CEVAP: Bilindiği gibi, fâiz yasağıyla ilgili son noktayı koyan âyet ve hadîslerde “fâiz/ribâ” mutlak anlamda kullanılmış olup, kanûnî olup olmaması, devlet veya özel kurumlar tarafından verilmesi veya bileşik fâiz olması gibi hiçbir ayrım yapılmamıştır. Kur'an'daki âyetlerden hiçbiri, tefecilik olarak bilinen fâizi feshedip de öteki şekillerini muhafaza etmeyi îmâ etmemiştir. Kur'an ve sünnette bir ifade mutlak olarak geçmişse, onun bir başka yerde kayıtlandığına dâir kesin delîl bulunmadıkça, o ifadenin kapsamını müctehidin kendi görüşüne göre daraltması doğru olmaz, bu, kutsal metnin maksadıyla oynamak olur. Ayrıca, bu görüşü savunanlar da dâhil olmak üzere, tüketim amaçlı borçlanmalardan alınan fâizin, cahiliye ribası kapsamında olduğu ve âyetlerde bu fâizin yasaklandığı, herkes tarafından kabul görmüştür. Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.), Kur'an'ın ilk müfessiri ve uygulayıcısı olarak, Âl-i İmrân Sûresi'nde yer alan âyetteki fâiz yasağını, yalnızca fahiş şekildeki fâiz çeşitlerini kapsadığı biçiminde anlamış olsaydı; Veda Hutbesi'nde bunu açıklardı ve mezhep imamları da bunu bize naklederdi. Hâlbuki ilgili âyetler, Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.) tarafından böyle anlaşılmamış olmalı ki, Efendimiz (s.a.v.); oransal bir ayrımdan bahsetmeksizin, bütün fâiz oranlarının ve türlerinin yasak olduğunu son konuşmasında da vurgulu bir biçimde ifade etmiştir. Oranına bakmaksızın gerek amcası Hz. Abbas (r.a.)'ın (ki Kâbe'ye gelen hacılara yaptığı ikramlarındaki cömertliği ile bilinen Abbas (r.a.)'ın), borç verdiği şahıslardan yüksek oranlarda fâiz alıyor olması, gerekse sahabelerden bir kısmının yüksek oranda bulunmayan fâiz alacaklarını bile yasakladığını ilan etmiştir. In part 2 of the interview with Dr. John Adams, we learn more about Governor Oran Roberts’ significant contribution to Texas public higher education.

Episode 234: Veterans, Memory and Transnational Networks of Solidarity: Connected Histories of Yugoslavia and Algeria Centering on the exchanges between Yugoslav Partisans and Front de Libération Nationale (FLN) during and after the Algerian war of independence, the lecture explores the role of memory and war legacies in Yugoslav socialist internationalism and anti-colonial solidarity. The lecture focuses on the narratives of the shared struggle for liberation, the sharing of the Yugoslav experiences of the People's Liberation War (1941-1945) and the postwar building of state socialism in Algeria, and transfers of knowledge in war commemoration. The memory of the People's Liberation War – the antifascist struggle and socialist revolution during the Second World War in Yugoslavia – played a connecting role with liberation movements such as the FLN. The war memory surfaced in the Partisans' deep identification with the Algerian liberation struggle, and different spheres of Yugoslav assistance to Algeria were based on the wartime and postwar experiences in Yugoslavia. Medical assistance represents an illuminating example, focusing on the care for the wounded and disabled Algerian soldiers, based on the Yugoslav know-how in the establishment of military medicine and disability care for the Partisans. Finally, veterans' internationalism developed between the two countries in the 1970s, involving exchanges in the field of war remembrance. Jelena Đureinović is a historian of Yugoslavia interested in memory and legacies of war in the 20th and 21st centuries. She is a researcher at the Research Centre for the History of Transformations (RECET) at the University of Vienna. Her current project, funded through the APART-GSK program of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, investigates Yugoslav socialist internationalism and the connected history of antifascism and anticolonialism. It examines the role of war legacies in the relations between the Yugoslav Partisan veterans and liberation movements from Africa, with Algeria in focus. Her main research interests include memory studies, global Cold War history and the history of Yugoslavia. Her book The Politics of Memory of the Second World War in Contemporary Serbia: Collaboration, Resistance and Retribution was published by Routledge in 2020. Yo soy cristiana, y en lo posible trato de apartarme de ellos.» Este es el consejo que le dio mi esposa: «Estimada amiga: »... Usted dice que es cristiana. Eso nos da a entender que es seguidora de Cristo. Hay por lo menos tres clases de seguidores de Cristo. La primera clase consta de quienes han decidido seguir a Cristo, y le han pedido que perdone los pecados que han cometido, pero aún no han estudiado la Biblia, así que no entienden lo que significa seguir a Cristo. »La segunda clase de seguidores de Cristo consta de aquellos que aceptaron a Cristo y llegaron a ser seguidores de Él, pero a quienes aún los atraen mucho sus vicios pasados. Por ejemplo, todavía bien pudieran tener la tentación de beber alcohol a fin de olvidar sus problemas. »Ese primer y segundo tipo de seguidores de Cristo son aquellos de quienes escribió el apóstol Pablo cuando dijo: “No pude dirigirme a ustedes como a espirituales, sino como a inmaduros, apenas niños en Cristo. Les di leche porque no podían asimilar alimento sólido, ni pueden todavía”.1 San Pablo estaba comparando a los seguidores de Cristo con bebés que aún necesitan leche y no son capaces de digerir comida. »El tercer tipo de seguidores de Cristo consta de quienes leen la Biblia y ponen en práctica sus enseñanzas en la vida diaria.   «Y Yo haré [Yo mismo otorgaré] cualquier cosa que pidan en Mi Nombre [que representa todo lo que SOY], para que el Padre sea glorificado y exaltado en (y a través) del Hijo» (Juan 14:13, AMP) En el nombre de Jesús. Esta frase es más que unas cuantas palabras que decimos para finalizar nuestras oraciones. Todo lo que Dios es y hace, está contenido en el nombre de Jesús. En la versión amplificada de la Biblia, leemos que cuando pedimos en el Nombre de Jesucristo, estamos presentando nuestras peticiones al Padre basados en todo lo que Jesús es. Por esa razón, puedes confiar en que tus peticiones serán concedidas―no porque seas digno, sino porque Jesús es digno. Es más, el Nombre de Jesús es superior a cualquier otro nombre. En Filipenses 2:9-10, el apóstol Pablo nos dice: «Por lo cual Dios también lo exaltó hasta lo sumo, y le dio un nombre que es sobre todo nombre, para que en el nombre de Jesús se doble toda rodilla de los que están en los cielos, y en la tierra, y debajo de la tierra». A pesar de todo lo que la Palabra de Dios dice acerca del poder del Nombre de Jesús, la mayoría de los creyentes no parecen ponerle demasiada atención. Oran en el Nombre de Jesús, pero luego dicen: “A lo mejor Dios conteste mi oración”. No se dan cuenta de que sería suficiente creer que el Nombre de Jesús conlleva toda la influencia necesaria para garantizar que tus oraciones serán contestadas. El Nombre de Jesús. Escudriña la Palabra para que en realidad conozcas el poder y la autoridad que tiene ese Nombre, y menciónalo siempre cuando ores.
