Today on Uncommon Sense with Ginny Robinson, we're hitting a hot topic: America jumping into the Israel-Iran war. And I'm just going to say it—I don't think we should've gotten involved. I've supported Donald Trump for years, but I think he got this wrong.Israel just said they didn't need us. This was their fight. Then suddenly, we're bombing a nuclear site and opening doors that didn't need to be opened. And of course, anyone who questions it gets labeled a “panican.” But guess what? The “panicans” are starting to look more and more like prophets, because now, sleeper cells are stirring, and American churches are already under attack. We don't need to be scared, we need to be wise. The Bible calls us to test the spirits, stay watchful, and seek peace when we can. (1 John 4:1, Romans 12:18). So let's talk about it honestly. Because loving your country (and even loving your favorite president) doesn't mean checking your discernment at the door and always being a yes-man.--https://policecoffee.com/collections/coffee

NO ONE KNOWS how deep the cuts are, but forecasters at America's weather agency, NOAA, say the quality of forecasts could be jeopardized with layoffs of scientists and other employees. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a wide research mission that Floridians depend on for hurricanes and research into climate change and sea level rise. Our guest is JAMES FRANKLIN, a veteran scientist who has flown dozens of missions into the eyes of hurricanes. We ask him what's at stake. God rarely gives just one warning. Like a railroad crossing, there are lights and signs and barriers and bells.
In his message just before the 2024 elections, Pastor Chris Danielson reminds us what it takes to stand strong for the faith in the last days.

“If it wasn't the work of a lone wolf, you could argue that they might try again,” says David Woo, former IMF economist and Wall Street strategist. He tells Daniela Cambone that the recent assassination attempt against Donald Trump may have been part of a conspiracy, which is why Trump chose JD Vance as his running mate. Pastor Garry Clark continues his series called, IMMINENT STORM! The Anti-Christ is the one that will usher in the final days of man, so this week we look at: STORM SURGE!
Sermon by Pastor Corky Calhoun
Pastor Garry Clark continues his intriguing series called IMMINENT STORM! The “End Of Days” really seem like they're approaching extremely quickly. So knowing the things we've discussed over the last few weeks, we'll learn how to be: "STORM READY!"
What did Jesus Christ say about the signs of his coming and the end of the world? Pastor Garry Clark continues his series exploring the Imminent Storm that's coming. This message will tell us the ten signs that Jesus Christ mentions in Matthew 24...
Today's message will center around the Imminent Storm of end time events, but this week Pastor Garry will focus on the world, and our nation in particular, being at a Biblical turning point! We are in "Perilous Times," and we need to be wary of the Danger Ahead! We can see what's happening in America as well as the rest of the world. But, what are we to do? How do we handle what we're seeing and expecting? Come and find out!
Fritz Folts, chief investment strategist at 3EDGE Asset Management, says investors need to be watching for issues like liquidity being pulled from the system and credit spreads widening and other signs that there may be trouble ahead. He says the market -- as witnessed by the Dow Jones Industrial Average crossing 40,000 last Friday -- remains driven by momentum and investor behavior and fear of missing out, but once there are strong signs that conditions are faltering and momentum is slowing, there will be a downturn, with a slowdown starting later this year though it may not turn into a full recession until 2025. Ted Benna, recognized as "The father of the 401k," discusses America's retirement and savings crisis and details what he calls the "Wheat Grain Incentive Plan," that would revolutionize the way millions of Americans build savings, plus Kyle Guske, investment analyst at New Constructs, puts payment-technology company Marqeta (ticker MQ) in the Danger Zone.
In this episode of ITR Live, we dive into the recent New York Times/Siena poll that has sent shockwaves through the national political landscape. The discussion delves into the eye-opening numbers of the poll, which should have the Biden campaign and downballot Democrats worried. Chris and John also touch upon the challenges of property tax relief measures and the need for legislative action to continue providing real relief for taxpayers. We look at what is driving the conversation in Nebraska, and how the state-by-state competition on tax policy is real. The discussion highlights the repercussions of unbridled spending and the importance of setting limits to safeguard taxpayers' interests. We also look at the work that Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird has been doing to push back against the malfeasance and overreach of the Biden administration and how important it is that our leaders stand up to the malicious and dangerous use of the legal system to punish and silence political opponents.
In a continuation of last Sunday's message, Pastor Garry Clark will become our meteorologist exploring the impending danger ahead. In this message we'll be looking at the Cone Of Certainty: Part Two! Usually, leading up to a large hurricane you'll see spaghetti models and a cone of 'uncertainty!' Well luckily, the future is certain according to the Bible, and we'll look at how to prepare.
Israel is in turmoil, Ukraine is at war with Russia, and Asia is on the brink. Stability on US soil is on the edge, with division and violence escalating every day! It's an "Imminent Storm!" But what does it all mean for us? And as Christians, how should we be reacting to all of these events? Pastor Garry will become our meteorologist, exploring the impending danger ahead. Join us as we look at "The Cone Of Certainty!" Usually, leading up to a large hurricane you'll see spaghetti models and a cone of 'uncertainty!' Well luckily the future is certain according to the Bible, and we'll look at how to prepare.
Composer Lennie Moore wrote such gorgeous music for Outcast - A New Beginning that it made me mad, no exaggeration. It's so pleasing harmonically with fantastic melodies and transitions, and outstanding musicianship from the soloists and performers. Live choir, live soloists, live orchestra - and you can tell. Not long ago, the idea that Donald Trump could return to the White House seemed like a MAGA-fueled fantasy. With his legal troubles piling up, Ron DeSantis surging, and President Biden notching legislative successes, a Trump victory appeared out of reach. Not anymore. And so, the question becomes, what would a second Trump term look like? “Chaos,” says David Frum, staff writer at The Atlantic. “It would mean endless questions about presidential power, military obedience. It would be chaos upon chaos, upon chaos.” Frum joins Diane on today's episode of On My Mind to discuss “The Danger Ahead,” the lead essay for the January/February edition of The Atlantic. The issue features a series of pieces that consider what Donald Trump might do if he regains the presidency in 2024.
Personal Revival, Nation Awakening & Generational Reformation The present open border's policy in America right now has laid out a “welcome mat" for our enemies and make no mistake — they have maximized their window of opportunity. The enemy is here! Pay close attention. There are terror cells that are in the quiet shadows, patiently waiting and planning sophisticated strategies to catch many off guard — just as Israel was caught off guard last month. There are real enemies that desire to unleash death in America. Do not let this cause you to go into “fear mode", but into a clear resolve to prepare immediately for the basic necessities of life and for protecting your family. What do we know — and what don't we know — about how the human mind works? Sean Illing talks with Paul Bloom, professor of psychology and author of the new book Psych: The Story of the Human Mind. In this conversation, Sean and Paul talk about some of the most interesting and confounding questions in psychology. They discuss the problematic theories of some giants in the history of the field, the way that AI might change psychology, and whether or not the discipline is any closer to understanding the nature of mental illness. A man widely regarded as the godfather of artificial intelligence (AI) has quit his job at Google, warning about the risks posed by the technology he helped to develop. Dr Geoffrey Hinton joins a growing number of experts sharing their concerns about the speed at which AI is developing. Also in the programme: a Kenyan preacher accused of encouraging his followers to starve themselves to death appears in court; and 83-year-old Motown legend Smokey Robinson returns with his first album of new material in over a decade.
