant. Nur bringt es uns leider nicht automatisch ins Tun.Manchmal brauchen wir einen konkreten Plan. Machbare Schritte. Eine Brücke zwischen Wollen und Machen.Und genau darum geht es in dieser Folge.
