AIM Leadership Roadmap Introduction

Two Minutes of Talking Change

Play Episode Listen Later May 3, 2023 1:00

Welcome to my new Two Minutes of Talking Change podcast series – The AIM Leadership Roadmap. When I embarked on writing a book in 2020, my original idea was to write a book about confidence – what is it, how do you get it, and how do you instill it in others. I've coached loads of people over the years who lack confidence but certainly do not lack accomplishments.  I interviewed over 30 leaders to better understand what shook their confidence when taking on new roles. Fear of failure was the number one answer. These were seasoned and successful leaders with many accomplishments to their names. These interviews and my leadership coaching experience informed the development of the AIM Leadership Roadmap. The AIM Leadership Roadmap helps leaders who have a new role, new mandate, or new team to lead with confidence, accelerate impact, and deliver results in their leadership role. In this podcast series, I'll break down the steps you can take to build your own leadership legacy. Watch the videos of my Leader Interview Summary and the AIM Leadership Roadmap to get started.  For the next 9 weeks I'll be posting the 9 steps to take to go from fear of failure to building your leadership legacy.
