Dominic shares endless wisdom on this episode - it has to be my favorite episode I have ever recorded. Why Running is Trendy Right Now: Fad Psychology Explained

Welcome back to another episode, friends! In today's episode, I talk about running as a fad. There has been a clear increase in the number of runners on social media over the past several years - have you seen the trends in how many people are applying for marathons, the cutoff times for world majors, and the amount of running products and social platforms coming out?! After a quick life update, I give you some psychological explanations as to WHY this may be happening. Remember that this is a correlation, not causation, and everything described here is merely based on theory. This has not been CAUSED. Future research is needed to understand this further. However, I use principles of fad psychology to help explain this. If you are noticing the uptick in social media runners and want to know WHY, this episode is for you!
