The Browns were the center of controversy on Thursday evening following their second joint practice with the Eagles. Running back Quinshon Judkins won't be charged in Florida in his domestic violence case and it clears the way for him to return to the Browns soon. Then, shortly after wide receiver Isaiah Bond saw a no-bill returned in his sexual assault case, he released a statement saying he was signing with the Browns.
