Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are infections that are spread through sexual contact, including vaginal, anal, and oral sex. They can be caused by bacteria, viruses, or parasites and may not always have visible symptoms. It's important to practice safe sex by using condoms and getting regular STI testing, as many STIs can be treated and cured if detected early. If left untreated, STIs can lead to serious health problems and can even be life-threatening.While getting tested may be difficult and pricey, it's important to understand the spectrum and keep yourself safe. Additionally, if you are an adult content creator, performer or sex worker, taking a risk and not getting a test puts not only your health at risk but also your job. In this podcast episode I had the privilege of conversing with Stacy and Andras, both of whom represent STI testing clinics. Stacy Feemster, a nurse practitioner at Talent Testing Service in the USA, and Andras Vegh, who manages a Talent Testing Service clinic in Budapest. Our discussion is around topics such as STI testing standards, an in-depth discussion about most of the infections that people should get tested for, confusion around Ureaplasma test and strategies employed by Talent Testing to avoid results falsification. The episode is densely packed with essential information, particularly important for those involved in the sex industry or individuals engaging in unprotected sex with multiple partners. Intro:In this episode, I spoke with Maria Bettina, a former competitive rower who became an adult media entrepreneur. She founded Freyja, a platform that combined adult content and sex education.Maria shared with me her journey and the challenges she encountered along the way. Because she ran XXX company, she faced various difficulties, including having her bank account closed, and struggled with marketing her site due to social media restrictions. But every limitation breeds creativity, and so Maria came up with a funny way to captivate the audience and promote her content across the platforms. Also … she turns her favourite social media insults into statements on mugs.Maria addressed the lack of proper content moderation, not only within adult platforms but across social media in general. And we dived into how Freyja has implemented effective moderation practices. Moreover, Maria emphasises the significance of sex education and porn literacy. And we spoke about who bears responsibility for creating a safer and more inclusive industry for both insiders and consumers. If you enjoy it, share it with your friends or on social media, and don't forget to tag: @redcheeksnoshameEpisode Navigation:00:01:00 Watching porn 00:05:30 Social media banns and influencers marketing 00:20:50 Harmful regulations00:26:16 Starting a site with adult content 00:32:00 Overcoming issues with banking 00:36:10 Ethical porn and verification system 00:46:30 Licensing content vs content being uploaded 00:50:20 Age verification 00:57:30 Values 00:59:20 Student-teacher porn01:13:30 Reporting content Links:Freya Education Maria's Substack Support the showJoin RedCheeks Academy to learn about ethical production of intimate scenes. In this two-part episode, I spoke with a couple about cuckolding. My goal with this episode is to present a different lifestyle and a relationship type that we often don't speak about. Crystal Welch and her husband are a married cuckold couple and they have been together for 8 years. Cuckolding is a type of consensual non-monogamy, where only the woman has multiple sexual partners (called “bulls”), and the husband remains faithful. It's a form of domination that can be expressed differently in the relationship, and most of the time, the wife is the dominant one. The first part is with R, the husband. And in the second conversation, I speak with the wife - Crystal. Both of them agreed to the interview under the condition that their real identities are kept secret.(The first interview ends around 44 minutes in.)Support the show

She is a cheerful and lovely person, and she did a great job of leading me through the mysteries of the BDSM world. I intended to focus on consent and pushing boundaries within BDSM practice, but naturally, we covered some other topics like work during the pandemic and her overcoming self-doubt. 00:03:30 - start and intro00:05:40 - Growing up in a Christian and a female-dominated environment 00:13:50 - First sexual experience 00:15:30 - First contact with pornographic images/film00:20:45 - Work in pandemic time00:25:55 - Lifestyle vs Professional Dominatrix 00:27:40 - Consent and boundaries in domination (lifestyle part)00:34:50 - The typical day of work 00:37:30 - Difference between sub and slave 00:40:10 - Slave position - what is it?00:41:50 - What slaves learn during the training on youwillpleaseme.com / BDSM identities discovery 00:45:04 - Physical vs psychological punishment00:48:25 - Crossing boundaries in corporal punishment, where to draw the line. 00:55:50 - Recruitment of slaves 01:00:55 - Financial domination 01:07:45 - Eva explains how she cares for her mental health in this emotionally demanding work01:09:45 - Things that a professional dominatrix never does01:11:40 - Kinks and fetishes that Eva enjoys the most01:19:15 - Overcoming self-doubt 01:22:45 - Tips for couples who would like to start practising dom and sub relationship01:22:50 - Recommendations for any woman who would like to start working as a dominatrix Support the show
Today's podcast is the first one where a sex worker speaks in-depth on a selected topic. The person with whom I had a pleasure to talk with is Jason Domino. Jason is the sexual health and wellbeing lead for the UK Adult Professionals (UKAP) and a practising sex worker. Jason speaks from his own experience and he is very vested in and passionate about sexual health, specifically topics like HIV and PrEP. I have learned a lot from talking to him and he provided me with more information than I have gotten from anyone in the past few years on this topic. I hope you will find it useful and it will help you to ask further questions. The interview was focused around HIV prevention, function and use of PrEP and PeP, the importance of understanding different HIV tests and what is the window period, and how it works. This podcast contains a lot of detailed information, and at the end of it, you may have more questions. For this (and many other) reasons we have opened a comment section on http://redcheeks.org/jason. If you want to know more, need further clarification or have general feedback feel free to leave a comment. Please remember to be generous and constructive in your comments. Nasty and sarcastic behaviour will not be tolerated. Today I am talking with Richard Lawrence, the owner and funder of Feck.com the company that runs a few different platforms with erotic media. Richard started with an intention of humanising the idea of porn. He did not want to show it through the male gaze perspective and he thought that it would be more interesting to give a woman a camera and to let her express herself. This is how I Shot Myself, Beautiful Agony and I Feel Myself were created. In today's podcast, Richard told us different stories from his personal life, and one of them stood out for me the most, and it was the story of his first kiss with the babysitter. We also talked about more serious topics like socially responsible erotica and the importance of values that the porn portraits. I really enjoyed my conversation with Richard, and I hope you will enjoy this interview too. He is a very interesting person with a tone of experience to share. 00:00:40 Start 00:02:10 Teenage years 00:18:20 First kiss (babysitter story)00:20:50 Favorite sexy scene from a film (Fear and Donnie Darko)00:23:10 Feck.com, ISM, BA and IFM - description of the company 00:32:20 Why porn is taboo - Richards take on this00:38:15 Confessions from Beautiful Agony 00:46:20 Concept of socially responsible porn 00:47:47 Ethical porn - Richards understanding of this concept and how Feck introduces ethics into their production 00:50:20 Porn as a source of sex education for people 01:01:40 Porn and "charmless rendering of human sexuality"01:13:47 Situations where something did not go to the plan on the shoot day Support the show
Abigail Wiliams, a very intelligent, good-hearted activist and sex performer, who completed her degree in anthropology and sociology. Now she works toward her PhD that talks about regulation of online pornography in the UK and how this affects the people who produce it. She gives lectures on a university and she works together with National Ugly Mugs UK - a charity that works toward ending violence against sex workers. We talked about her personal experience as a porn performer, her attraction toward women and why it was hard at first for her to understand being attracted to anyone else than men. Abigaile talked about how she gained her first sexual experience in a threesome and how her abusive (past) relationship directed her toward porn. We dived deeper into talking about her favourite fetishes and how porn can help young people to explore their sexuality. I also would like to note small friction that went unnoticed during the recording of this podcast. We had some sound issues and sometimes the audio may go very low, sorry for this! Likely the audio problem is only on my side, and you can hear perfectly fine everything that Abigail says, and her message is the one that is powerful and must be heard! So If you are eager to hear from Abigail jump on this podcast and hopefully you will enjoy it as much as I did.00:04:20 - The way Abigail came up with her stage name00:06:18 - Abigaile's childhood and family 00:08:48 - Discovering her sexuality 00:10:31 - Sex education 00:15:25 - Describes her attraction toward women 00:19:40 - First sexual experience 00:23:50 - The single moment that turned Abigail toward the porn industry 00:29:10 - The first shoot experience 00:33:52 - "The conversation" 00:36:15 - Disclosing to partners the nature of her work 00:39:00 - The PhD thesis on an idea called legal consciousness - how people interpret and interact with the law and how this presents itself in UK BDSM porn00:42:50 - Fetishes 00:46:39 - How else we can use porn00:54:04 - Porn and sex work being stigmatised - Abigail's take on this. 01:05:36 - Advice to someone who is getting into the industry 01:07:31 - The biggest failure and the learnings 01:11:55 - Things that Abigail wished to know before working in porn 01:15:00 - "Before the shoot" rituals Support the show
In this podcast, I am talking with Garion Hall, the Owner and founder of abbywinters.com - the porn site that produces content of amateur models. The company goes against mainstream standards by encouraging performers to keep their natural look. Garion's story takes us on a 20 year-long journey of producing adult content. During our conversation, we talked about the company's clearly defined standards and ethics, how the production of porn with real-life couples looks like and where are the challenges. Garion told us about 5 am police raid on his house and a stressful time when he faced the false allegations of producing underaged porn. This interview is special for me because abbywinters.com is a place where I started working 10 years ago and it was my first experience in the adult media industry.Jump on this podcast to listen to Garion's story, and I hope you are going to enjoy it as much as I did. 00:01:45 - Introduction00:16:00 – How the idea of producing porn with amateur models was born.00:22:20 – First shoot production.00:41:15 – Church and brothel.00:52:00 – Legal issue and the false accusations of producing underaged porn.00:53:20 – Moving the company overseas.00:56:15 – Visit of police on set in Amsterdam.01:14:25 – Description of work ethics within the company and Garion's point of view on ethical porn.01:17:25 – Performers making an informed decision and how abbywinters.com ensures to provide models with factual information.01:21:00 – “Cooling-off” period as part of abbywinters.com policy for working with performers.01:32:40 – How consumers can choose ethical porn.01:41:30 – Advice to people who would like to appear in porn and/or produce it.Support the show
