Shannon also weighs in on the massive void left by the late Senator Lindsey Graham, new Senator Darlene Graham Nordone stepping in to carry his agenda, growing bipartisan pressure for proof of Mitch McConnell's health, and why the Supreme Court justices' rare Capitol Hill testimony about ongoing threats to their safety matters. Hunter and Taylor Williams sit down for their first ever Reader Mailbag episode — a brand new deep dive Q&A format where they take the questions that need more than 60 seconds and actually break them down together. Most Q&As are rapid fire. This one isn't. Hunter and Taylor go deep on some of the most common but most underanswered questions they receive — covering women's hormones, reproductive health, peptides, detox protocols, pre-workout stacks, and whether teens should ever be using peptides at all. This week's questions:Should a 33-year-old female with low hormones start one hormone at a time — and if so, which one first? Hunter and Taylor break down why progesterone is the first building block, how to dose it by symptom relief rather than blood work numbers, and why more women in their 20s and 30s are candidates for testosterone than most people realize. They also get into why injectable testosterone beats cream for most women, how birth control is blocking natural hormone production, and what's really causing the epidemic of low mood, no libido, anxiety, and irregular periods in younger women. Can peptides help treat ovarian cysts without surgery? Hunter and Taylor discuss why PCOS is really a metabolic condition — not a testosterone problem — and why metformin plus a GLP-1 may be more effective than a $20,000 surgery. They also break down how often lifestyle modification is skipped in favor of the operating table. If a woman is already on TRT, can Kisspeptin further help with libido and muscle gain? They cover the difference between Kisspeptin 10 and Kisspeptin 54, the brain study showing Kisspeptin's direct effect on libido, and why it's not a replacement for hormone therapy but can be a useful add-on.What are the anti-aging benefits of Melanotan beyond tanning? Taylor shares her experience with Melanotan's cognitive and vision benefits, how it amplifies even limited sun exposure in the winter months, its immune system benefits, and what it actually does to hair pigmentation. What does Hunter's pre-workout stack actually look like? Injectable DADA, L-carnitine, choline, ATP, and phosphocreatine — plus the DIY powder formula he used to make from bulk supplements including beta alanine, citrulline malate, creatine, taurine, and EAAs. Taylor also shares why she can't stomach most commercial pre-workouts and what she uses instead.Beyond weekly glutathione, what else can you do to protect your body from environmental toxins and pesticides? Taylor's fruit and vegetable cleaning protocol, sauna, zeolite, activated charcoal, spirulina, and ion cleanse foot detox baths — plus a conversation about roundup in the air and why everyone should be detoxing regardless of how healthy they are.Should teens ever use peptides — for acne, weight loss, ADHD, or sports injuries? Hunter and Taylor break down which peptides they think are appropriate in context, why BPC-157 and TB-500 for a teen athlete with an injury makes more sense than doxycycline for acne, and why the hard and fast rule of "never until 18" doesn't hold up when teens are already being prescribed antibiotics and birth control.Submit your questions for future Reader Mailbag episodes at the link in the show notes.⚠️ For research and entertainment purposes only. ⚠️

According to new reports, Donald Trump spent the past week raging at staffers as the media continued to hammer him over his physical and mental health. Trump repeatedly falling asleep during multiple different meetings last week, which didn't help the situation at all. But anger isn't going to make the problem go away, and the public is becoming less and less convinced about the health claims coming from the administration. The Trump administration has awarded a multi-million dollar government contract to a company that Donald Trump, Jr. invested heavily in earlier this year. This is so much worse than anything Hunter Biden was accused of doing, yet not a single Republican lawmaker has gone on record expressing outrage over the blatant corruption and abuse of power taking place between Trump and his kids. Kristi Noem's Department of Homeland Security lowered their standards for ICE agents earlier this year - along with reducing training times - in order to meet Donald Trump's demands for immigration raids. A new investigation has found that the people the agency is hiring are less than stellar, featuring many with horrific criminal records and even gang ties. This was the most predictable thing that has happened so far this year.More stories are emerging about how Republicans in Washington, D.C. are growing increasingly tired of the "daily humiliations" of the Trump administration, and a Republican insider says that he knows exactly when Republicans are going to turn against Trump in a massive wave. That moment will come when we hit the "filing deadlines" next year, according to the insider, because Republicans will know who is running against them in the primaries and who is NOT. This will give them an enormous amount of freedom to finally break away from Trump,.According to a new poll of Donald Trump's own supporters, more of them say that they do NOT want him to serve a third term in office than say that they DO want him for an additional four years. While the number who still want a third term is way too high, the fact that after one year most of his own supporters are ready to be done says a lot about what has happened. And it also blows a major hole in the talking points (and merch) from Trump and his allies who insist he'll be back again. In this edition of Kim on a Whim, Kim takes a sharp look at America's growing childhood obesity crisis—and why First Lady Michelle Obama's health push was mostly empty PR. Unlike the Obamas' "fitness gram" rebrand, Trump is bringing back Eisenhower's Presidential Fitness Test, complete with a new council of elite athletes like Harrison Butker and Lawrence Taylor. Butker's brief speech, focused on building strong minds, bodies, and souls, hit home with Kim and Marc—while Trump's remarks about his appearance added classic flair. The segment also praises Trump's executive order banning men from competing in women's Olympic events and highlights RFK Jr.'s recent efforts to question the dramatic rise in gluten allergies, autism, and chemical additives in food. Kim says it's about time someone asked the hard questions.

In a stunning moment of media reflection, Jake Tapper concedes that conservative outlets were right all along about Joe Biden's visible cognitive and physical decline—an admission made during a pointed interview with Megyn Kelly. The conversation dives deep into how mainstream networks like CNN ignored or downplayed key incidents, from Biden's public freeze-ups to glaring health concerns, all while labeling conservative reports as “cheap fakes.” The transcript also raises explosive questions about Biden's recent stage-four cancer diagnosis, medical transparency, and possible institutional malpractice. With speculation about who was truly in charge behind the scenes—ranging from Obama-era aides to a so-called "shadow government"—the dialogue exposes a broader concern: has the public been systematically misled, and if so, by whom and to what end? This fiery exchange explores media complicity, political cover-ups, and the eerie gaps in Biden's health records that even CNN can't ignore anymore.
On today's show, Alex Golden is once again joined by the guys from the Group Chat to discuss what happened in Game 1 and what the Pacers can do to really take hold of this series in Game 2. Injuries are piling up for the Cavaliers, and there is serious concern if they will be without 3 of their Top 6 guys. If so, Indiana not taking advantage could be problematic for the future of this series. In addition to the injuries, the guys dive into what they have liked from the Pacers this playoff run, what stood out in Game 1 and what they expect to happen in Game 2.
