Oggi il responsabile dei Giovani Democratici di Cagliari ci parla del suo punto di vista sul Referendum e la separazione delle carriere Sabato 14 Febbraio, alle ore 09:00 e presso l'hotel Regina Margherita di Cagliari si è svolto un dibattito sulla separazione delle carriere e il Referendum di Marzo. Incontro organizzato dall'associazione Just e da un ambizioso studente di giurisprudenza di nome Simone Ippoliotti, che ha anche svolto il ruolo di moderatore. Un evento a cui ha preso parte pure il nostro intervistato e che ha soddisfatto la speranza di una forte partecipazione giovanile. Gli interventi Gli interventi sono stati piuttosto equilibrati tra le due fazioni. Il primo tavolo era composto dai rappresentanti dei movimenti giovanili come Forza Italia Giovani, Lega Giovani, Giovani democratici e Movimento 5 Stelle Network e dal Presidente Provinciale di Italia Viva di 21 anni Alessandro di Martino; il secondo tavolo è stato invece tecnico-politico. Per il "Sì" erano presenti il presidente dell'Ordine degli Avvocati di Cagliari Matteo Pinna e il professore di diritto processuale penale Leonardo Filippi. Per quanto riguarda il fronte "No" erano invece presenti l'avvocato Giovanni Dore (Vicepresidente Nazionale Comitato Avvocati per il No) e l'avvocata Anna Maria Busia (oltre che avvocata Segretaria PD e responsabile della campagna per il No del PD Sardegna). Le ragioni del sì e le ragioni del no Chi è dalla parte del "Sì" ha fatto leva principalmente sulla terzietà del giudice e la fine del correntismo. Tra i sostenitori, la separazione delle carriere tra giudici e PM viene considerata il completamento della riforma del processo accusatorio degli anni '80. Chi è dalla parte del "No" ha parlato invece del rischio di squilibrio tra poteri e di una riforma costituzionale divisiva. L'obiettivo dell'incontro Come ci tengono a ribadire gli organizzatori e come ci ha detto il nostro intervistato l'obiettivo dell'incontro non era quello di voler spingere le persone verso una fazione o un'altra ma principalmente informativo e la stimolazione del senso critico. Proprio per questo il target principale erano i giovani, che in certi casi si sono affacciati da poco alla politica, benché l'evento fosse aperto a tutti. Il punto di vista di Alessandro Alessandro, essendo responsabile dei Giovani Democratici si trova sulla fazione del "No" e reputa questa riforma una spesa inutile. Dal suo punto di vista non è tanto il tema della separazione ad essere problematico ma come questa riforma è stata proposta. Infatti è una separazione che non prevede una serie di divisioni che partono ad esempio dal concorso e che quindi va soltanto all'apice; inoltre un'altra questione riguarda l'elezione del Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura, in quanto con la riforma si vedrebbe una modifica inerente alle modalità di elezione tali che verrebbe meno il principio democratico, che è alla base del nostro intero ordinamento.
