    This week on the One Year No Beer Podcast Ruari welcomes Paul, a member of the OYNB Community on to the show. Paul has completed the Complete Control program. Paul worked for a consultancy that went all the way to IPO, he was very senior with a lot of responsibility which he found stressful and exhausting, however at this point in his life he did not drink alcohol. Paul's relationship with alcohol changed when he was studying for a masters degree. He became aware that he was a ‘problem drinker' when he realised he didn't feel present all the time and alcohol was numbing his feelings. The 8 weeks on Complete Control helped him to improve his relationship with alcohol and he now is committed to not drinking for a year!
