Kaj je zdaj s temi Hrvati? S pomladjo se vrnejo ptice selivke, z volitvami se vrnejo Hrvati. Točni kot švicarska ura. Včasih so prihajali s piranskim zalivom, Jožkom Jorasom, ratifikacijo in ostalimi obmejnimi praksami. Letos je drugače. Letos so predvolilna tema, ker so boljši od nas. V gospodarstvu in – če lahko dodamo – v nogometu. Toliko boljši so od nas, da se gospodarstveniki selijo na Hrvaško. Kot se prej omenjene ptice selivke jeseni selijo na jug. Ker pri nas »v gospodarskem okolju vlada zima«, pravijo podjetniki in gospodarstveniki. Oboje bi lahko združili v eno samo besedo in bi jim poslej pravili kapitalisti. Ampak ne moremo, ker bi bila nato gospodarska zbornica »kapitalistična zbornica«, Klub slovenskih podjetnikov pa »Klub slovenskih kapitalistov« – kar pa se ne sliši primerno. Kakorkoli. Hrvati so nas prehiteli. To se običajnim možganom sliši neverjetno, ampak tako zatrjujejo ljudje, ki poznajo gospodarske številke. In te govorijo Hrvatom v prid. Torej; ali lažejo številke, ali lažejo novodobni hrvatofili, ki so bili še predvčerajšnjim hrvatofobi, ali pa laže razgled, če razumni potuje po Hrvaški. Pa s tem ne mislimo na Istro in Dalmacijo, na Hvar in Dubrovnik. Mislimo, recimo, na podravsko magistralo od Virovitice do Osijeka. Tam se naši preroki gospodarske rasti zagotovo niso peljali. Ker tam so samo vasi brez ljudi, polja brez posevkov in obup in beda silita iz nemih oken. A vsaka trditev – tako tudi ta o hrvaškem prehitevanju -– ima na srečo svoj preizkus. Ker so nas po Slovaški, Češki, Poljski, Litvi Latviji in Estoniji ter najbrž tudi Romuniji sedaj prehiteli še Hrvati, Srbi pa so tako ali tako pokupili vse slovensko gospodarstvo, moramo izvesti eksaktni preizkus. Ki je, kot vsi eksaktni preizkusi, dokončen. Če torej slovenska javna občila poročajo, da so nas Hrvati prehiteli, bi morala hrvaška javna občila poročati, da so prehiteli Slovence. Pa tudi ob skrbnem pregledu, celo vsakodnevnem spremljanju medijev v sosednji državi, nismo naleteli na nič podobnega. Oni sami so prepričani, da so njihovo gospodarstvo, BDP, razvitost, socialna država in kar je te navlake, globoko pod slovensko ravnijo. Se pravi, da smo mi prepričani, kako so nas Hrvati prehiteli, Hrvati sami pa so prepričani, da capljajo za Slovenijo. Pa se naj človek zdaj na volitvah prav odloči. Nekje pa so nas Hrvati le prehiteli in dovolite, da naredimo manjši ovinek in današnjo oddajo intoniramo kot dvovsebinsko. Hrvati so namreč ponovno uvedli naborništvo. In se tako pridružili tistim evropskim državam, ki so prepričane, da bodo Rusi udarili čez – če citiramo legendarnega Zmaga Jelinčiča. Hrvaški mladeniči morajo odslej na vojaško usposabljanje in ko je vodja slovenske opozicije oni dan delil modrost, je verjetno mislil prav na nabornike, ko je Hrvaško postavil pred Slovenijo. In dodal, da pod njegovo vlado neka oblika vojaškega usposabljanja čaka tudi slovensko mladež. Oprostite, ampak na tem mestu moramo izraziti močno nestrinjanje z načrti vodje opozicije. Vemo in verjamemo, da je v Sloveniji mnogo navdušencev nad flintami in uniformami, še več je onih, ki menijo, da smo vojaško ogroženi, največ pa je tistih, ki trdijo, da je za obrambo domovine treba dati tudi življenje. V postmoderni družbi gre za preživete koncepte, za romantično nakladanje, ki bi se ga morala družba, obsedena s knjigami za samopomoč in osebnostno rast, globoko sramovati. Kar predlagamo – da ne bomo le a prióri proti – je začasna suspenzija anonimnosti volitev. Kot vemo, je anonimnost na internetu civilizacijo že tako ali tako prignala na rob propada, zato dajmo za določen čas ukiniti anonimnost demokratičnega odločanja. Se pravi, da boste tisti, ki boste volili politične opcije, ki zagovarjajo, da naši otroci postanejo ali žrtve, ali morilci, natančno registrirani. Ko pride uvedba naborništva v Sloveniji ponovno na mizo, naj se vojašnice napolnijo samo z vašimi otroki. Ker da nekdo anonimno upravlja z življenjem in usodo našega otroka, je povsem nesprejemljivo in v tretjem tisočletju moralno nevzdržno. Seveda ne gre le za opozicijo, tudi sedanja vlada je lepo zarezala v militarizacijo družbe, zato naj povzamemo mnenje civiliziranega dela slovenske javnosti: »Možnost, da nas napadejo ali Avstrijci, ali Italijani, ali Madžari, ali Hrvati, ali pač Rusi, Izraelci, Palestinci, Danci oziroma Američani, je nična. Pika. Mnogo večja je možnost, da se voda spremeni v kri, da žabe preplavijo deželo, hiše in palače, da se prah dežele spremeni v insekte, da roji muh napadejo slovenske domove, da množično pogine živina, da toča z ognjem opustoši polja, nato pa pridejo kobilice in požrejo, kar je ostalo.« In tako naprej in tako nazaj.
Gospodarska rast je bila lani 1,1-odstotna, je danes objavil statistični urad. Rast je skladna z napovedmi in nižja kot leta 2024, ko je dosegla 1,7 odstotka. K lanski rasti BDP so pozitivno prispevale predvsem državne investicije in domača potrošnja. Gospodarska dejavnost se je lani še naprej umirjala, pri čemer je bila rast najnižja po letu 2020. To na Banki Slovenije pripisujejo predvsem krčenju v začetku leta. Podatki Eurostata sicer kažejo, da Slovenija zaostaja za povprečjem Evropske unije. V oddaji tudi: - Slovenija podpira predloge Bruslja za večjo integracijo evropskih trgov. - Kmete skrbi premalo sredstev, zavzemajo se za manj administrativnih bremen. - Pred novim krogom pogajanj z Združenimi državami Iran začel vojaške vaje v Hormuški ožini.
Slovenija je v letu 2025 kot rečeno izmerila 1,1-odstotno gospodarsko rast. Ta je skladna z napovedmi in je nižja kot v letu 2024, ko je dosegla 1,7 odstotka. V evrskem območju se je BDP lani zvišal za 1,5 odstotka. Druge teme: - Ameriški zunanji minister Rubio po obisku Bratislave v Budimpešti: v ospredju Ukrajina in ruska nafta. - Pred novim krogom jedrskih pogajanj med Združenimi državami in Iranom Washington krepi pritisk na Iran. - Ptuj danes preplavile otroške maškare; zbralo se jih je več kot tisoč iz vse države.

Priča smo novemu geopolitičnemu obdobju, za katero je značilna velika fragmentacija – rušijo se stari varnostni okviri, več držav prevzema regionalne vloge, rivalstvo velikih sil pa se odraža v novem tehnološkem in vojaškem tekmovanju. Svetovna raven miru se je poslabšala že 13-ič v 17 letih. V svetu divja največ konfliktov po 2. svetovni vojni. Gospodarski stroški vojn pa so dosegli skoraj 20 tisoč milijard dolarjev oziroma 11,6 odstotka svetovnega BDP-ja. Najbolj miroljubna država ostaja Islandija; morda pa je dobra novica ta, da je Slovenija na 9-tem mestu med samo 12-timi državami, katerih miroljubnost je označena z zelo visoko. By the 90's he became one of the biggest Cuban smugglers. Selling Cuban cigars to Michael Jordan, Richard Dent, Shaun Gayle, Donell Wolford so many others! Cigars didn't just become part of Scott's story, they changed it. For years, he lived inside a secret world few ever see, smuggling Cuban cigars into the U.S in the 90's, cutting deals in Havana, and moving boxes worth more than gold. Gospodarski rast koji se temelji na potrošnji i turizmu glavni je oslonac Vlade Andreja Plenkovića, koji unatoč manjim iznosima potpora u narednim godinama iz Europske unije, najavljuje pad javnog duga i porast BDP-a. Lukoil, Ruska naftna grupacija pred prodajom 45 crpki u Hrvatskoj, a JANAF spreman nadoknaditi Mađarima i Slovacima dopremu nafte koja će prema svemu sudeći prestati dolaziti u te dvije zemlje ruskim naftovodima. Obrambni izdatki nikakor nočejo z jedilnika, kar pomeni, da še kako vplivajo nanj. Zato o Parlamentarni skupščini Nata, ki jo je gostila Ljubljana. Podrobnosti, tudi ustreznejša poročanja o dogodku, najdete v običajnih medijih, kot analitična avantgarda pa se spoprimimo z eno samo mislijo generalnega sekretarja. Takole je sporočil članicam in njihovim državljanom: "3,5 odstotka BDP potrebujemo, da bomo ohranili Atlantik, Arktiko, Evropo in ZDA varne." Takole je rekel – in kdo smo mi, da bi dvomili o njegovih besedah. Ali namenih, če smo že pri tem. Ampak samo zaradi informativne vloge nacionalnega medija razčistimo nekaj dilem … Da ohranimo omenjene pokrajine varne, pomeni, da jih obranimo pred sovražnikom. Sovražnik, tako generalni sekretar, ima očitno velike apetite po Atlantiku, Arktiki, Evropi in ZDA. Za varnost teh področij, območij in držav bo šel naš denar. Slovenci nismo naivni, predvsem pa ne brezglavo razsipni, da ne bi poskusili nekaj prišparati … Pod dva odstotka, kot dajemo zdaj, se zdi sprejemljivo, tako da moramo samo nekoliko oklestiti pri treh ali štirih postavkah, pa spustimo odstotke do današnje vrednosti. Šparovnost je lepa čednost in na prvi pogled se zdi, da bi najlažje prišparali pri Arktiki. Pustimo vnemar, da pri pešajočem javnem šolstvu zadnje generacije volivcev ne ločijo več natančno med Arktiko in Antarktiko – po podobni analogiji, kot se mešata Iran in Irak. In bi se verjetno Slovenija in Slovaška, če po naključju ne bi živeli v eni od obeh. Kakorkoli. Arktika se zdi zelo zelo oddaljena, ampak kot članica Nata smo zavezani braniti vse, kar brani Nato. Zdaj: morski levi, tjulnji in nekaj Eskimov se zdijo za slovenski braniteljski potencial precej abstraktna zadeva, ampak glede prihrankov se moramo vprašati, kdo je na Arktiki resnični sovražnik. Če vprašaš tam gori, koga se resnično ves čas in najbolj bojijo, ti bodo vsi odgovorili – se pravi tjulnji, polarne lisice, arktični zajci in Eskimi – da severnega medveda. Severni medved je največji plenilec na Arktiki in če Rutte misli z ohranjanjem arktične varnosti na Ruse in njihove apetite, se moti. Vsako živo bitje na daljnem severu se enega polarnega medveda boji bolj, kot se boji stotih Rusov. Če smo že pri tem … Sicer ne vemo zagotovo, ampak rajtamo, da se tudi Rusi sami bojijo polarnih medvedov. Za ohranitev Arktike varne bi se morali slovenski obrambni strokovnjaki, pa vojska, si mislimo, odpraviti na jago severnih medvedov. Kar pa se zdi problematično, ker ne zmoremo upleniti niti domačih rjavih, ki po Rakitni strašijo prebivalce; če pa jih že dobimo pred cevi, se oglasi kakšna civilna iniciativa. Se pravi, da moramo nemudoma pojasniti gospodu generalnemu sekretarju, da smo Slovenci za varovanje Arktike čisto neprimerni in da bi vsled tega prispevali le tri odstotke BDP. Svojo polovico odstotka odstopimo nekomu, ki ima z mrazom in ledom večje veselje. Dancem, recimo. Potem gremo naprej. Tu so Američani. Se pravi, da se moramo s tremi odstotki potruditi, da bodo ostali varni tudi Američani. V tej državi je situacija še bolj zapletena, kot je to na skrajnem severu. Kot vemo, so največji sovražniki Američanov in njihove varnosti Američani sami. Američani imajo s pobijanjem Američanov veliko veselje in letne številke mrtvih gredo v tisoče. Slovenci pa, kot veleva dobra vzgoja, se v prepire drugih ne vtikamo radi. Vsaj ne z odstotki. Pa še nekaj je. Tako nam lahko na račun Amerike Rutte ponovno zmanjša prispevek za pol odstotka. In smo že na 2,5. Atlantik bomo branili z vsemi silami. Slovenci radi hodimo na morje. Država bo prispevala vsa plovila, ki so ji na razpolago. Policija policijski čoln, vojska vojaško ladjo, Narodni muzej pa koliščarski deblak. Namesto po jadranskih obalah se bomo razmestili po atlantskih in namesto "Večeras je naša fešta" prepevali "Jutri gremo v napad!" Vse ostalo bo ostalo enako. Tako pridemo do Evrope in njene varnosti. Ki jo je treba ohraniti z vsem, kar imamo. Parlamentarna skupščina Nata je bila v Ljubljani o tem jasna. Evropo bomo branili z orožjem in z obrambnimi izdatki. O tem ni dvoma. Kot kaže, jo branimo in jo bomo branili pred Rusi. Nekoliko manj je jasno, kako jo bomo obranili pred domačimi norci. Oziroma, če citiramo slavnega Rusa: "Glave nas bodo stali bedaki v lastnih vrstah."

Danes pa o prehranski problematiki. In seveda o vojni industriji, ki je priljubljena tema, medtem ko gledamo, kako se denar steka k trgovcem z orožarsko ropotijo. Neverjetno, vendar je ekonomska znanost dolga desetletja za opis razmerij med civilno potrošnjo in intenzivnim oboroževanjem uporabljala hrano. Maslo, če smo natančni. Teorija o maslu in topovih je še danes priljubljena v kolumnističnih naporih razložiti najnovejšo oboroževalno tekmo. Vendar je maslo v tej prispodobi zadnje čase padlo v nemilost; tako ga je zamenjalo živilo, ki bi ga v tem razmerju razumni najmanj pričakoval. Ker je krhko. Govorimo o jajcih. Teorija o jajcih in topovih.Na tem mestu se bomo izognili vsem neumestnim dovtipom, ki jih lahko človek zapiše ob rob razmišljanja o generalih, politikih in jajcih. To naj počnejo drugi, mi se bomo podali točno v sredo problema. Kot ste sami ugotovili – ali v trgovini, ali na lokalni tržnici – ima oboroževalna tekma neposreden vpliv na jajca. Ki jih ni, ali pa so draga. Dokler se nismo trudili doseči petih odstotkov BDP za obrambo, je bilo jajc kolikor hočeš, na ekonomskih fakultetah pa so kot učni pripomoček topovom priglihali maslo. A čim smo začeli denar kanalizirati v dejansko vojaško porabo, je jajc zmanjkalo. Kot rečeno, so jajca krhka in občutljiva na spremembe tako družbenega vzdušja, kot na preusmeritve industrijskih tokov. Najprej k očitnemu. Jajca se noro dražijo. V trenutku, ko to pišemo, se bližajo štirim evrom za paket desetih jajc, če pa gre za rojstnodnevno torto in potrebujete one iz proste reje, se boste stegnili do petih evrov. Brez napora. Na tržnicah je situacija podobna. Po uradnih statistikah so cene jajc šle v petih letih navzgor za 41 odstotkov, obstajajo pa tudi tržišča, na katerih so se podražila za petdeset odstotkov. Uradne razloge poznamo; vlade po vsem svetu krivijo ptičjo gripo, stroške krme in pa prehod na bolj humano odprto rejo. Eden izmed razlogov, ki je tudi poveden, pa je povečana potrošnja, saj so jajca kljub tem norim podražitvam še vedno najbolj dostopen vir beljakovin. Podražitev pa je le en vidik jajčne krize. Kot so se naučili tisoči, ki so letošnje poletje preživeli v hrvaških kampih, je mogoče celo to, da jajc zmanjka. Se pravi, da se je pomanjkanje jajc, ki je pred časom zadelo Združene države, razširilo tudi na staro celino in če kaj, pomanjkanje česarkoli liberalnemu kapitalizmu resnično ni v ponos. A to so uradne statistike, ki pa jim v naši analitični oddaji že od nekdaj ne posvečamo posebne veljave. Če hočemo priti zadevi do dna, moramo odgovoriti na temeljno vprašanje, ki se glasi, ali je prej bila kura ali jajce? Ker oboje je namreč neposredno povezano s topovi. H kuram, oziroma kokošim torej. Kokoši veljajo za neumne živali in kot smo se naučili iz zgodovine, si lahko neumen, vendar to še ne pomeni, da nisi preračunljiv. In kaj so pogruntale kokoši? Če zanalašč in načrtno nesejo manj jajc, jim s tem posledično višajo ceno. Čim dosežejo jajca visoko ceno, recimo petih evrov, postanejo njihovi producenti, se pravi kokoši, toliko bolj dragocene, oziroma vrednejše. Kar pomeni, da solidno nesnico – ki sicer znese manj jajc kot pred desetletjem – ob koncu valilne dobe ne čaka kokošja juha, temveč jo bodo rejci obdržali do visoke starosti. Kajti tudi eno jajce na dan je boljše kot nobeno jajce na dan. Pred petimi leti, ko so bila jajca evro dvajset, so rejci kokoši, ki so izgubile sposobnost jajčne hiperprodukcije, na hitro zamleli v piščančje medaljone ali piščančjo salamo; danes trikrat premislijo, preden to storijo. Če se vam zdi nemogoče, da bi kokoši poznale temelje neoliberalne ekonomije, ker so preneumne, se poglobite v ustroj kripto valut; ako je desetim mozoljastih računalničarjem uspelo določiti ceno niču, verjemite, da je mogoče milijardam kokoši določiti ceno jajc. Ampak to je le prvi del razlage. Drugi del govori o tem, kako so jajca v enačbi, oziroma aksiomu o maslu in topovih zamenjala mlekarski proizvod. Na kratko … Maslo je v proračunu držav prispodoba za civilno porabo, topovi pač za vojaško. Modra država mora iskati ravnovesje med obema; a čim se povečajo izdatki za maslo, se zmanjšajo izdatki za topove, trenutno pa smo na obratni strani opisane prispodobe, ko se povečujejo izdatki za topove in manjšajo za maslo. Ampak težava je v tem, da so cene masla stabilne. No, vsekakor bolj stabilne kot tiste za jajca, ker če bi merili inflacijo po jajcih, bi bili spet v Jugoslaviji. In prav zaradi tega, ker so jajca postala rumeno-beli predmet poželenja, ker se jih ne moremo zasititi, ker jih cvremo, kuhamo, žvrkljamo in poširamo ne glede na ceno, morajo postati simbol civilne porabe. Torej teorija o jajcih in topovih. »Manj kot je jajc, več je topov,« je dejstvo, ki kriči iz informativnih oddaj ... Pa še nekaj je. Če se zazreš globoko v oči povprečne krave, vidiš, da jim je gladko vseeno za to, da jim iz vimen prihaja prispodoba o razdeljeni družbi na robu kataklizme. Krave se želijo le pasti in potem prežvekovati. A ne kokoši; mogoče so neumne, vendar so še kako preračunljive in medtem, ko se mi norčujemo iz njihovega inteligenčnega količnika, jim je uspelo zasužnjiti mesto v velikosti Ptuja. Ko boste torej naslednjič kupovali jajca, vedite, da niste potrošnik, temveč ste žrtev premišljenega in dobro vodenega ekonomskega eksperimenta; pesnik pred desetletji prilike o trgovcih z novci ni zaman preroško končal s kokošjo.
