In this episode we get to catch up with one of our favorite physicians and medical hero's, Dr. Peter McCullough. Dr. McCullough has been a trusted resource for all things Covid as a true medical researcher and one of the most published cardiologists in the world. His research helped guide us through the Covid era, but because he has proven to be a physician who has been willing to follow where the science leads, it's also led to new discoveries for him which includes the truth behind childhood vaccines. His latest book, Vaccines: Mythology, Ideology & Reality, which he coauthored with John Leake, does a deep dive on the history of vaccines and why EVERYONE needs to know it. In this episode we talk about his new book, plus we get to learn the latest on the proven dangers of the Covid vaccine, how it can shed, and how we can all possibly detox from both the shot and the virus if we've had it. We also get to talk to Dr. McCullough about other controversial topics, including his take on statins. There has been a lot of controversy around one of the most prescribed drugs in the world, and we know of cardiologists like Dr. Aseem Malhotra, who has a documentary called First Do No Pharm" which we also recommend, who have spoken out about the side effects and questionable efficacy of these drugs. You'll hear Dr McCullough's take, which is different than Dr. Malhotra's. Of course we like the discourse because it's in the debate of things that we can discover what's true. But we ran out of time to really dive into subject that we, even after this conversation, still have a lot of questions and concerns about. We want to dive even deeper into this statin debate, but for now….take a listen as we catch up with one of the most courageous and investigative doctors of our lifetimes: Dr. Peter McCullough.

In this episode, you'll learn: The real reason you feel drained even when nothing "bad" is happening - and how to spot the energy thieves hiding in plain sight Why most people stay stuck solving the same small problems instead of the bigger ones that could actually change their lives A simple process for turning past emotional events into fuel instead of letting them drain your battery in the background Are you tired of being tired for no good reason? You know what I'm talking about. You wake up already feeling behind. You've got your green smoothie, your meditation app, your gratitude journal. You're doing everything the self-help gurus tell you to do. But you still feel like you're dragging yourself through quicksand most days. I spent years thinking I was broken. Maybe I had chronic fatigue. Maybe I needed therapy. Maybe I was just one of those people who wasn't meant to have energy or motivation. Then I learned something that changed everything. And it's going to piss you off when you realize how simple it is. Your energy isn't missing. It's being stolen. By your own brain. Every time you think about that thing your ex said five years ago and feel that familiar sting? That's energy being used right now. Every time you start a new project and immediately think about all the ways it could fail? That's energy being diverted to keep old fears alive. You're literally funding your own limitation. What if I told you that everything we believed about vaccine safety was built on manipulated data that pharmaceutical companies never wanted us to see? In this interview, I sat down with Dr. Aseem Malhotra, renowned British cardiologist, who reveals how independent analysis of Pfizer's original trial data showed you were more likely to suffer serious harm from the vaccine than be hospitalized with COVID at a rate of 1 in 800. Dr. Malhotra walks me through his co-founded Hope Accord petition signed by tens of thousands of medical professionals calling for a moratorium, how politicians were systematically misled, and why trust in medicine has plummeted to historic lows. Aseem Malhotra is a deeply controversial British doctor who has just been appointed as Chief Medical Adviser of the Make America Healthy Again campaign group co-founded by Donald Trump's health secretary Robert F Kennedy Junior. It makes him one of the US Health Secretary's most influential medical advisers - and that's alarming doctors and academics around the world, because Aseem Malhotra, like RFK JR, goes against mainstream, established opinion on many topics. Most controversially he opposes the MRNA covid vaccines, claiming they cause more harm than good, and wants to end their use in America, even though people are still dying with Covid around the world. In the UK hundreds of people are dying with covid every month yet Dr Malhotra claims the virus is no longer deadly. He also supports RFK Junior's decision to reinvestigate discredited claims of a link between vaccines and autism, amid alarming levels of vaccine scepticism in America, and outbreaks of deadly measles. For the latest episode of The Fourcast Krishnan Guru-Murthy talks to Dr Malhotra, but we also examine his claims and scrutinise them by hearing from Stephen Griffin, Professor of Virology at Leeds University - who is a leading scientist in Britain and believes claims being made by Dr Malhotra and RFK Junior are not just wrong but dangerous. Produced by Calum Fraser, Alice Wagstaffe, Georgina Lee, Rob Thomson.

Dr. Aseem Malhotra — former BBC darling and now a fierce critic of Big Pharma — reveals the dark truths behind the pharmaceutical industry, vaccine rollouts, and media censorship. From statin drugs to the COVID vaccine controversy, Dr. Malhotra shares why he believes the system is “psychopathic” and how legacy media like the BBC and The Guardian helped shape the narrative. After a controversial appearance on Steven Bartlett's podcast and being targeted by mainstream outlets, Dr. Malhotra breaks his silence about what he discovered: drug trials designed by Big Pharma, doctors unaware of true side effects, and vaccines that, according to his analysis, caused more harm than the virus itself. We dive deep into: - How prescribed medications have become the third leading cause of death worldwide. - Shocking truths about statins, OxyContin, and the COVID-19 jab's link to heart inflammation. - Media manipulation and government cover-ups before major elections. - Why the medical establishment is stuck in a dangerous blindspot. - The psychological tactics used to demonize the unvaccinated. Renowned hypnotherapy expert Reg Malhotra joins our conversation to unravel the transformative power of hypnosis in healing trauma. Reg dispels myths about hypnosis, explaining why some individuals mistakenly believe they cannot be hypnotized, and underscores the vital role of trust between client and practitioner. This episode promises to offer fresh insights into the therapeutic potential of hypnosis, providing listeners with a deeper understanding of how it can alleviate emotional burdens from past experiences. Together with the wisdom of Dr. Milton Erickson, we venture into the captivating realm of the subconscious mind, exploring how one can harness its power without external stimuli. Techniques like Tony Robbins' anchoring physical sensations to visualizations are demystified, and the question of accessing biochemical responses without physical triggers is boldly examined. This discussion offers a thought-provoking look into whether our minds alone can recreate the emotional and mental states often tied to substances like food or cannabis. Listeners will also find enlightenment in our discussion on mental programming, as Reg shares how to take control of subconscious habits through visualization strategies. We explore the concept of dissociation, allowing us to view our lives from a different perspective, and how this can aid in managing emotional reactions. With insights from Mr. Reginald Holt on NLP and hypnosis, this episode is an inspiring exploration of the mind's potential to shape our habits, improve our lives, and enhance our sense of well-being. Website: --------------------------- Three empowerment takeaways from the podcast episode: Harness Everyday Trance States for Personal Growth Recognize that hypnosis and trance states are natural experiences, like zoning out while driving or getting lost in thought. With intention and practice, these states can be harnessed for managing trauma, reducing stress, and fostering emotional well-being. Reprogram Unwanted Habits Through Conscious Triggers Identify triggers for behaviors you wish to change and replace them with positive associations. Use visualization techniques and sensory inputs to reinforce desired habits, transforming subconscious programming to align with your goals. Utilize Dissociation for Emotional Regulation Practice observing yourself from a dissociated perspective to process past events without becoming overwhelmed. Techniques like mental timelines and linguistic reframing can help detach from negative emotions, enabling clearer self-awareness and control over emotional responses. --------------------------- Chapter Timestamps (00:00) - Exploring Hypnosis and Trance States (12:04) - Accessing Subconscious States Without External Stimulation (20:39) - Harnessing Inner States Through Programming (29:27) - Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind (33:57) - Expressing Appreciation for Outstanding Interview Chapter 1 Exploring Hypnosis and Trance States This chapter features a conversation with Reg Malhotra, a renowned coach trainer and hypnotherapy expert, as we explore the therapeutic potential of hypnosis for addressing trauma. We discuss how hypnosis can help individuals manage and reduce the emotional impact of past negative events, emphasizing the importance of a strong rapport between the client and practitioner. The conversation addresses common misconceptions about hypnosis and why some people believe they cannot be hypnotized, highlighting the significance of addressing fears and misconceptions before a session. Additionally, we touch upon the concept of everyday trance states, such as zoning out while driving, and how intention plays a crucial role in experiencing hypnosis without losing touch with reality. Chapter 2 Accessing Subconscious States Without External Stimulation This chapter explores the fascinating intersection of hypnosis, subconscious mind power, and the ability to access different mental states without traditional methods or external stimuli. We reflect on the wisdom of Dr. Milton Erickson, a pioneer in hypnotherapy, emphasizing that our unconscious mind is always listening and storing vast amounts of information. Techniques such as those advocated by Tony Robbins, like anchoring physical sensations to powerful visualizations, are discussed as ways to access desired states quickly. We also consider the role of chemical reactions in our body, such as those triggered by eating pizza or using cannabis, and question whether these states can be reached purely through mental recall. Ultimately, we ponder whether our biochemical responses are inseparable from our emotional and mental states, and how this interplay can be harnessed for personal growth and satisfaction. Chapter 3 Harnessing Inner States Through Programming This chapter explores the concept of dissociation as a tool for self-observation and emotional regulation. I guide Ryan through an exercise designed to help him visualize himself from a distance, a technique that allows for detachment from the body and associated emotions. We discuss how dissociation differs from association, where one experiences events through their own eyes. Ryan shares his experiences of feeling fear and reluctance to let go completely, which leads to a discussion on the significance of linguistics in shaping perceptions and overcoming subconscious fears. We touch on body memory, suggesting that physical reactions to past traumas might be a form of body memory, and propose dissociation as a method to observe and manage these reactions. Lastly, I introduce the concept of using a mental timeline to view one's life from an elevated perspective, which can help in processing past events without being overwhelmed by emotions. Chapter 4 Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind This chapter focuses on the concept of mental programming and how our likes, dislikes, and habits are shaped by subconscious programs. We explore the importance of consciously taking charge of these programs to focus on desired outcomes rather than defaults. Techniques for reprogramming behavior are discussed, such as identifying triggers for unwanted habits and creating visual and mental associations with preferred behaviors. The conversation highlights a specific technique for overriding unwanted behaviors by using visualization strategies to create new habits. We discuss the role of the subconscious mind in making life easier and supporting survival, and I share insights on how to effectively use sensory experiences to develop positive programs.
