It's time for the Champions League Takeaway - an immediate review of everything that went down in the Champions League this week as the first four teams booked their quarter-final slots. Every matchweek, we're going to be ranking the three key takeaways from each of the games played that week, and looking at the games through that Ranks FC lens, to give you a sense of everything that we learned from each game. We start with Bayern knocking out PSG, looking at the performances of Dayot Upamecano, the insane pace of the game and what the next steps are in Paris; before taking a dive into Spurs' limp 0-0 that saw them exit at the hands of AC Milan, discussing Mike Maignan's influence, the bizarre way in which Spurs let this one dribble away from them, and Harry Kane's future after this display. Then in Part 2, we head for Lisbon where Benfica dismantled Club Brugge, talking about Gonçalo Ramos' development into a complete No. 9, the disaster that was Scott Parker's time in Belgium, and a remarkable season for João Mario; before finishing at Stamford Bridge, where we talk some mesmerising individual displays from Havertz, Chilwell and Cucurella, how Dortmund let the tie slip from their hands, and the penalty landscape in which we now reside. Hey everyone, I'm excited to have two special guests on the show today - ChatGPT, a super advanced AI language model, and our new co-host of the Beyond Homo Sapien podcast, Scotty Pelzel. Want to learn more about the evolution of humanity and the future of the species? Go to https://beyondhomosapien.com/ On this episode of the podcast, Scotty and I will be interviewing ChatGPT and using this advanced AI language tool to guide our discussion. The result is a fun and philosophical conversation about the future of artificial intelligence and AI language processing. As you may know, ChatGPT is an AI model that's been trained on a massive amount of text, which allows it to generate responses that sound relatively human-like. This makes it a powerful tool for tasks such as language translation, text summarization, and even writing creative content, like the very description you're reading right now! During the episode, Scotty and Paul will be discussing the inner workings of ChatGPT and some of the incredible things it can do. They'll also be exploring practical applications of this technology and how it can improve our daily lives, such as in chatbots and natural language processing. But that's not all, as they'll also be delving into some of the bigger, more philosophical questions surrounding AI and language. For example, what does it mean for a machine to truly understand language? And as AI models like ChatGPT become increasingly advanced, how will this impact the way we interact with technology and with each other? So, join us for a fun and thought-provoking conversation with ChatGPT, where we'll be discussing the technical side of things but also getting into some deeper, more meaningful discussions. The Friday Mental Health Power Hour w/ Scotty P and Ev on WWDB 860 AM and 97.5 FM HD2 Philadelphia
The Friday Mental Health Power-Hour with Scotty P and Ev, professional motivational speakers with lived mental health experiences, is a show dedicated to having meaningful conversations around mental health. Unlike many other mental health programs, The Friday Mental Health Power Hour is designed to leave the listener feeling both inspired and empowered to tackle even the largest of mental health challenges! Due to their own journeys with mental health, Scott Prendergast (aka Scotty P) and Evan Transue (aka Ev) feel it is part of their path here on earth to share what they have gone through and learned with as many people as possible. Through their show, they hope to change the societal perspectives around mental health, as well as leave you feeling like you ended the week on a great note! Your Hosts Scotty P Scott J Prendergast is a full-time inspirational speaker and mental health advocate based in Philadelphia, PA. A graduate of Temple University, Scott speaks about the importance of acknowledging mental health in society, and encourages techniques to overcome the everyday mental obstacles that hold us back in life. Scott travels across the country speaking to audiences ranging from high school students, to adults, while sharing his own story of hope and resilience in learning to overcome depression. Scott uses a practical approach of mindful strategies combined with a compassionate touch to help others validate their own feelings, and work towards moving past them. You can find out more about Scott by going to www.scottypinspiration.com. Ev Evan Transue dealt with severe mental health issues from the age of 5 until 18. Due to an unintentional lack of recognition of these problems, Evan did not receive proper treatment until 18 years old. After getting kicked out of school, sent to juvie, and spending his 18th birthday on house arrest, Evan had his “aha” moment that led him to realize he needed to change his path. After finally getting his mental health issues addressed, he knew what he had to do: share his story with others who were suffering so they never had to go through what he did. Now, Evan goes around the country speaking to middle school and high school students, as well as incoming college freshmen. Using his lived experiences, he connects with his audiences to encourage them to speak up about the mental health challenges they may be facing in silence. While Evan is aware that we might not be able to stop mental health issues overall, he does believe we do NOT need to live in a world where young people find themselves in crisis situations. You can find out more about Evan by going to www.evantransue.com.
