Colabora con tus compañeros, abre las puertas de tu aula. El proyecto educativo de un centro siempre va a tener mucha más repercusión en nuestros alumnos cuando se construye en conjunto. Todos a una. Involucra a las familias, ábreles también las puertas a ellos. Mantenlos informados de todo lo que se está haciendo y lo que están aprendiendo sus hijos. Escuela y familia debe estar lo más unida posible. Si hablamos de que el aprendizaje tiene que ser real, un aprendizaje para la vida y un aprendizaje globalizado, en el que no hay compartimentación en materias, la escuela y la familia debemos ser uno también, para darle mucho más sentido a lo que estamos haciendo dentro de nuestros centros.No introduzcas esa metodología que ahora está tan de moda y que suena fenomenal, solo porque es ahora trending Topic. Búscale el sentido, tu sentido, el de tus alumnos. Piensa en ellos primero, que sean partícipes y no solo eso, sino que protagonistas. Nunca pierdas la curiosidad, la inquietud. Debemos ser inquietos, no acomodarnos en lo que sabemos y quedarnos aislados. La curiosidad, según la neurociencia, pone al cerebro en modo aprendizaje. Es esencial para la apertura y la flexibilidad mentalCuriosidad: aspecto emocional de los seres vivos, que engendra la exploración, investigación y el aprendizaje. Sea cual sea la metodología que uses hazte una pregunta. estoy incluyendo a todos mis alumnos? Si no es así, cuando dejamos alumnos atrás, cuando no hay inclusión, no es educación.Emociónate, disfruta y transmite tu pasión a los alumnos.
