Today's guest, Victor Warring, has a quite provocative title - he is an Erotic ReWilder. Which includes his roles as a Somatic Sexuality Educator, mentor, coach and community facilitator. Victor is dedicated to supporting people in reclaiming their erotic sovereignty and removing any self-imposed, internalized or socially imposed obstacles that interfere with the expression of their bodily erotic brilliance. In this episode, we dive into the distinction between erotic and sexual—and why that difference matters. We also explore what it means to rewild after generations of colonization, and how we begin to deconstruct the narratives that have shaped our bodies, our pleasure, and our sense of self. What does it mean to rewild, decolonize, and reclaim our experience of pleasure and intimacy? How do we embody erotic sovereignty—not just in moments of intimacy, but in our relationships with ourselves, each other, and the world?Victor shares how sexological bodywork can support this reclamation, the role of conscious pleasure practices, and how we can expand our capacity to experience pleasure—even amidst chaos, collapse, and collective overwhelm. What is Covered:(00:00) Remembering Tory Capron(02:05) Understanding the concept of erotic vs sex(04:02) The meaning of rewilding(09:08) Rewilding and the connection to ancestral selves(13:07) The Impact of colonization on body and sexuality(20:13) Grief, vulnerability, shame and their connection to eros(27:22) How to deal with performance anxiety in sexuality(34:25) Why we need to slow down to reconnect with the erotic(40:05) Navigating pleasure and pleasure practices amidst chaos(46:07) What is erotic sovereignty?(51:38) The role of sexological bodywork in reclaiming erotic sovereignty(56:15) How we can reclaim our erotic nature and erotic power(01:00:06) Why each decolonization experience is different and uniqueResources:- Sign up for the Power Reclamation Newsletter https://revealingwisdom.activehosted.com/f/9- Check out Victor's upcoming workshops and events: https://www.rewilderos.com/- A powerful film on death from our dear friend Tory Capron - The Mountains Remain, a film by Henna Taylor https://hennataylor.com/work/until-only-the-mountain-remains/- Follow Victor on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bonobo_man/- Find Victor on Facebook: https://www.instagram.com/bonobo_man/- Also, we referred to this podcast, which is fun if you've not listened: Savage Lovecast https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/savage-lovecast/id201376301Connect with Anne-Marie Marron: - If you have a power reclamation story to share or questions, please send them to Ask Anne-Marie https://anne-mariemarron.com/ask- Find Anne-Marie on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/anne.marie.marron/- If you wonder whether Power Reclamation Coaching is for you, book a discovery call https://calendly.com/anne-marie-marron/30-minute-consultation- For more on customized immersions with Anne-Marie, please visit: https://anne-mariemarron.com/integral-leadership-immersion

Please benefit from this short grounding meditation led by Sexual Healer, Lorraine Pentello. At least 50% of the population has been sexually traumatized in their lifetimes which means it's very likely you, as a lover, are with someone who has been. This mediation can help you to help them - if ever you notice your partner drifting off, freezing, numb, destablized, highly reactive in a sexual context. Their sexual trauma may be being triggered - by no fault of your own! Here is how to help...your lover, and yourself, so that you don't take it personally, get defensive, feel rejected, maybe angry and frustrated - all of which could deepen that trauma. The more you can stay regulated, present, objective and compassionate, the more you can actually help your parter to heal sexually and increase presence and pleasure. MORE ALI MEZEY:Website:  https://www.alimezey.comPersonal Geometry® and the Magic of Mat Work Course information:https://www.alimezey.com/personal-geometry-foundationsTransgenerational Healing Films: https://constellationarts.com/MORE LORRAINE PENTELLO:www.lorrainepentello.comBIO: Lorraine Pentello (she/he/they)Lorraine is a Somatic Therapist and bodyworker specialising in sexuality and trauma. They glimmered dully in the light issuing from more candle brackets set at intervals along the shelves. Like those in the circular room behind them, their flames were burning blue. The room was very cold"— Description of the Hall of Prophecy[src]The Hall of Prophecy was a chamber within the Department of Mysteries, on Level 9 of the British Ministry of Magic in London, England. The hall featured shelves containing records of prophecies,[1]though many of these records (if not all) were destroyed by the Reductor Curse. This was a part of a battle between Death Eaters and Dumbledore's Army members; it occurred in the Hall in 1996.[2]Its existence was long rumoured within the general wizarding community, but never confirmed by the Ministry itself until 1996.[3] The destruction of the Time-Turners was mentioned in the Daily Prophet. The Hall of Prophecy, which was entered through the Time Room, was described as a vast, cold chamber with a ceiling as high as that of a cathedral. It was filled with row upon row of towering shelves. On these shelves were hundreds of small, dusty, glass orbs (Prophecy Records), each with a yellowed and dusty label affixed below. Candle-brackets set at intervals along the shelves held blue-flame candles.[1]The row of shelves directly in front of the door from the Time Room was number 53. Number 54 was to the right of that, then 55, and so on. The light was very dim in the Hall. The candles were located on either end of each row, which meant that from one end, the far end of each row was lost in darkness. Some of the orbs glowed with a faint inner light, but others were cold and dark. We need to understand about attachment wounds, navigate power dynamics, and eschew relationship paradigms that inhibit loving connection. The lens of neurobiology helps us do this work in ways that are trauma aware, ethical and deeply grounded.  There is also a domain - specific knowledge we need, of sensual massage, genital anatomy, genital massage strokes, genital dearmouring, and the integration of science, sex and spirit."  From Caffyn Jesse's new site and new online course - a curation and culmination of their life's work and play.

Bisexuals are the most common identity in the LGBTQIA+ population with 84% of bisexual people in opposite sex partnerships. On top of that, women are more likely to identify as bisexual. So why isn't there more support and resources for queer women? Especially those in straight relationships? We invite Heather as a guest on this show to discuss major challenges bisexual women face, the stereotypes many are labelled with and even physical and mental health outcomes this invisible majority can encounter. Heather is currently a third-year graduate student in Southern Methodist University's Counseling Program working toward completion of her Master's degree. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, she is committed to finding creative ways to serve and support others in the group. You won't want to miss out on this intimate and candid discussion three bisexual women share about being in straight, long-term partnerships. Guest Info: Heather is currently a third-year graduate student in Southern Methodist University's Counseling Program working toward completion of her Master's degree. Quicky #16 is from Season 2, Episode 2; Porn Yoga: Healthy Porn Watching (with Joseph Kramer, Ph.D.) Welcome back to the #MenSexPleasure podcast, this is episode 17. Today, I'm chatting with Joseph Kramer, Ph.D. For forty years, Joseph has traveled the world teaching erotic bodywork. In 1984, he founded the Body Electric School in Oakland, California, where he trained thousands of professional massage therapists, erotic bodyworkers and somatic educators. In 2003, Joseph founded the new legal profession of Sexological Bodywork™. Joseph Kramer teaches in Sexological Bodywork trainings in California, Europe, Canada, Brazil and Australia and through his educational websites: OrgasmicYoga.com, EroticMassage.com, EroticIntegration.com and YogaofSex.com. Joseph and I discuss his practice of Porn Yoga, now called Erotic Integration. I've spoken on many other podcasts about my opinion that porn can be used intentionally as a tool to aid our arousal. This point of view comes directly from Joseph and the work that he does. We speak about how to watch porn healthily.

We've made it to Episode 500! This week I welcome Kimberly Johnson for a conversation about somatic experiences for healing, the practice of sexological bodywork, and the fourth trimester of motherhood. We also discuss discerning between being proactive versus reactive in life and activating what Kimberly refers to, in her work, as the “Inner Jaguar.”.  Kimberly is a Sexological Bodyworker, Somatic Experiencing trauma resolution practitioner, postpartum advocate, birth doula, author, and single mom.  Some of the topics we explore include: Somatic Experiencing: what it is, how to find a practitioner, and some tools women can use to heal (4:18) Activating your “Inner Jaguar” is not about being an Alpha female, it's about being comfortable in your own skin, helping you to go after what you want or don't want, and letting go rather than burnout (10:18) What is sexological bodywork? The fourth trimester of motherhood and why is it important for women/mothers to shift their experience of being and mothering (17:09) “What you need post-partum is also what this culture needs to move in a direction that actually honors life.” (38:00)

What is your erotic potential? And how might you ... increase it? Online erotica? Mindful masturbation? Solo nude mirror practices? The answer is all of the above and much, much more.   To help guide us through the erotic bramblebush (erotic bramblebush? erotic bramblebush!) we are very lucky to sit down with the wise and wonderful Rebecca S. Kay.   Rebecca is a Sex Educator with over ten years of experience. She's been a sexual advisor at Planned Parenthood, the Sexual Education Centre at the University of Toronto and the Brandon Centre in London, England. She has studied Surrogate Partner Therapy with UK based ICASA and is currently obtaining her certification in Somatic Sex Education and Sexological Bodywork through the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education.   Rebecca's mission is to break down sexual stigma and build up people's relationships with their bodies, sexualities, and each other. She is guided by the belief that pleasure is an essential element of this work and that nurturing intimacy takes courage and practice. Rebecca helps clients connect with their bodies and sharpen their skills through mindfulness, sexological bodywork, psychology, and neuroscience. She's at www.rebeccaskay.com and I recommend checking out her work and offerings.   With Rebecca's warmth, curiosity, and judgement-free guidance she creates such a rare and supportive open space to talk about sexuality. And yet! Despite this safe space creating ability ... I was, uh, extremely nervous. Extremely. As you'll hear. So it was growth for me and I hope it can be growth for you, too. Sexuality is so stigmatized and maybe this type of conversation helps us move a little bit down the path.   My wife Leslie also teaches sexual ed to seventh and eighth grade students and she (kindly!) joins for this conversation. So, here we go! Are you ready? Let's bravely jump into this wonderful conversation with Rebecca S. Kay.   Let's flip the page into Chapter 109 now…   What You'll Learn: How should we teach young people about sex? Why is there still so much stigma around sex? What is planned parenthood? What is somatic sex education? What is erotic potential? What is the state of sex education today? Why is it so important to teach kids about body parts? How are we shaped by our first sexual experiences? How can we help kids explore their sexuality safely? What is the value of reading erotic writing? How can we use self compassion to love our bodies more? How do we reconcile the paradox of coupledom and erotic desire? How can we maintain eroticism in a long term committed relationship? What is the difference between love and desire? Why is eroticism in marriage fairly new as a concept? What's the state of marriage today? Why are monogamy and non monogamy not binary? What is a peak erotic experience? What is mindful masturbation? What is a surrogate partner? What is sexological bodywork? What is the future of sex coaching?   You can find show notes and more information by clicking here: https://www.3books.co/chapters/109   Leave us a voicemail.
