In this powerful episode, we dive deep into the nature of the “opponent” — the ego-driven force within us that perpetuates selfishness, pain, and separation. The core message revolves around how this opponent continuously pushes us into patterns of egocentricity, fear, doubt, jealousy, and suffering, keeping us trapped in a cycle of repeated pain and ignorance. But the good news? The Source has already given us a way to rise above this force and reclaim the pure consciousness and everlasting happiness that was originally ours. The episode breaks down four crucial ways the Source empowers us to overcome the opponent:First, we are able to feel potential pain without having to experience the full blow of actual pain. This is the mercy built into the game — a protective measure allowing us to confront challenges without being destroyed by them.Second, we can let the ego take the hit instead of the soul taking the hit. The ego is a false self, a mask crafted by the opponent to keep us trapped in selfishness and suffering. By allowing the ego to suffer and absorb the pain, the soul remains unharmed and free to move toward greater awareness and freedom.Third, the game asks us to choose short-term pain over long-term suffering. This is the essence of renouncing selfishness. Though letting go of ego-driven desires hurts — and it hurts deeply — this initial pain is a shortcut to breaking free from the cycle of long-lasting pain, disease, emotional turmoil, and repeated lifetimes of suffering.Fourth, constant awareness of the pain and its purpose is essential. Recognizing that the pain inflicted by the opponent is a signal, a challenge designed to lead us toward greater consciousness, helps us endure and even welcome the discomfort. This awareness transforms pain from an enemy into a guide. The episode further unpacks how selfishness is not simply a human flaw but the opponent's primary tool, disguised under countless expressions like jealousy, anger, fear, and doubt. It's the force behind every global and personal problem — poverty, disease, environmental destruction — reflecting the collective ego's effect on the world.Yet, the opponent isn't an evil entity but rather a force working for the Source's ultimate purpose: to push us to grow and earn our way back to pure consciousness — a state of love, abundance, and joy. It's a challenging journey, often taking lifetimes, but one worth every struggle. The episode closes with a call to brothers everywhere to renounce selfishness, embrace selflessness, and face the ego's challenges head-on. To welcome humiliation, embarrassment, and the “death” of the false self as the path to true freedom. To understand that the external world is a mirror of our inner state and that miracles happen when we overcome our ego-driven nature. In embracing this truth, we find the power to break free from the opponent's grip and elevate our alpha — our pure consciousness — toward the happiness and peace that awaits us beyond the game.
In this multi-part episode, we go deep into the game of life — not as it appears on the surface, but as it truly is in the unseen world of consciousness, energy, and soul design. This isn't about philosophy or religion. It's about remembering. It's about returning. It's about rising. In Part 1, we begin with the “who” — who you truly are beneath the illusions. You are not the body. You are not your thoughts. You are not your beta condition. You are the vessel designed to receive and radiate endless energy. You are the alpha state, the spark of the Source, sent here not to suffer but to succeed — to remember your divinity, to overcome the illusion of separation, and to return home with more than you left with.In Part 2, we dive into the “why” — why you came here. We explore the divine intention behind your descent into this realm of contrast and duality. You didn't fall by accident; you came to transform lack into abundance, pain into power, and illusion into truth. You came to earn what was once given freely — to become a creator like the Creator. And we introduce the key player in this journey: the opponent, the force that appears negative but ultimately serves your elevation. In Part 3, we explore the “how” — how the fall happened, how the opponent infiltrated the vessel, and how low self-worth became the greatest lie ever told. Through metaphor and story, we uncover how temptation lured us into short-term pleasure, how shame disconnected us from the Source, and how the ego — the voice of the opponent — became the dominant operating system for humanity. But this isn't a story of defeat. It's the beginning of the awakening. This episode sets the stage for learning how to play the game — to know the rules, develop your strategy, and practice with purpose. Because when you do, brother, you win. And when you win, you earn the energy, the light, the love that has always been yours.Next week, we go deeper into the opponent's use of pain — and how to transcend it.
Life, as we experience it, isn't random. It's a game. And here's the catch: we're not just players; we signed up for this. We agreed to step into these bodies, with all the limitations and struggles, because we knew that the deeper our experience, the closer we would get to the light we all seek. That light is our true nature — pure, endless, radiant energy. But there's a catch: we don't just get to have it handed to us. We have to earn it.Now, I know this might sound like a lot of philosophical fluff. But bear with me. The reason life feels hard sometimes, why we're constantly facing challenges, is because we're learning how to interact with the energy around us in a way that brings us closer to that light. Every challenge, every setback, is an opportunity to choose again, to let go of fear, to move through resistance, and to step into something higher. You've heard of the ego, right? It's the part of us that wants control, that wants to keep us separate, that always wants to react from a place of fear. It's not the enemy, though. It's a tool — a part of the game that helps us grow. But here's the thing: when you're aware of the ego, you don't have to be ruled by it. It's like any tool. You can use it or you can let it use you. The more you choose love over fear, the more you expand your ability to give, to love, to be present, to hold space — and in that space, you find light. And here's where it gets really interesting: giving is not about overgiving, people-pleasing, or pretending to be selfless. True giving comes from a place of wholeness. You cannot give what you don't have. So, if you're feeling drained, or if you're giving out of obligation, that's not true giving. It's a transaction. And you're missing the point. True giving is when you're full of your own energy — and when you give from that place, it doesn't deplete you. It amplifies you.Let's talk about the vessel for a moment. The vessel is you. It's me. It's every human being walking this earth. We are all one, even though we look different and act different. When you interact with someone, you're interacting with another piece of your own soul. Every judgment you cast, every act of kindness, every word of encouragement — it's all happening within the collective energy of humanity. The more you embody love, the more the collective energy rises. And you rise with it.Remember: this is not about bypassing the hard stuff. Life is a game, but that doesn't mean it's all sunshine and rainbows. It means that the struggles, the pain, the challenges, are all part of the process. They're part of the game. And when you face them with conscious awareness, with presence, you earn the light — and that light becomes a part of who you are.So, my invitation to you: stop trying to escape the game. Play it. Show up. Step into the fullness of your experience and know that every choice you make is a step closer to who you really are. The light is waiting, and it's always been within you. The only thing left to do is to choose it.

In this powerful and illuminating episode, Kevin takes listeners on a journey into the heart of what he calls “the game of life”—not as a metaphor for competition, but as a spiritual blueprint for awakening. With his signature clarity and energy, he unpacks what the game truly is, how it works, and most importantly, why we're playing it.At its core, the point of the game is expansion. Not just intellectual growth, not just material achievement—but a deep, soul-level expansion of consciousness, energy, and alignment with truth. Kevin explains that we didn't come here to suffer, chase status, or fix the world. We came here to remember who we really are: limitless, eternal beings playing a temporary role. Life is not happening to us—it's happening for us. And once we're ready, it begins happening through us.He describes three levels of awareness in the game: first, where we feel like victims of life (“It's happening to me”); second, where we begin to see life as a teacher (“It's happening for me”); and finally, the level of divine embodiment (“It's happening through me”). As we level up through these stages, the game becomes clearer, lighter, and more joyful—even in the midst of challenge.Kevin challenges listeners to stop sleepwalking through life. The default setting of the game is ego: fear, scarcity, control, validation. But that's not the point. The point is not to win in the eyes of the world, but to wake up and play consciously. To recognize every challenge as training, every trigger as a tool, and every relationship as a mirror. To dissolve the illusion of separateness and remember our true nature as love and awareness. The game isn't random. It's beautifully designed. You chose your role. You chose your circumstances. And even though you've forgotten the rules, they're always guiding you back to truth. Kevin explains how your soul knows the path, and when you surrender to that inner wisdom, life begins to flow in alignment. Miracles become normal. Peace becomes your baseline. Joy becomes your natural state.Using the metaphor of a sport, Kevin explains that each person has unique gifts and limitations, and the goal isn't to compare or compete—but to master your own position. The more you expand your vessel—the capacity to hold energy, truth, and presence—the more naturally you uplift others just by being who you are. That's the real win: expansion that leads to impact. This episode is an invitation to stop playing small, stop reacting from ego, and start engaging with life as a conscious, empowered soul. You were never meant to just survive—you were meant to remember, expand, and radiate light into the world. At the end of the episode, Kevin announces the launch of the Academy for Consciousness Expansion (ACE)—a redesigned teaching platform that offers deeper trainings, community connection, and one-on-one mentorship to help you master your own game.

Life is a game — not a courtroom of judgment, not a classroom of endless testing, but a game meant to be played with joy, strategy, and the full embrace of your alpha essence. He explains how most people aren't winning because they either don't know the rules or haven't found their strategy. Brothers, today I want to give you a big-picture view of what this podcast has been about, where we've been, and why we've been here. Over the past six years, we've explored some of the deepest concepts around the mind, energy, and the nature of reality, all with the goal of elevating your alpha. Now, it's time to summarize it all, and let me tell you, it boils down to three main points.First and foremost, this podcast has been about service. At its most obvious and superficial level, my goal has been to help you. It's about simplifying complex ideas—whether it's mind management, self-mastery, or the frameworks we've explored like spiral dynamics, human design, and Krishnamurti's work. My role has been to take all that complexity, all that information, and make it understandable and applicable for you. But here's the thing, brothers: while that service has been real and important, it's rooted in duality. There's the assumption that I'm the teacher and you're the student. It's useful, but it's just one layer, and it's the most surface-level reason behind this podcast. Now, let's go a bit deeper. Beyond service, this podcast has been a personal journey for me. You've been with me, witnessing my own evolution, my growth. From the very first episode, I came to you with my own perspective—one that was built on the foundations of philosophy, religion, quantum mechanics, and more. But as we moved forward, you saw my mind evolve. You watched as I investigated new frameworks, learned new concepts, and questioned old beliefs. This podcast has been a platform for me to share my personal journey, and you've been a part of that every step of the way. For that, I am grateful. So, while I've been serving you, you've also been witnessing my transformation. It's a journey we've taken together. And finally, the deepest layer, the most subtle point, is that this podcast has been about the release of energy. Karma, brothers, means action, and everything we do is an expression of pent-up energy. This podcast, these teachings, these conversations—it's all been a process of letting go, of releasing energy that had to come through. From the beginning of time, this was always meant to happen. It's been part of the cosmic plan, part of the energy that flows through each of us. At its core, this podcast is an expression of that flow—moving through me, through you, and into the world. So brothers, to wrap it up: the purpose of this podcast has been threefold. First, service—simplifying the mind and its complexities to help you on your journey. Second, my personal journey—an evolution you've been a witness to. And finally, the release of energy—because everything that's happened here, from the very first episode to today, had to happen. It was always part of the plan.Until next time, brothers, elevate your alpha.
In this episode, we're diving deep into one of the key aspects of Human Design: the difference between skills and systems. Now, as many of you know, I'm a projector, and this really shapes how I've experienced life, especially when it comes to learning new things. I've spent years living in different countries, totally immersed in the culture, working hard to learn languages like Spanish and Chinese, and yet—I still don't speak them fluently. But then, I see my friends who are generators, picking up these skills almost effortlessly in a fraction of the time. It used to frustrate me, but it all makes sense once you understand the Human Design framework.Generators are built to master skills. They're the doers. They have this natural energy for repetition, for practice, for honing in on a specific task until they perfect it. They're like the chess pieces on a board—each with their unique strengths and abilities. But what about us projectors? Well, we don't operate like that. While a generator might be able to dive into a skill and refine it, we're here to see the big picture. Our gift lies in understanding the system behind that skill, in seeing how all the moving parts work together, and guiding others to their mastery.I've experienced this over and over in my life. Take music, for example. I've tried to learn instruments like the piano and guitar. I could sit there and practice for hours, but no matter how much time I put in, I just couldn't get past being average. But here's the thing: I understand the system of music perfectly. I can read music like the back of my hand. I know the notes, the rhythms, the scales. I just can't play them well. And the same thing happened in sports—like when I was a competitive shooter. I never ranked high in competitions, but I could teach people how to shoot, and they'd become champions. Why? Because I understood the system behind shooting, the strategies, the techniques. This episode is about embracing that difference. As projectors, we're not here to grind through skills and become masters of them ourselves. We're here to guide. We're here to teach. We're here to see the big picture and help others reach their potential. It's like the chessboard analogy: the generator pieces are focused on their individual moves, but we're the player—we see the whole board and guide them to make the best moves. But I'm not saying projectors can't learn skills or that generators can't master systems. What I'm saying is that we have different strengths, and when we lean into those strengths, we thrive. Projectors need to stop feeling like they have to keep up with the generator hustle. Likewise, generators can benefit from having a projector to guide them through the systems that govern their world.Ultimately, it's about celebrating our energetic differences. We're all the same in essence—our essence is unity, vibration, light. But energetically, we're all unique, and when we recognize that, we can better understand how to live in alignment with our true selves. So if you're a generator, find yourself a projector to guide you. And if you're a projector, embrace your role as the guide. Together, we elevate each other.
In this episode, we take a deep dive into two critical concepts: compassion and pity—and why understanding the difference between them is essential for your spiritual journey. On the surface, these two ideas may seem similar. Both involve recognizing someone else's suffering and taking action, but the energy and vibration behind them are completely different. Brothers, this is where the real work begins.Let's break it down. Compassion comes from love, unity, and an understanding of the oneness of all beings. It recognizes that suffering is a projection of the mind—an illusion. When you see someone experiencing pain, you know it's just a story they are telling themselves, just like the stories you tell yourself. Compassion isn't about agreeing with the story; it's about seeing the deeper truth. When you act out of compassion, you're acting from a place of love. You help because you know that everything is connected, and by uplifting someone else, you uplift yourself. There's no fear involved. It's pure love. It's knowing that the person you're helping is just another version of you, another aspect of the oneness we all share. Now, contrast that with pity. Pity comes from fear. You see someone suffering, and your mind immediately projects onto them, thinking, “I don't want that to be me.” Pity stems from the fear that you might end up like the person you're helping. So you act, but your action is driven by fear, not love. You believe in the illusion of their suffering, and by believing it, you reinforce it. It's still action, but it's not coming from the highest place. And brothers, if you're acting out of fear, you're still trapped in the lower vibration of the third dimension. You're reacting to the illusion instead of rising above it.This distinction is crucial, not just in how we interact with others, but also in how we treat ourselves. Are you practicing self-compassion or self-pity? When you're in self-pity, you're telling yourself a fear-based story, feeding into the illusion that you're not where you need to be, or that you're not enough. But when you practice self-compassion, you acknowledge where you are with love. You recognize that, yes, maybe you made a mistake, but that's part of the process. It's part of the illusion. There's no fear in self-compassion, only love and growth.Throughout this episode, I challenge you to examine the root of your actions. Are you acting from love or from fear? Are you truly in compassion, or are you coming from a place of pity? This is the deep work, brothers—the spiritual practice of elevating your vibration, of shifting from fear-based action to love-based action. It's easy to think you're being compassionate, but if there's any fear involved, you're still stuck in pity.Remember, we are spiritual beings having a human experience, not the other way around. The world as we know it is not as it seems. It's time to wake up, elevate your mind, and elevate your alpha. When you can act from a place of true compassion, both toward others and yourself, that's when you break free from the illusion and step into your true power.

Hey brothers, I want to dive deep into a concept that might sound counterintuitive at first: the idea that depression is actually an upgrade for the human species. I know it sounds crazy, but stick with me here. When we start to move from our conditioned beta state towards neutrality and beyond, we begin to pierce the shell of our ego, our "I-ness." This initial breakthrough can feel like entering a dark, cloudy, and rainy world where nothing matters, much like the downtrodden side of the meme where a person is slumped over and unhappy. When you first confront the realization that nothing matters, it often leads to a state of depression. This isn't a bad thing. In fact, it's an important step in our evolution. Depression signals that our crisis monitoring system is lowering, helping us recognize that nothing, indeed, matters. This realization aligns with what mystics, saints, and sages have always known: everything is empty, a hologram, a dream state. We start to understand that our ego, our attachments, our possessions, and even our relationships don't really matter. Many people are uncomfortable with this idea because it contrasts sharply with our conditioning, which tells us that our lives and identities are supremely important. But the truth is, nothing matters. And that's liberating. It's the beginning of moving from ignorance to knowledge, from ego to true self.I know some coaches will tell you to strengthen your ego, to build a strong persona. And that's okay; it's not wrong. But if you want to move beyond the ego, to break through to the other side, you must let go of the idea that your ego matters. When you do, you'll experience what's on the other side of the meme: bliss, harmony, and love.Moving from ignorance to knowledge is like returning to the Garden of Eden. The story goes that we lost our true knowledge when we ate from the Tree of Knowledge and became aware of our ego. But when we regain this knowledge, we understand that nothing matters, and we can embrace this truth joyfully. This understanding leads to liberation and, ultimately, to a state of nirvana or heaven on earth. To know you've moved from ignorance to knowledge, look for that sense of bliss that isn't tied to circumstances. It's a bliss that comes from ego death, from truly understanding that nothing matters. This state can be reached through meditation, breathwork, plant medicine, or even listening to this podcast. When you get there, everything around you – the colors, the sounds, the mundane things – becomes vibrant, magical, and awe-inspiring. You merge with the world, experiencing its perfection and realizing that you are one with it.Doctors and scientists know so little about the body, just as we know so little about the universe. The arrogance of claiming we fully understand either is a product of our ego. But when we let go of the "I," we see the body and the world as the magical, vibrant entities they truly are.Brothers, if this resonates with you, come to the academy. It's one path among many, but it's a path where we explore these truths together. Everything is impermanent, everything is in flux, and embracing that truth is key to your freedom. Until next week, elevate your alpha.
Brothers, today I want to share a journey that transcends the surface of our daily struggles. This is not about acquiring more, but about transcending the very need to seek and cling. Our minds, if left unmanaged, lead us into cycles of suffering. They trick us into chasing pleasure and avoiding pain, keeping us trapped in a perpetual state of dissatisfaction.Recognize the Source of SufferingThe first step on this journey is recognizing that our suffering is not caused by external circumstances but by our reactions to them. Life is not about the content we experience but the dualities we create—pleasure and pain, good and bad. This duality is an illusion created by our conditioned mind, which is always seeking pleasure and avoiding pain.Step into NeutralityBy stepping into neutrality, separating thoughts from facts, we begin to see clearly. This is crucial, brothers. You must understand that your feelings are not dictated by the world around you but by your mind's interpretation of it. When you learn to separate your thoughts from facts, you gain control over your emotional responses. This is where true freedom begins.Ask the Fundamental Question: Who Am I?Once we achieve this state of neutrality, we delve deeper, asking the fundamental question: "Who am I?" This is not a mere intellectual exercise but a profound inquiry into the nature of the self. You are not your body, your mind, or the story you tell yourself. Everything is in a constant state of flux. The body, the mind, the story—all are impermanent. When we grasp this, we gain knowledge. And with this knowledge comes liberation.Understand ImpermanenceImpermanence is the key to understanding the nature of reality. The body you had yesterday is not the same body you have today. Everything changes, and nothing remains static. This knowledge of impermanence is what moves you from ignorance to enlightenment. It liberates you from the suffering caused by attachment and aversion.Liberation Through KnowledgeLiberation is about recognizing the eternal and infinite nature of our true self. It's about understanding that while our individual experiences differ, at the core, we are all interconnected. This realization dissolves the boundaries of self and other, leading to compassion and unity. You see, brothers, we are all part of the same divine mind. The individual mind, with its fears and desires, is just a small part of this greater whole.Commit to the Spiritual JourneyCommit to this spiritual journey, brothers. This is not a hobby or a side project but a lifestyle. It's about consistent practice, mindfulness, and self-awareness. Begin by acknowledging the dualities in your life and move towards awakening. Recognize that the only constant is change, and with this knowledge, you will find peace.Embrace Mind ManagementYou must manage your mind, or it will manage you. Our minds are conditioned to avoid suffering and seek pleasure, creating a cycle of dissatisfaction. Through mind management and emotional ownership, we break this cycle. This is what I offer you, brothers—tools to manage your mind and take control of your emotional life.Focus on Helping OthersAs you advance on this path, your focus shifts from self-centered desires to helping others. The pleasure-pain cycle no longer dictates your actions. Instead, you strive to bring harmony, peace, and love to others. This is true liberation—acting from a place of compassion and unity rather than personal gain.Live in Unity and HarmonyTogether, we elevate our alpha, not through material gains or external validations, but by transcending the very need for them. This journey is about moving closer to truth, harmony, and love. So, let's look each other in the eye, recognize our shared essence, and support each other on this path to enlightenment.Brothers, choose the spiritual journey. Commit to it fully. Begin by recognizing the dualities in your life, step into neutrality, and ask, "Who am I?" Embrace the knowledge of impermanence and move towards liberation. In doing so, we elevate our alpha. Until next week, elevate your alpha.
Brothers, the journey to true self-understanding is profound and multifaceted, spanning three distinct levels: devotional, intellectual, and actual understanding. Let's explore each level deeply and clearly.1. Devotional Understanding: This is where most people start, accepting knowledge from authorities without personal inquiry. Think of the flat Earth belief or following health guidelines without question. In terms of self-knowledge, many rely on religions or influential figures to define who they are. It's effortless but superficial and highly prone to error.2. Intellectual Understanding: This stage demands personal engagement, research, and critical thinking. Imagine Galileo challenging the flat Earth theory or an individual diving deep into the science behind health guidelines. For self-knowledge, this means actively exploring various paths and philosophies. It's deeper than the devotional level but remains theoretical, forming an intellectual comprehension of the self.3. Actual Understanding: Here, knowledge is gained through direct experience, fundamentally transforming one's perception. Picture astronauts seeing Earth from space or someone experiencing the effects of a well-researched health practice. In self-knowledge, actual understanding comes from inner experiences—meditation, mindfulness, personal insights—that reveal the true self beyond intellectual constructs. The Path to Self-Knowledge: Most people never ask, "Who am I?" They're consumed by survival or distracted by trivial pursuits. Those who do ask this profound question are rare, and even fewer move beyond devotional understanding, often adhering to a religion or philosophy without deeper inquiry. For the few who seek intellectual understanding, there are many paths. The journey is unique, requiring perseverance and openness to different frameworks and philosophies. But intellectual comprehension isn't the end. It must lead to actual understanding through direct experience. The Actual Experience: True self-understanding is the ultimate goal, transcending intellectual theorizing and marked by personal experiences revealing one's essence. Historical spiritual figures like Buddha, Christ, and Krishna reached this level, but each seeker's journey is intensely personal and unique. The Effort and Commitment: Moving from intellectual to actual understanding demands dedicated effort and continuous practice, leading to inner transformation. It involves transcending suffering, ignorance, and superficial desires by cultivating wisdom and deep self-awareness.My wish for you, brothers, is to find true peace and happiness through this profound journey of self-discovery. Move from devotional and intellectual understanding to the actual experience of knowing yourself. This path, though challenging, leads to the deepest fulfillment.Elevate your alpha. Until next week, I love you, brothers.
Alright, listen up, brothers. Today, I'm breaking down something crucial for your journey—whether it's a literal trip from Portland to Seattle or your personal path to enlightenment and success. Imagine trusting someone like Kevin, a well-traveled guy, to guide you from Portland to Seattle. You might start with faith in his directions, but real understanding comes when you take the trip yourself. This is a metaphor for our spiritual and intellectual journeys. There are three levels of understanding: devotional, intellectual, and experiential. Devotional understanding is when you put your faith in an authority—be it Christ, Buddha, or even Kevin's travel directions. You believe because they said so. But here's the thing: faith alone isn't enough. You need to verify, to engage intellectually. Look at the map, cross-check the directions, gather insights from multiple sources. But don't stop there. The real transformation happens when you experience the journey. Get in the car, drive the route, face the challenges, and make it your own. This is where you truly understand, not just theoretically, but deeply and personally. And let's be real—not everyone who starts this journey finishes it. Some get lost, some turn back, some settle along the way. But every experience, whether it leads you to Seattle or somewhere unexpected, is valuable and unique to you. Now, here's the call to action. I'm inviting you to enroll in the Academy. Why? Because this is where you move from intellectual and devotional understanding to actual experience. Join us for webinars, coaching calls, and community discussions. Engage with mentors, share your journey, learn from others. Experience the path yourself. Join the Academy, and let's walk this journey together. Your best self awaits. Be the Alpha.
In this enlightening podcast episode, we journey through profound spiritual teachings to uncover the wisdom of impermanence and the intricacies of manifestation. Our host delves into the Buddhist concept of the five aggregates—form, sensation, perception, mental formations, and consciousness—highlighting their ever-changing nature and how this constant flux defines our existence. By recognizing the impermanence of these aggregates, listeners are invited to question the very essence of the self and understand how attachment to these transient components leads to suffering (dukkha). We then explore the practice of observing life without judgment. Judgment is deeply tied to the ego, perpetuating suffering through desires and aversions. This segment emphasizes the importance of detaching from judgment and simply witnessing experiences as they unfold. By doing so, we reduce the grip of cravings and aversions, finding a path to minimize suffering. Our host draws a clear distinction between wisdom and manifestation, underscoring that while wisdom involves accepting impermanence, manifestation focuses on creating desired changes in one's life. The episode also addresses the challenges and opportunities inherent in the manifestation process. Understanding that striving for goals can introduce a different form of suffering, our host provides practical insights on managing this suffering by bridging the gap between current and desired states. The discussion extends to the spiritual journey, touching upon reincarnation and the significance of our human experience. Whether or not one believes in reincarnation, the essence lies in making the most of our time as human beings, embracing the fullness of our journey.Listeners are reminded of their divine nature as observers of life's impermanence. The ultimate goal is liberation from suffering by recognizing oneself as the observer, detached from the ego and transient identities. This episode offers a balanced perspective on how to navigate the realms of wisdom and manifestation, encouraging a conscious and fulfilling approach to life.Join us in this deep exploration of spiritual wisdom and practical guidance, as we learn to observe without judgment, embrace impermanence, and master the art of manifestation.
Language shapes our perception of reality and keeps us within a limited framework. By constantly using the word "I", we reinforce the illusion of a separate self. Some Buddhist or Hindu monks avoid using "I", saying "your monastery" instead of "my monastery" to emphasize that everything belongs to everyone. This practice challenges the notion of ownership and self-identity.Feelings, like thoughts, are patterns of conditioning. They are not who we truly are but rather responses shaped by our past experiences. Our goal in the academy is to liberate ourselves both consciously and unconsciously. Conscious liberation involves understanding our thought patterns, while unconscious liberation involves recognizing the processes we aren't fully aware of, like our heartbeat or breath. These processes are automatic and reflect a deeper level of existence that we want to be in touch with.Suffering arises when we identify with our feelings and thoughts, thinking they belong to us. We crave good feelings and avoid bad ones, which keeps us trapped in a cycle of desire and aversion. To free ourselves, we must detach from these feelings and thoughts, recognizing them as temporary and conditioned. Our sense of "I" is made up of five aggregates: the physical body and four mental states—cognition, recognition, sensation, and reaction. The body is ever-changing and not a permanent self. Similarly, our mental states are impermanent and influenced by our conditioning.Cognition is the direct experience, the neutral opening of a window to the world. Recognition is the meaning we assign to these experiences. Sensation is the emotional response, and reaction is the action we take based on these feelings. None of these are the true self; they are just processes.By observing these processes and recognizing their impermanence, we can begin to detach from the false sense of a permanent self. Changing habitual patterns, like waking up at a different time or using the opposite hand, helps us understand the depth of our conditioning when we are aware of the craving and aversion patterns.Ultimately, wisdom comes from moving beyond intellectual understanding to experiential realization. By living the truth of impermanence and non-self, we can reduce suffering and elevate our awareness, leading to greater freedom and interconnectedness.
Brothers, I want you to listen closely because what I'm about to share is something that can truly transform your life. It's a pattern I've seen over and over again, and it's critical to understand if you want to break free from suffering. Let's talk about the four quadrants of attachment and how they govern our experience. When you have what you want—money, relationships, status—you're attached. You fear losing these things. This fear leads to suffering. It's a desperate clinging, a hoarding mentality that controls you. You're afraid to lose your bank account, your job, your relationship. The fear of loss is ever-present.Now, shift to the top-right quadrant. You want something but don't have it. This desire, this craving, eats at you. You compare yourself to others, believing your life would be better if you had more money, a better job, a loving relationship. This constant comparison and craving create immense suffering.Let's move to the bottom-left quadrant. Here, you have what you don't want. Maybe it's a debt, a physical condition, or a difficult relationship. You resist these realities, and this resistance breeds anger and a victim mentality. You think, "My life would be better if I didn't have this." This aversion to what is causes deep suffering. Finally, the bottom-right quadrant: you don't have something, and you don't want it. You're afraid of getting what you don't want—disease, financial ruin, a bad relationship. This fear of potential future problems keeps you in a state of anxiety. Here's the key, brothers. We've been conditioned to focus externally, to see everything through the lens of these quadrants. But there's a way out. The solution is to shift our focus internally. Understand that your thoughts and senses are external stimuli. By redirecting your consciousness inward, you can break free from these patterns of attachment. In the academy, we teach cognitive mastery and emotional ownership to help you make this shift. By embracing the present moment and accepting reality without resistance, you can end your suffering. Elevate your alpha by focusing internally, brothers. This is the path to true freedom and peace. Until next week, elevate your alpha.

Welcome, brothers, to the profound teachings of the lava lamp analogy of life. In this enlightening discourse, we delve into the timeless wisdom encapsulated within the rhythmic rise and fall of the bubbles in a lava lamp. Just as the wax in the lamp flows and morphs, so too does our existence unfold in a series of neutral events, relationships, and lessons.Firstly, let us explore the concept of neutrality. Picture the wax and the backdrop of the lamp – they represent the canvas upon which our life experiences unfold. Understand that each bubble, each event, holds no inherent judgment or bias. They simply arise, play their part, and subside, much like the ebb and flow of tides. Embracing this neutrality frees us from the shackles of attachment and empowers us to navigate life's twists and turns with equanimity.Next, contemplate the notion of completion. Just as every bubble in the lava lamp reaches its pinnacle before gracefully descending, so too do our experiences, relationships, and lessons reach their natural conclusions. Instead of mourning these endings, let us rejoice in the opportunities they present for growth and renewal. For every completion heralds the dawn of a new beginning, a chance to embark upon fresh adventures and embrace the mysteries of the unknown. And finally, ponder the cyclical nature of existence. Life, like the lava lamp, operates in cycles – constant, rhythmic, and eternal. Each bubble that bursts is swiftly replaced by another, symbolizing the perpetual motion of creation and transformation. Whether consciously or unconsciously, our actions contribute to the intricate tapestry of karma, shaping our experiences and propelling us ever forward on our spiritual journey. In essence, the lava lamp analogy of life offers us profound insights into the nature of existence – its neutrality, its completion, and its cyclical rhythm. By embracing these teachings, we can cultivate a deeper sense of peace, understanding, and alignment with the divine flow of the universe. So let us journey together, my brothers, as we elevate our alpha and awaken to the boundless possibilities that await us.
Does environment really matter? This question, sparked by discussions in our group coaching sessions and academy, digs deep into the relationship between our surroundings and our state of being. As we navigate through this inquiry, we're challenged to redefine our understanding of environment beyond mere physical spaces. You see, it's not just about where we are geographically or who we're with—it's about the energetic dance between our physical presence and the cosmic forces that shape our reality. We're talking about the interplay of material and spiritual energies that influence our thoughts, emotions, and actions. To unravel this cosmic conundrum, we first explore the concept of the "alpha state" and the "beta condition." Picture it like this: the alpha state is the actor playing the role, while the beta condition is the role itself. Neither is inherently good or bad; they simply exist within the grand theater of life. Now, back to the question at hand: Does environment affect our alpha and beta states? Well, it's a bit of a paradox. On one hand, yes, our physical surroundings—the people, places, and situations—can influence our state of being. For instance, being in nature might evoke feelings of peace and connectedness, while a bustling cityscape might trigger stress and agitation. But here's where it gets juicy: our environment isn't just limited to the tangible world around us. It's also influenced by the cosmic currents of the universe—the ever-shifting energies of the cosmos that swirl around us, shaping our reality in ways we can't even fathom. So, when we ask whether environment matters, we're not just talking about the here and now. We're talking about the infinite dance of energy and consciousness that permeates every aspect of our existence. In the end, it's not about finding a definitive answer—it's about embracing the journey of exploration and self-discovery. So, fellow truth-seekers, join me as we embark on a quest to unlock the mysteries of the universe and uncover the secrets of our true nature.

This podcast episode challenges conventional views on personal consistency and identity. Kevin introduces the concept of daily "body swaps," where each day brings a new version of oneself shaped by energetic vibrations. He urges listeners to recognize the transient nature of identity, emphasizing that who you think you are is not a fixed entity but a dynamic process. The core message is grounded in the idea of being fully present in the current moment, understanding that control over tomorrow is limited. Kevin contends that true presence involves making conscious choices in the present, influencing the experience of the next energetic being that inhabits the body. The podcast is sprinkled with metaphors, comparing life to an 84-year poker game or a rental car, encouraging listeners to see existence as a temporary custodianship of the present moment.A recurring theme is the importance of self-love and compassion, embracing the idea that consistency involves setting up a better future for the next energetic being that comes along. Kevin suggests that making positive choices, completing tasks, and setting the stage for a more fulfilling experience for the next version of oneself contribute to a richer human experience.Throughout the discussion, Kevin illustrates his points with examples like water polo line changes, video game scenarios, and workplace metaphors. He encourages listeners to treat life as a team sport, where each person, or rather each energetic being, plays a part in the collective journey. The inconsistent nature of identity, as Kevin describes it, is met with a call to action – to be consistent in setting up a positive future for the next version of oneself. The narrative is threaded with a paradoxical concept: the only way for an inconsistent being to be consistent is to set up consistency for the next energetic being. Kevin delves into the notion of presence and self-control, stressing that delaying tasks until tomorrow is counterproductive since the version of oneself that shows up tomorrow won't be the same.Ultimately, Kevin's perspective revolves around the transient and ever-changing nature of identity, encouraging listeners to embrace change, make choices that positively impact future experiences, and cultivate a consistent approach to living in the present moment. The podcast serves as a motivational piece, challenging individuals to elevate their lives by being conscious custodians of the now.
In this podcast, Kevin engages listeners in a comprehensive exploration of self-control, dissecting the intricate relationship between emotions, awareness, and behavioral regulation. He begins by advocating for an approach to emotions that involves fully feeling and understanding them without judgment or reaction. Kevin highlights the common tendency to buffer emotions by engaging in distracting activities like scrolling through social media or consuming substances. The theme centers around the importance of awareness in emotional regulation, stressing that resistance or avoidance weakens self-control.Moving into the discussion on stress, Kevin illuminates how stress acts as a counter-force to self-control by redirecting awareness externally. Stress, he explains, pulls attention away from the internal conflict monitoring system, thereby hindering self-awareness. The antidote presented is a shift from external to internal focus during stressful situations, reinstating self-control through heightened awareness of internal processes.Challenging the concept of self-control as an abstraction, Kevin posits it as a measurable skill contingent on internal awareness. He dismisses the notion of merely "just doing it" without understanding the underlying conflict monitoring system. Kevin draws from ancient wisdom, particularly yogic and Buddhist traditions, emphasizing the age-old principle that awareness precedes control. Practical strategies for enhancing self-control emerge, such as thought downloads, journaling, and meditation, all aimed at intensifying internal awareness of thoughts and emotions.Throughout the podcast, Kevin dispels simplistic notions, urging listeners to delve into the complexity of their internal worlds. The key takeaway is that genuine self-control is not a mythical trait but a tangible skill cultivated through continuous internal awareness and understanding of one's thoughts and emotions.
Welcome to a transformative journey of self-discovery, my brothers, where we delve deep into the recesses of our inner landscape, stripped of societal interpretations and personal biases. This is not just a podcast; it's an invitation to unravel the threads of conditioned thinking and embrace the unadulterated truth within. In the pursuit of true understanding, Kevin passionately advocates for a fearless exploration of the self, urging us to discard the lenses of judgment and preconceived notions that often cloud our perception. The essence lies in observing without interpretation, listening with a quiet awareness, and experiencing our inner wisdom in its purest form.Relationships, often seen as external entanglements, are reframed as mirrors reflecting our inner selves onto the canvas of the world. Kevin challenges the conventional narrative by asserting that the most crucial relationship is the one we cultivate with ourselves. This, he argues, isn't a selfish pursuit but an acknowledgment of the oneness that ties everything together. The recurring analogy of dreams weaves through the discourse, emphasizing that our outer reality is akin to a dream projected by our inner consciousness. Detachment, even in the pursuit of enlightenment, is discouraged, as it negates the interconnectedness of our existence.Chakras come into focus as symbolic energy centers shaping our perceptions. Whether rooted in sacral desires, power dynamics, or possession quests, these energetic vortexes mold the way we view the world. It's a fresh perspective on how our energetic selves dictate our interactions and shape our reality. The conventional alpha male narrative is dismantled, making way for a redefined alpha—one not defined by external markers but characterized by virtues like love, joy, and self-control. This alpha transcends societal stereotypes, inviting us to live in alignment with our true nature. As the discourse unfolds, Kevin introduces The Academy for Consciousness Expansion—an opportunity to embark on a path of cognitive mastery and mind management. The invitation is extended with a generous offer, encouraging potential seekers to enroll in this life-altering experience. The promise is clear: a chance to elevate one's consciousness, rediscover their alpha essence, and forge a connection with the authentic self. This podcast isn't just a monologue; it's a call to action, beckoning all those ready for a radical transformation to step into the realm of self-discovery and elevation.
Brothers, gather 'round as I unravel the shackles that bind our minds to the illusion of money. Let me paint a picture where money is but an abstraction, a concept no more tangible than inches or meters. True wealth, my brothers, encompasses the trinity of material resources, energy, and intelligence. Money is a mere measurement, a way to quantify this authentic wealth.I beckon you to ponder the purpose of technology, artificial intelligence, and automation. These marvels were not birthed to enslave us in mindless toil but to emancipate us from the burdens of labor, offering a life adorned with pleasure and leisure. Imagine, my brethren, a world where machines toil ceaselessly, and we, the beneficiaries, bask in the fruits of their labor without the chains of traditional employment. Now, let your minds dance with an alternative economic melody. Envision a government generously issuing credits, currency, or money, tied to the total goods and services orchestrated by our mechanical comrades. In this utopia, taxes become relics of an archaic era, replaced by a system where individuals revel in a minimum income, irrespective of traditional employment. But ah, my brothers, to achieve this utopian vision, we must undergo a profound psychological metamorphosis. We must unshackle ourselves from the 17th-century mindset, for we find ourselves in the 21st century. The purpose of work is not to fester in unnecessary toil but to embrace pleasure, freedom, and the true alpha state of bliss. In my passion, I extend a fervent invitation to my academy, a haven for those seeking liberation from societal conditioning. Here, you will find the keys to unlock the door to a new reality. The world may scoff, but I implore you to recognize that inches, meters, and yes, even money, are but arbitrary measurements. It's time to break free, my brothers, to embrace a life where work is a choice, not a necessity, and where the pursuit of pleasure reigns supreme. Until next week, elevate your alpha, for the truth shall set you free!
Brothers, in 2024, relationships are the one topic that we'll keep revisiting throughout the year because everything is relationships. When we greet each other, we always say, “How are you?” But this question is hollow, a mere formality, and we should rather lead with a question of intention, “How do you feel?” But even then, we feel differently from moment to moment, and in our response, we need to detach from all preconceived models of understanding and consciously examine our body's state at that moment, and only in that moment. Because consciousness drives our thoughts, words, and actions. And guess what, brothers? Consciousness is energy, energy is conscious; therefore everything we think, say, and do is all energy as well. And energy is real. From the alpha perspective, our goal is to have all these energies in alignment, where they are all the same, where they are all operating on the same frequency. And alignment is simply saying what you think and doing what you say; your thoughts, words, and actions being of the same energy. So we start with thoughts, and you need to be very aware of what you are thinking because it has so much power. After all, everything comes from thought. And because thoughts are energy, they are real, so what we think affects every other thing in our lives and even the lives of those we project our thoughts onto. Then we try to explain our thoughts with the symbols that we call words, and we need to have the same intentionality with the words we use because being of the same energy as our thoughts, they carry the same power. I'm sure you can now see where this is going and how everything I've just said pertains to your actions as well. But of the three – thoughts, words, and actions – actions are the least powerful. And that's not to say that actions don't affect your experience, they do, but there is no action without thought. So, we need to control our thought energy, we need to improve our cognitive mastery, and then we need to align our words and our actions with the thoughts that allow us to live in the universal truth of oneness and love – because it's all love, brothers. Until next time, continue to elevate your alpha.
Welcome, brothers! Today's episode delves deep into the power we have within our minds by exploring the profound impact of our thoughts and energies on the world around us. Our thoughts are not insignificant. They carry immense weight that is capable of shaping the reality we live in. Think about it, brothers. Although we may restrain ourselves from lashing out physically or verbally, monitoring our thoughts remains crucial. Our thoughts emit vibrations that reach others, subtly molding their perceptions and interactions with the world. It is an incredible responsibility; our thoughts have the potential to heal or harm, to connect or divide. This episode sheds light on an experience I had with a tenant. Despite legal issues, I chose a path of understanding and acceptance, opting for a settlement grounded in compassion rather than anger. What followed were dreams that spoke volumes and served as reminders that beneath all actions and words, love persists. It is a potent reminder that love resides within us all, guiding our interactions and decisions. It is a reminder to love your enemies. Remember, brothers, we are not our minds or the stories we tell ourselves. We are the navigators of our consciousness, the alphas capable of transforming anger into love and chaos into harmony. Stay rooted in love, compassion, and understanding to elevate your alpha!
Welcome to 2024, my brothers. The last few episodes of the year were a little heavy, I know, so today, I'm taking it easy on you. Today, it's all about storytelling. In this episode, you'll hear my confession of faithlessness. Before I tell you this story, it's important to reframe the commonly held definition of faith. When people think about faith, they tend to think about religion, believing in things they can't see, and anthropomorphized deities, which is to say gods with human characteristics. That is not the kind of faith I'm talking about. When I talk about faith, I mean knowing, being, and resonating with the fact that everything is love. Everything is one. Everything is safe and perfect. Now, not only will you learn about the bonafide miracle that served as an important lesson in faith for me, but I'll also tell you how faithlessness can manifest itself in the outcome of your attachments using my brother's fear of losing his job as an example. Remember, brothers, the universe wants what you want because what you want is love. You already have everything you think you want. It is already right here. To hear my confession of faithlessness and the story of the miracle that reminded me not to force my attachments into being, that helped me dissolve the illusion of ‘I', and trust in the indestructible truth of who we really are, be sure to tune in today.
Happy holidays, brothers! And that's to all of you. Whether you're celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, or whatever. Even if you have no religion at all – this is a message of love for all. Keep moving forward in your perfection. Brothers, I want to wrap up the karmic clock because now I think we're beginning to understand that we all have our own karmic journeys to fulfill, that everyone's journey has pitfalls, and that eventually, our souls will atone for the karma of every lifetime; even the lives we don't remember. That is what I want to hone in on today, brothers; the fact that our suffering is not caused by what we've done in this lifetime. Our suffering comes from being kicked out of the Garden of Eden, from being separated from God, from being separated from unity and love and oneness. And all we are doing in our 60, 70, 80, 90 years on this planet and every other lifetime that our souls have lived is trying to get back to the source, trying to get back to the perfection of oneness. But we should all be doing more for our brothers who are in need because the best way to slay the demon is with love. We see people tripping and falling all around us – falling into crime, falling into lust, falling into sickness and disease – and our duty is not to kick them while they are down, but rather to extend a helping hand. Because we understand that they are suffering, we know that they feel that separation from oneness, we understand that that their souls have been suffering for more lifetimes than we can imagine since the beginning of time. So brothers, when you've become self-aware and when you're living in enlightenment, use that liberation to help free others as well. And when someone kicks you while you're down? Pray for them, wish them well, and say “Forgive them for they know not what they do.” Because they don't, and neither do you, and neither do I, but we are all in this together. We are all one. We are all divine perfection. And we all deserve a whole lot of light and love. Enjoy the holidays, brothers, and continue to elevate your alpha.
Brothers, today I want to expand on the karmic clock because I really want to go deeper into nonjudgment, go deeper into acceptance, go deeper into love, and go deeper into understanding where people are. And for this, I'll use an example, because you all know that I'm a man of stories. By now, most of us have heard of Andrew Tate, and most if not all of us have judged him, condemned him, and deemed him as bad or wrong. But here's the thing that we're forgetting, brothers: there is no right or wrong; good or bad; pure or evil. Everything exists in perfection, and it is only our perception of the illusion and our conditioning that makes us think that anything could be better than any other thing. The key here is to ask “why”. Why did Andrew do the things he's been accused of? Why does anyone – thief, molester, murderer – do the things that they do? It's because of their own suffering. It's because of the suffering their souls have endured up to the point of their actions. And your body does not atone, brothers, your soul does. Your soul atones during your every reincarnation. We simply cannot understand the suffering that our souls are carrying from previous lifetimes, and all of us are still trying to recover form the original trauma of being kicked for the Garden of Eden. But instead of showing love, we'd rather condemn and shame. Instead of extending grace, we'd rather punish. And the only difference between you and me and Andrew is where we are on our karmic clock. Andrew may be operating between 12:00 and 1:00 while you may be at 6:00 and I may be at 4:00. But it doesn't mean that one is better than the other, I am better than you, we are better than Andrew – it just means that we are at different points of our karma at this moment. What Andrew goes through at 1:00 will serve him as a lesson when he reaches 3:00. It's just about understanding where you are on your karmic clock, allowing others to experience their own journeys, and leading with love and acceptance over judgment and condemnation. We are all learning lessons through our actions, and instead of kicking a brother when he trips and falls and is already down, extend a helping hand and show him that we're all in this together. Because we are all in this together, brothers. We are all one. And when we start moving back to our oneness, back to unity, back to understanding, back to love – that is how we elevate our alpha. Until next time, I love you.
At the beginning of time and indeed at the start of our lives, everything is one in harmonious unity. There is no division, there are no constructs of understanding – everything is as perfect as it should be. Then, as time goes on, we begin to develop our own perspectives, and this is when our karmic clocks begin to tick. You see, brothers, understanding perspective is a spiritual journey. It is freeing yourself from your modals of conditioning and finding the path to not only the perspective of others, but the perspective of all things. Because that's all we've been doing as humans since the day the apple was eaten in the Garden of Eden – trying to find our way back to the perfection of before that first bite. And everyone's journey is different therefore everyone's karmic clock is different. If we look at the 12-hour clock face, I may be at 8 o'clock which is moving closer to enlightenment and understanding all perspectives, whereas someone else may be at 4 o'clock and are experimenting with agents of enlightenment like ayahuasca or LSD. But it doesn't mean that they are wrong and I am right, or vice versa. Because the truth is, there is no right or wrong. Everything exists in perfection and we are merely here to experience it. And when we get closer to 11:59 on our karmic journey, we begin to realize that there is no returning to the divine unity of the first hour. Instead, we start to acknowledge and accept perspective, oneness, and our inherent divinity. And when you let go of what you think you know – when you forget yourself and let your ego die – that is when you remember that everything is already perfect, which is the first step, brother, toward to elevating your alpha.
Welcome back, brothers, and here's the truth: Nothing is good, nothing is bad – everything is perspective. When we come across something that we strongly agree or disagree with, we begin to elevate our opinions as facts and place falsehood on the other viewpoint. But there is no right or wrong in any given situation, it's all a matter of perspective, and perspective comes from the viewpoint of our conditioning. And that's how conflict arises, right? It's funny, I was meditating in the park and I was distracted after overhearing this couple who were nearby. The pair were obviously very much in love; very connected, but then they began to have a bewildering argument about whose hands are the right temperature. The man insisted that his hands were the right temperature and that her hands were cold because she had them out in the open air. The woman, of course, said that her hands were the right temperature and that his hands were only warm because he had them in his pockets. You see, something so simple can cause a divide in an otherwise happy relationship, and all because we are too afraid to accept another's perspective above our own. We see this play out in political divides; disagreements that lead to war; the sports teams we support; and even in our food and entertainment preferences. But I can't tell you that your taste buds are wrong and you can't tell me what music to listen to, because it's all a matter of where your viewpoint has been established from. Brothers, this episode is a just prologue; a reminder of certain themes and terminologies that will be prevalent in the next month of the Alpha Male Coach Podcast. I won't tell you what we'll be discussing in the coming episodes, that will remain a surprise, but I do want to come back to and discuss the fallacy of coincidence. You see, the idea that every action has an opposite but equal reaction is flawed. It may be true in a mathematical context, but it does not engage with the fact that every moment is the cause of every other moment. And this had nothing to do with time, brothers, because time itself is a fallacy. This is about energy and understanding that whatever is happening is a result of what has already energetically occurred here; what has already taken place in the spirit. And the conflict comes when we try to make sense of it and when we try to find a reason. But the reason doesn't matter, brother. All we need is to be grateful for each and every moment, no matter how good or bad we perceive it to be. And I know this may be hard to understand now but as we get through our December episodes, I promise you, the picture will become much clearer. And on that cliffhanger – continue to elevate your alpha, my brother. I love you.
In today's episode, I continue our “Of Life” series by focusing on the reproduction of life. Now, when I talk about reproduction, brothers, I do not mean biological reproduction. Instead, I am talking about reproducing another being, or life. A good reproduction can encompass many things, like a painting, photograph, or recording. In order to understand the reproduction of life we need to revisit the earliest examples of art, which dates back thousands of years to prehistoric cave paintings. These people weren't called artists, but iconographers, because they were creating icons of things, not images or copies. Their purpose was to trigger a sense of divinity or spirituality. Next, we take a big leap, brothers, to the Renaissance, when artistry and representation changed dramatically. Portraits, sculptures and other works of visual art were made to be incredibly lifelike and realistic. This realism took yet another leap with photography, ever since which human representation has become evermore realistic. But with photography, brothers, we're not fully capturing the essence of a person, just one aspect. We're not truly getting what it's like to be around or with or have an experience with this person. Which is where film and cinema enter the picture. And film, of course, has also evolved over time to become more fully representational, incorporating sound, better picture quality and even three-dimensional experiences. Finally, these images entered our living rooms with the invention of television. But even as we pursue ever more realistic reproductions, like holograms, we can never truly recreate something fully. It's just energy and electricity, brothers. It's ultimately an illusion. The true question is ‘What does this reveal about our reality?' Join me today brothers, for a deep dive into the many facets of reproduction, and the deeply surprising possibilities of what our reality could be!
Hello brothers, it's Kevin Aillaud, your host here of The Alpha Male Coach Podcast. Before I get started, I want to dive into something with you today that's a yearly tradition for me, Black Friday sales! All my courses are discounted from now till the end of the year. This isn't just about sales; it's about answering that inner call you've been feeling. We are conditioned to fear spending and to think we can't afford growth. That scarcity mindset. It's holding you back. And that's why I drop these prices once a year. It's about breaking barriers. So, if you've been eyeing the courses, now is the time. It's not just about discounts; it's about answering that inner pull toward growth that we often ignore. Now for today's topic. I will be delving into the concept of "letting go” or “detachment.” When I say that, I know it stirs up different thoughts. But letting go isn't about loss or becoming someone else. It's a shift in perception, a shift in consciousness. I am going to tell you stories about letting go without giving up, without becoming a different person. These stories come from my teacher, Ram Dass, who spent time with Ramana Maharshi in India. These stories aren't just miraculous; they challenge our perception of power and conflict. For example, there are people who could end wars but choose not to because conflict is part of a larger harmony—a karmic function. And this idea challenges our notions of what should and shouldn't be done. Brothers, join me as I explore the concept of true detachment and how it can help elevate your alpha!
We begin part two of our TV of life with a deep dive into the astral. This is channel five, the channel of human design and energy. It is your star sign – your connection to astrological energy. As we flip through the channels, things become less dense. That's to say that we move away from form and the physical and closer to what we cannot see – closer to the truth. Channel six is the mirror channel, and this is where the illusion disappears. This is where you begin to recognize that everything is one. You and I are one. The tree and I are one. That squirrel and I are one. We are all one. And I'm not talking about building relationships and making friends, right? That happens in channels two and three because it is all about ego. All relationships are formed through ego because that is when you accept the stories that the other tells you about themselves. But channel six is not accepting or accommodating anyone – it is about being aware of the universal truth that everything that exists is one – and this is where souls are awakened, this is where miracles take place. Which brings us to channel seven: The void; the nothingness. You see, channel seven is who you really are. Every other channel is a rental. You are renting your mind and your body. They are still yours, it is still you, but when your body dies, you give everything back and all that remains is the nothingness you are and always will be. You are not your thoughts; your thoughts are helping you to create and shape reality. You are not your emotions; you merely experience them. You are not the identity of your name or your star sign; those are borrowed tools to help you navigate this realm we call Earth. You need to move away from the idea of who you think you are and detach yourself from the channels you are stuck on. This is cognitive mastery, brothers, this is emotional ownership. And this is how you elevate your alpha.
Understanding ourselves is the first step to true awakening, and brothers, that is why I spend so much time on it. Today, I will be expanding on the “Who Am I?” episode to bring you another analogy that hopefully explains this rollercoaster of life: the television. You see, TVs, much like radios, connect to different frequencies to tune you into your channel of choice. Obviously, this is before the internet and Netflix and streaming and content on-demand, but rather a time when you had to pick up the remote and change the channel to something you'd enjoy more than what you were watching. So in life, we tune into different channels, different energies, and different frequencies, and those become life's focus in that moment. There are seven channels to life and the first is that of form which is closely followed by the second channel – the perception of our awareness related to that form. And our individual channels are all different. In channel two, I may be focused on my height and my crooked nose and how that may hinder me from finding a sexual partner. But my friend's channel two is all about aging and how she can't stand her wrinkles. Both are still about our perception of form but how we relate to and engage with it is completely different. Channel three is ego and identity and how we're attached to the identity that's been explained to us from birth. But you see, brothers, these are all models of alignment, models that we do need to break free from in our quest for true awakening. And the same is true of channel four – our emotions – because we often believe that we are what we feel and what we think. And that, brothers, is how we get stuck. And when we get stuck, the real work begins. Whatever channel we are stuck on is an opportunity to switch frequencies and that change can only come from within. No one else has the remote for your life, so it's up to you to decide which frequencies you tap into. There's so much more to share about this TV we call life so be sure to tune into part two. Until then, and with love, continue to elevate your alpha.
Today, we're going to talk about causality as a fallacy. It is an illusion to think that the present is the effect of the past. It's an erroneous belief that the future is the effect of the present. Time is not something we can understand intellectually. What if the past was a result of the present, and the present a result of the future? Brothers, in reality, there are no separate events. When does an event truly begin? There are many different theories. Separate things and broken time are illusions many of us buy into. Nature is in a constant state of movement. There are no nouns in nature. Only verbs. Everything is in motion. There is no steady state. In the world of form, everything affects everything else. But to say that what you do today will be the effect or cause of what happens in the evening, is really to think that you are on a ship in the ocean. Right behind the ship, there's a big wake, and as the ship gets further away from it, the wake gets wider and wider, telling us where the ship has been. But as we go further into the past, we always reach a point where all traces of the past fade away. Where the ship has been does not determine where the ship is going. The present begins in the present, it does not begin in the past, and if you insist on being determined by the past, you can play that game, but the fact of the matter is it all starts right now. You can use the past to explain the present, but that's really just delaying a true explanation. The mind is so locked into time because everything comes from nothingness. All of life emerges from nothing. An organism-environment field is really the real me. That is all the things that happen to me, and that is the sense of karma. That is a sense of action, a sense of spontaneous action. It's your mind that's locked in time. Your body is always here. Get into the habit of thought in terms of which you don't define yourself in terms of what you've done before but in terms of what you're doing now. That is freedom, brother.
Words are only as valuable as the meanings we bestow upon them. If I say “tree”, we may have a similar idea of what a tree is, but you could be envisioning an oak tree whereas I am seeing a tree in a tropical forest, and someone else may bring a baobab tree to the forefront of their mind. We can have multiple understandings of the very same word, and few words are as misunderstood as karma. Many believe that karma is an action of cause and effect: I do something good, so something good will happen to me in the future, and vice versa. But this notion of karma barely scratches the surface, as karma in its entirety is our attachment to the energies of life. You see, everything in life is cyclical. Seeds grow into trees that produce flowers and fruit that contain seeds, and when the seeds of the flower and fruit meet the ground again, they grow into a new tree. We can see this cycle in everything in life. Why, then, do we separate human existence from this cycle? Why do we only see human life as linear with a beginning and an end? To answer these questions, we must first explore reincarnation. We need to accept reincarnation as a universal truth because when we die, we are released from consciousness and awareness. There is nothing. To be alive is to be aware, so to die is to be unaware. But just because we can't remember doesn't mean that we didn't travel from one life to the next; we simply cannot speak on something that we were not aware to experience. What does that have to do with karma? Well brothers, if we follow the mirror principle and the inversion principle then we know that we are here for ourselves and that what we witness in others is their own karmic release, not ours. That means that only we can control what we give to the world and what we choose to accept from it. Karma is what we choose to attach ourselves to in this world. It's the shiny things that keep us trapped in cycles of lust, greed, and envy. When we reincarnate, we do not receive blessings from all the good we've done. Rather, we reattach ourselves to what held our attention in our previous life. Ultimately, the only way to release karmic tension is internally. Today, you'll learn how to identify and acknowledge your karmic attachments and begin the work of release and surrender; to merge back with the source of the divine being that you are, accept that you cannot change anything, and embrace it, then release it and let it go. When you heal yourself, you heal the world. Until next time, brothers, I love you.
In the candle of life, our fire of existence can be found in the flame that never dies. That is our oneness – the spark of life that can be seen in absolutely everything on Earth. It is our connection to the universal truth and confirmation of our inherent divinity. Now, problems arise when we forget our divinity and instead choose to focus and fixate on things that do not matter. This is attachment – attachment to form (like the candle), attachment to the illusion of the matrix of existence, and attachment to the outcomes that we simply cannot control. This is karma, and karma is the barrier to love; it's the barrier to experiencing the truth; and it's the reason why we are disconnected from our divinity. There are five hindrances of karma: desire, anger, resentment, laziness, and doubt. And we as humans are here on Earth to release these karmic energies but instead, we've chosen to hold onto them. We hold onto lust and gluttony; we cling to resentment; we immerse ourselves in doubt, and all because we are attached to the outcome. We believe that if I do this X, then Y will happen. If my wife complains of back pain and I give her a massage, then I will relieve her pain. But we need to let go of the outcome, and the way we do that is by remaining present. We need to first recognize that we are human and embrace our humanity. Then, we need to figure out why we are losing our presence at any given moment and bring ourselves back to that moment. Instead of focusing on the outcomes of the massage, be fully present in the experience of the massage itself. You see, brothers, by being fully aware of and present in each moment, we allow what is to be, with the understanding that we cannot change what always has been. This is how we burn the impurities of karma and chip away at the marble to reveal the David that always was. So brothers, that's the practice: whenever you lose focus, ask yourself why, and bring yourself back to that moment. Developing this habit will definitely get you one step closer to elevating your alpha.
As you know, brothers, I love a good story. Stories are the way in which we process the world around us, and I hope that today's story is jarring for you. Not jarring as in uncomfortable or unpleasant, but jarring you into awakening; jolting you into action. Because when we are stagnant, we are stuck. And when we are stuck, we cannot live in abundance. Today, I want to show you what life is through the analogy of the candle: the candle of life. You see, there are three spheres or three planes of existence: the egoic (physical) plane, the soul plane, and the plane of full awareness; of oneness. Now, the candle itself, that's the physical, that's the ego, that the thing that wants to be in control. The wick? Well, that's the soul; that's your life's fuel and purpose and strength. The flame is that third plane, the plane of full understanding, oneness, and surrender. Here's the problem, brothers. We are so caught up with being the candle and trying to be the best candle, the thinnest candle, the happiest candle, or the most spiritual candle, that we forget that none of that really matters. That is all background noise. The only thing that matters is the eternal flame burning bright. That is life. Everything is the flame. You are the flame. I am the flame. The birds, bees, trees, and mountains are all the flame. This is what it means to understand the universal truth that we are everything and everything is us. When the candle (your body) comes to an end, there's nothing to fear because the flame burns on and is eternal. We suffer when become attached to the form, when we are stagnant in our understanding of oneness. The call today, brothers, is to unburden yourself from the constraints of the candle. You are so much more than wax! You are the wick that sustains. You are the fire that gives life. We are all one fire and that fire cannot die, so there is no need to fear what happens beyond the body of wax because, just like the flame, you will live on.

Brothers, as Columbia is fully booked, many of you have been asking about the next retreat and when registrations will open for that one. Well, I can tell you, brothers, that the next retreat will be in mid-2024, and registrations will open early next year. But you can still visit awakentheoneretreats.com and your registration will automatically be transferred to next year's retreat. Until next year, this is me, Kevin Aillaud, signing off from all retreat talk. Today, we are getting philosophical as we dive into another thought experiment. And these esoteric explorations are just like listening to music because it's the silence in between that's the loudest, not the musical note itself – it's the spaces in between our layers of existence that draw us closer to that universal truth of oneness. When someone asks, “Who are you?” what do you say? You could say that your name is Kevin, and that is true. You may say that you're a Taurus, or that you're feeling nervous about something, or that you are the aching leg that's been bothering you for the past month – all of those are accurate definitions of who you are because you are everything. You are your body, you are your star sign, you are your name, you are the summation of your bodily experiences, and you are your emotions and feelings. But you don't remember this because you've chosen to forget your inherent divinity, because seeking answers is more thrilling than knowing the truth. So when we project our thoughts and feelings onto others, we forget that we're doing this because we see ourselves in them, which is only natural because, after all, we are all one. So the work then, brothers, is to first realize that the answer to the question, “Who am I?” is simply: everything. And once you recognize that everything is layered, you can then begin the work of peeling back the layers and playing around with them, and being responsive instead of reactive as you unpack the essence of your existence. Because you are breath itself, you are life itself, and you are yet another step closer toward elevating your alpha.
