It's almost time for the third round of the 2025 Six Nations, and the headline fixture of the weekend takes place at Twickenham as England host Scotland. With the fixture's winner set for a position to make a charge at winning the Championship and competition for British Lions spots coming up, the stakes couldn't be higher. Joining host Ollie Little and columnists Brendan Gallagher and Nick Cain to preview the all-important fixture is former Scotland and British and Irish Lions fly-half Craig Chalmers.

Three home wins marked the start of the 2025 Six Nations as France thrashed Wales, Scotland conquered Italy and Ireland saw off England. So much to look back on and look forward to as Round Two looks even more tantalising. Will England stick or twist with their selection? Is Antoine Dupont getting even better? Does defeat for Wales this weekend spell the end? Scotland or Ireland?! Joining host Ollie Little and columnists Chris Hewett and Brendan Gallagher to debate all is rugby performance coach and analyst, Irishman Brett Igoe.

What to make of that Champions Cup weekend? On one hand we saw a classic in Northampton's victory over Munster, however the issues with the tournament were highlighted by Toulouse and Bordeaux's drubbings of Leicester and the Sharks, who crashed out at the group stage along with the other South African sides. How can the tournament become more competitive? Is the schedule too much for Springbok sides? Alongside this scrutiny the countdown to the Six Nations is well and truly on. 10 days out, England and Scotland suffer injury blows so how does this leave selection looking? Join host Ollie Little and columnists Brendan Gallagher and Nick Cain for a deep dive.

A public art project improves street safety in White Sulphur Springs…get your fill of great local music with the music and arts blog Born & Bred and Mountain State Music in Charleston …on today's daily304. #1 – From THE REAL WV – Can public art support public safety? Penny Fioravante of Gum Store Studios, a nonprofit art studio located in White Sulphur Springs, thinks so. Five years ago, she read about The Asphalt Initiative. It was an effort in big cities to use art to increase safety. She wanted to create a mural at an intersection on her street that would encourage folks to slow down and enjoy the art. After approval from the City of White Sulphur Springs, the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture, & History awarded Penny a grant to cover the full cost of the project. The project was organized by an artist-in-residence and painted with help from the community. The colorful gum ball machine street mural is located outside the studio by the stop sign on Dry Creek Road. Penny says she and her team are prepared to freshen up the mural annually as needed. Locked On Canadiens - Daily Podcast on the Montreal Canadiens
Inside the latest Locked on CanadiensThe Juraj Slafkovsky hype train is fully out of control now as the 20 year old forward scored his first career NHL hat trick in a blowout win over the Flyers. Somehow though it wasn't the wildest part of the game as Brendan Gallagher, Josh Anderson and a returning Christian Dvorak also piled on goals in a 9-3 win.The game did come with an air of bad news beforehand however, as Arber Xhekaj has been ruled out for the remainder of the season as he undergoes shoulder surgery for a second straight year. While it's on his other shoulder, the hosts discuss if his style of play is already causing him problems in his young career. Also, in better news...Florian Xhekaj has signed his entry level contract and has joined the Laval Rocket! Finally to end the show, does anyone want to actually make the playoffs in the Metro Division right now? Scott and Laura look at what is shaping up to be a hilarious stumble to the finish line for the final wild card spots. Locked On Canadiens - Daily Podcast on the Montreal Canadiens
Inside today's Locked on Canadiens The Montreal Canadiens shut out the Columbus Blue Jackets 3-0 on Tuesday night in a game that was over inside of six minutes. Goals from Brendan Gallagher, Juraj Slafkovsky and Joshua Roy were more than enough to see off the Blue Jackets, but they were far from the stars of the game. Cayden Primeau put on one of the best goaltending shows this year in the NHL as he collected his 41 save win, and gave himself a huge boost in the post Jake Allen Era. Before anyone else asks, no we're not worried about Cole Caufield's goal-scoring slump right now. The hosts discuss how Caufield has filled the scoresheet with everything but goals in the last month, and why they aren't worried about this slump this season. And finally, the PWHL is coming to the Bell Centre this April! Scott and Laura debate a name for the newest Toronto/Montreal rivalry, why everyone should attend, and so much more for the PWHL's debut at the Bell Centre.
