The Supreme Court is one of the only institutions American Marxists don't control. Thanks to that, it's poised to deliver conservatives a wave of big victories restoring religious freedom, rolling back the administrative state, abolishing affirmative action, and more. But in retaliation, the left is plotting to systematically delegitimize the Court. Charlie talks about the promise and peril of recent Supreme Court news with Kelly Shackelford of the First Liberty Institute. Plus, he responds to several stories of young people's lives being destroyed by the lies of left-wing activists.Support the show: http://www.charliekirk.com/supportSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In Groff v. Dejoy the Court is set to address two issues concerning the protections provided employees who seek to practice their religious beliefs in the context of the workplace. The Court is considering whether to overrule the “more-than-de-minimis-cost” test for refusing religious accommodations under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 established in Trans World Airlines, Inc. v. Hardison. Also at issue is whether burdens on employees are sufficient to constitute “undue hardship on the conduct of the employer's business” for the employer under Title VII.Gerald Groff, a Christian who due to his religious convictions treated Sundays as a sabbath and thus did not work on those days, worked for the U.S. Postal Service in Pennsylvania. Although his sabbath-taking was not a problem at the beginning of his tenure with the USPS, following a 2013 agreement with Amazon, USPS began to provide service on Sundays and holidays. This meant that postal workers now had to work Sundays. Initially, Groff was able to avoid working Sundays by trading shifts with co-workers, but that eventually became untenable as co-workers were not willing or available to trade, resulting in Groff being scheduled for Sunday shifts he could not work due to his convictions. Following disciplinary action for missed shifts, and facing termination, Groff chose to resign. He sued USPS for refusing to accommodate his religious beliefs and practices as required by Title VII. The Third Circuit, following Hardison, ruled in favor of USPS, citing as sufficient to constitute the “undue hardship” test the burden placed on Groff's coworkers who had to take more Sunday shifts and lessened workplace morale. Groff appealed, and SCOTUS is set to hear oral arguments in the case on April 18, 2023.In this recorded Courthouse Steps webinar we broke down and analyzed how oral argument went in the case the same day argument occurred. Featuring:--Hiram Sasser, Executive General Counsel, First Liberty Institute

It's Wednesday, March 15th, A.D. 2023. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark Nigerian pastor's son killed by bandits Bandits in northern Nigeria killed a pastor's son last Friday. They also kidnapped the pastor's wife and three other family members. Peter Mukaddas, a local leader, told Nigeria's Daily Post that the bandits invaded the community in the early morning. Then, they headed straight to the pastor's house and carried out the killing and abductions. Mukaddas is calling on the government to rescue the pastor's family. Local police have been unresponsive. This continues the trend of Nigeria's government doing little to oppose such violence. He said, “We are fervently praying to God to touch [the kidnappers'] hearts so that they can see the wisdom to release them.” According to Open Doors, Nigeria is the sixth most dangerous country worldwide for Christians. Tens of thousands participate in Spain's pro-life march On Sunday, tens of thousands of people joined the Yes to Life march in Madrid, Spain. Five hundred groups supported the event in an effort to oppose “all laws and practices that threaten life and human nature at any moment of its existence, as well as the businesses and ideologies that sustain them.” Last month, Spain passed legislation allowing girls as young as 16 to get an abortion without parental consent. Football Coach Joe Kennedy reinstated after Supreme Court win Last Wednesday, First Liberty Institute announced a Washington State school district has reinstated Joe Kennedy as their assistant football coach, reports CBN News. In 2015, the Bremerton School District suspended Kennedy for praying on the football field after games. The following year, he sued the school for violating his religious freedom. Last year, the U.S. Supreme Court heard his case and ruled in his favor. Hiram Sasser with First Liberty celebrated the reinstatement, “We are thrilled that Bremerton [High School] and Coach Kennedy are back together, and we hope they go undefeated.” Congress Overturns D.C. Legislation for the First Time in 30 Years Last November, the Washington, D.C. City Council, inspired by the Woke Crowd, revised its criminal code to reduce penalties for certain crimes. They did this even as the nation's capital faces increased gun violence and carjackings. However, because the District of Columbia is not a state, Congress has final say in the matter. Last Wednesday, the U.S. Senate nullified D.C.'s attempt to reduce criminal penalties. The House passed it on February 9th. And now, President Joe Biden said he will sign it. Perhaps they did so because the politicians live in D.C. and want to see criminals receive the maximum penalty. It's the first time since 1991 that Congress has overturned local D.C. legislation. The overturned legislation would have reduced the maximum sentences for carjackings and robberies. It also would have removed mandatory minimum sentences in most cases. Ecclesiastes 8:11 says, “Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, the heart of the children of man is fully set to do evil.” U.S. Senate reduces penalties for D.C. carjackings and robberies The U.S. Senate passed a resolution last Wednesday, nullifying changes to the Washington, D.C. criminal code. It's the first time since 1991 that Congress has overturned local D.C. legislation. If it becomes law, the revised criminal code will reduce the maximum sentences for carjackings and robberies. It also would remove mandatory minimum sentences in most cases. If it passes the U.S. House, President Joe Biden said he will sign the resolution. This comes as the nation's capital faces increased gun violence and carjackings. Ecclesiastes 8:11 says, “Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, the heart of the children of man is fully set to do evil.” Americans favor Christianity, detest Satanism and Scientology A new poll from YouGov surveyed Americans' views on 35 religious groups and belief systems. Christianity in general was the most highly favored belief system. The next most favored system was Protestantism. Other groups like Roman Catholics, Lutherans, and Anglicans scored lower, but were generally viewed positively. On the other end of the spectrum, Satanism and so-called “Church” of Scientology, founded by L. Ron Hubbard, received the worst favorability scores. They were followed by Jehovah's Witnesses, Islam, and Mormonism. Dallas abortion mill shut down Praise God! The largest abortion mill in Dallas, Texas shut down earlier this month. It had stopped doing abortions since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last year. The mill was operational for 50 years, killing thousands of unborn babies. Texas Right to Life reports that “Southwestern Women's Surgery Center was owned by long-time, late-term abortionist Curtis Boyd, who is an ordained Baptist minister and bragged, ‘Am I killing? Yes, I am!'” Psalm 50:16 says, “But to the wicked God says: ‘What right have you to recite My statutes or take My covenant on your lips?'” World's most premature twins celebrated first birthday And finally, Guinness World Records reports the world's most premature twins celebrated their first birthday earlier this month. When Shakina Rajendram went into labor four months early, doctors told her the twins had a zero percent chance of survival. But, in God's providence, Adiah and Adrial are alive and well a year later. Disturbingly, the Canadian hospital denied the twins life-sustaining measures at birth. However, their parents were able to transfer them to Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto for care. Her husband, Kevin, said they clung to their Christian faith in the process. KEVIN: “Amidst all that scenario of being told that the chance of survival is pretty much 0%, the chance of significant disability is really high, we were just clinging to our hope and faith, trusting in God.” Close And that's The Worldview in 5 Minutes on this Wednesday, March 15th in the year of our Lord 2023. It's Monday, February 27th, A.D. 2023. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. By Adam McManus (Adam@TheWorldview.com) Indonesian church shut down mid-worship Our persecution story today comes from Indonesia. On Sunday, February 19, authorities disbanded the congregation of the Kemah Daud Christian Church in Bandar Lampung in the middle of their worship service, reports International Christian Concern. John 4:23 says, “The true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship Him.” The devil hates when Christ followers worship their Lord. Ironically, the forced closure of the church was contrary to Indonesian President Jokowi's recent appeal and undermined the Indonesian Constitution, which guarantees freedom of worship and religion for all. In response to pushback from church leaders in this Muslim-majority nation, authorities granted the church a worship permit for the next two years while the building permit the church has submitted is being processed. Please pray for the protection and promotion of religious freedom in Indonesia. Pence and DeSantis boycott CPAC over homosexual controversy Neither former Vice President Mike Pence nor Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will appear at the Conservative Political Action Conference, reports ABC News. No doubt both likely presidential candidates are distancing themselves from Matt Schlapp, the chairman of CPAC, who has been accused of unwanted homosexual overtures. According to a report from The Daily Beast, Schlapp "groped" and "fondled" a Herschel Walker staffer on October 19th on a drive back from an Atlanta bar. The male staffer filed a lawsuit against Schlapp and his wife, Mercedes, seeking $9.4 million for sexual battery and defamation, reports Politico. Abortion Kill Pill could be declared illegal A pro-life, Christian federal judge in Texas, named Matthew Kacsmaryk, could single-handedly outlaw the abortion Kill Pill in all 50 states, reports Slate.com. A graduate of Abilene Christian University and the University of Texas School of Law, the 45-year-old Kacsmaryk served as Deputy General Counsel for First Liberty Institute, a conservative Christian legal group before President Donald Trump boldly nominated him in 2019 to serve as a United States district judge. The Washington Post reports that when Kacsmaryk was a 22-year-old law student, his 17-year-old sister got pregnant, and chose to place her baby with an adoptive married couple. That solidified his belief that every pregnancy should be treasured. According to the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute, the abortion Kill Pill now accounts for the deaths of 53% of pre-born babies in the womb. Beyond the death of the child, medication abortion has serious side effects. They include fever, infection, pain, vomiting, diarrhea, feeling dizzy, a severe headache, heavy, prolonged bleeding for multiple weeks, incomplete abortion requiring surgical follow-up, short-lasting hot flashes, hemorrhage, blood clots, and possibly an undetected ectopic pregnancy, which is life-threatening. Plus, permanent infertility could result if a woman takes the abortion Kill Pill if an Rh negative mother is not administered RhoGAM as is done with dangerous "no-test" and telemedicine chemical abortions. Pray that Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk protects mothers and their unborn babies across the nation from the abortion Kill Pill. Proverbs 21:3 says, “To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.” New details on suicide of former Clinton aide with Epstein connections New details emerged last week regarding the May 7, 2022 suicide of Mark Middleton, a 59-year-old former aide to President Bill Clinton, reports the New York Post. Not only did he shoot himself in the chest with a 12-gauge coach shotgun, but he tied an extension cord around his neck to ensure he would die by hanging. Contrary to initial reports that there was no gun found near the body at the Heifer Ranch in Perryville, Arkansas, there was indeed a gun 30 feet nearby. Officers determined that the gun was flung away from Middleton's body due to the recoil and angle off the ground. The former Clinton aide had ties to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Before he left politics in 1995, Middleton signed the sex fiend into the White House seven out of the 17 times he visited the residence. He also reportedly rode on Epstein's infamous “Lolita Express” jet. However, one report on RadarOnline.com suggests Middleton did not commit suicide, but that it might have been a homicide. Homeschooling up 30% Homeschooling saw a 30% increase in the 21-22 academic year while public school enrollment fell by more than 1.2 million students within the first two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, reports The Christian Post. The study from the Urban Institute found that private school enrollment increased by 4.3% between the fall of 2019 and the fall of 2021. And homeschool enrollment rose by 30%. Steven Duvall, director of research for the Home School Legal Defense Association, said, “We believe that homeschooling is a wonderful way to educate a child and that many hundreds of thousands of families made this same discovery during the pandemic.” Doctors continued CPR for 3 hours on toddler until life returned And finally, when 3-year-old Waylon Saunders arrived at the hospital, he was already legally dead and had been for a while. Found face-down in an icy backyard swimming pool, the Ontario, Canada toddler's body temperature was so low that paramedics' thermometers couldn't get a reading, and he had no pulse. Nevertheless, a team at Englehart Hospital in Petrolia, Ontario performed CPR for 3 hours without stopping, while simultaneously using other methods to warm his frozen body. Fortunately for Waylon they didn't stop, and after 3 hours of compressing his chest to artificially pump blood to his brain and other organs, Waylon's heart was restarted and kept on keeping on, reports the Good News Network. Dr. Janice Tijssen, the director of the pediatric critical care unit at Children's Hospital in Ontario, explained to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation how they saved Waylon's life. TIJSSEN: “There's not a lot you can do when a child is as cold as he was. In fact, he was so cold, we couldn't even get a temperature read on him. So, we just knew that he was very cold and needed to be rewarmed. So that was one of the main tasks that the team in Petrolia had to do and the other was providing high quality CPR.” Waylon's mother, Gillian, said she owes a lifetime of gratitude to the care team. She said, “They're heroes. I told them that they're God's soldiers.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Monday, February 27th, in the year of our Lord 2023. On "EWTN News Nightly" tonight: This week, pro-abortion House and Senate Democrats marked what would have been the 50th anniversary of Roe v Wade. They declared their movement will not back down against Republican efforts to restrict or limit access to abortions. For many, it seems like at long last the Department of Justice is dishing out justice to abortion activists who vandalized pro-life properties in Florida. Special Counsel for Litigation and Communications at First Liberty Institute, Jeremy Dys, joins to give us a quick overview of this story. And despite high interest rates and fears over a possible recession, the US economy grew at the end of 2022, expanding at a 2.9% annual pace from October through December. Meanwhile, Saint Francis de Sales was a topic of conversation in France, particularly at the Shrine of Lourdes which is hosting the Catholic Media Federation's International Day in his honor. EWTN Vatican Bureau Chief, Andreas Thonhauser, caught up with the head of the Vatican's Communications Department, Dr. Paolo Ruffini. This comes after militants killed 40 believers in the week leading up to Christmas. One local resident said, “Mass graves litter the community and the countryside. Our people can no longer go to their farms for fear of being gunned down or macheted. Lamentably, the Fulani terrorist attacks have continued unabated as they are heard chanting, ‘Allah Akbar [Allah, the moon god, is greater]' during the killing and destructive expeditions.” Please pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ in Nigeria. GOP conservatives reject Kevin McCarthy for House Speaker The House adjourned without a speaker on Tuesday for the first time in a century after Republican Congressman Kevin McCarthy of California failed in a third straight vote for the gavel, reports Politico.com. It comes after 19 Republican conservatives derailed McCarthy's first and second vote to become Speaker, throwing the party further into chaos on their first day in the majority. Twenty House Republicans threw their support behind GOP Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, who has repeatedly said he does not want the gavel, which sunk McCarthy's bid to take the position on the opening day of Congress. In fact, Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida slammed Kevin McCarthy as he nominated Jim Jordan. Listen. GAETZ: “Maybe the right person for the job of Speaker of the House isn't someone – [McCarthy] -- who wants it so bad. Maybe the right person for the job of Speaker of the House isn't someone who has sold shares of themselves for more than a decade to get it. (surprised reaction) Maybe Jim Jordan is the right person for Speaker of the House because he is not beholden to the lobbyists and special interests who have corrupted this place and corrupted this nation under the leadership of both Republicans and Democrats. “Maybe Jim Jordan would be the right person for Speaker of the House because he wouldn't fight us when we try to get a term limits bill on the floor. Maybe Jim Jordan would be the right person because he wouldn't fight us when we try to put a balanced budget on the floor and vote for it. And maybe Jim Jordan is the right person because he would endorse the plan that was built by the Texas delegation to finally secure our border.” McCarthy, who can only afford to lose four votes out of the 222 Republican members, is facing an uphill battle to take over the gavel from Nancy Pelosi. Before the vote, Gaetz said, "Those of us who will not be voting for Kevin McCarthy today take no joy in this discomfort that this moment has brought. But if you want to drain the swamp, you cannot put the biggest alligator in charge of the exercise. I'm a Florida man and I know of what I speak.” New York judge allows people to pack heat at church Last Thursday, a U.S. federal judge temporarily blocked a New York State law that prohibits people from carrying firearms in houses of worship. Pastor Michael Spencer of His Tabernacle Family Church is challenging the law and is represented by First Liberty Institute. Ryan Gardner with First Liberty said, “Singling out houses of worship for total disarmament demonstrates hostility toward religion, leaves them defenseless to rebuff violent attacks, sticks the state's nose into how religious services are conducted, and defies at least two recent Supreme Court rulings against New York.” Sean Feucht vs. Antifa at defaced San Diego church Antifa members defaced City View Church's building in San Diego, California last week. The church was planning on holding a New Year's Eve worship service led by Christian singer Sean Feucht. Police are investigating the attack as a hate crime. The far-left activists spray painted profanities and threats on the church building. According to a video of one tweet, Feucht told ChurchLeaders.com, “The church isn't a building. We're the bride of Christ and in 2023 we're rising up like never before.” FEUCHT: “Rejoice and be glad. So, that's what we're going to do in San Diego tonight. We've been persecuted. All kinds of crazy stuff has been said. This church has been vandalized. But you know what? Tonight, you're going to see a resilient church. This is a prophetic night for what God is doing in 2023. You're going to see a church rising up in boldness, rising up in courage.” Matthew 5:10-12 says, “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in Heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” Court upholds school's right to restrict bathrooms to biological sex Last Friday, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a Florida school district's anti-transgender policy. The St. Johns County School Board has a bathroom policy that distinguishes students based on biological sex. A female student pretending to be a boy sued the school over the policy. The ruling noted, “The school board's bathroom policy is clearly related to — indeed, is almost a mirror of — its objective of protecting the privacy interests of students to use the bathroom away from the opposite sex and to shield their bodies from the opposite sex in the bathroom.” Wall Street's worst year since 2008 And finally, Wall Street ended its worst year since 2008 last Friday. All three major stock indices reported painful losses. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down nearly 8% for 2022. The S&P 500 dropped nearly 20%, and the tech-heavy Nasdaq fell over 30%. Media and tech companies recorded some of the biggest losses. The Walt Disney Company, Netflix, Comcast and other media groups lost over half a trillion dollars in market value last year. Disney stock, in particular, dropped 45% as the company continues to support sexually perverted lifestyles. Galatians 6:7 says, “Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.” Close And that's The Worldview in 5 Minutes on this Wednesday, January 4th in the year of our Lord 2023. Monday, Dec. 12th, the Pueblo City Council voted on an ordinance that would have prohibited abortions within city limits. With unrestricted access to abortion codified into Colorado state law, this vote could have been instrumental to the pro-life movement. On "EWTN News Nightly" tonight: The Senate passed the Respect for Marriage Act last week thanks to 12 Republicans who supported the measure. 39 House Republicans voted for it today. It is now on the way to President Joe Biden to be signed into law. And Metzger Bar and Butchery in Richmond canceled the Family Foundation of Virginia's 20 person reservation, just an hour before the group's holiday party. President of the Family Foundation of Virginia, Victoria Cobb, joins to tell us a little about the Family Foundation and why she thinks the owners of Metzger perceived the group as a threat. Meanwhile, President Biden went before the cameras to report that WNBA star Brittney Griner has been released from prison in Russia following her drug conviction. A dramatic high-level prisoner exchange got her out. The US Naval Academy admitted it has denied all vaccine-related religious exemption requests from midshipmen. Director of Military Affairs for First Liberty Institute, Mike Berry, shares his reaction to this report and to a separate claim that some unvaccinated midshipmen are being denied diplomas. Finally this evening, the Holy See opened an exhibition of several dozen nativity scenes. EWTN Vatican Bureau Chief Andreas Thonhauser joined Monsignor Rino Fisichella, the man responsible for the exhibition, to discuss why it is important to display the nativity scenes and what people's reactions have been. It's Wednesday, November 9th, A.D. 2022. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark and Adam McManus Thailand legalized abortions up to 20 weeks of pregnancy In Thailand, the country's Public Health Ministry legalized abortions up to 20 weeks of pregnancy at the end of last month. The move extends a previous law which allowed the murder of unborn babies up to 12 weeks. Pro-abortion legislation in the country is new. Thailand had criminalized abortion as recently as 2020. Canadian court acquitted pastor for in-person worship services Last Tuesday, the Provincial Court of Alberta acquitted a Canadian pastor of violating COVID-19 restrictions on in-person worship services. Pastor Tim Stephens of Fairview Baptist Church spent three weeks in jail last year for refusing to abide by the government's worship bans. In a blog post, Pastor Stephens praised God for the victory while calling for repentance in Canada. He wrote, “Our society with its laws, mandates, and opinions reflect a change of ‘god' with corresponding views of authority and humanity that will lead to dystopia unless there is repentance.” Psalm 37:1-3 says, “Fret not yourself because of evildoers; be not envious of wrongdoers! For they will soon fade like the grass and wither like the green herb. Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness.” Victors include Huckabee Sanders, DeSantis, Rubio, and Polis Tens of millions of Americans headed to the polls yesterday for the 2022 midterm elections. At stake is control of both houses of Congress and 36 governorships. FiveThirtyEight released their final election forecast yesterday. Republicans were widely favored to win the U.S. House of Representatives. They were also slightly favored to win the Senate with a 59% chance of control over Democrats' 41% chance. The victors included New Hampshire Republican Governor Chris Sununu, Arkansas Republican Governor-elect Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis, Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubio, Ohio Republican Senator-elect J.D. Vance, and Colorado Democratic Governor Jared Polis, a self-professed homosexual. Republican Greg Abbott beat Democrat Richard “Beto” O'Rourke Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott beat celebrity Democratic candidate Robert Francis “Beto” O'Rourke 55.8% to 43.0%, reports the Texas Tribune. Listen to what the Fox News panel had to say about O'Rourke last night, starting with Britt Hume. HUME: “O'Rourke is becoming the Charlie Crist of Texas.” (chuckles) MARTHA MacCALLUM: “He's gone from the cover of Vanity Fair magazine and this shining hope of the Democrat Party. Jessica, your thoughts on what has happened to Beto O'Rourke. Does this seal the deal? Is he done now in politics or not?” JESSICA TARLOV: “If the evening goes as I expect it to for Stacey Abrams as well, there's going to be a lot of soul searching about where you're dumping your money when you go on Act Blue. There are a lot of people whose races are a lot closer. “These are celebrity candidates. I think that there have been incredible messaging moments that are going to have rallied the Democratic base and made you really focus on the issues that matter to us as a party. They are seemingly just not great candidates to win statewide office and I hope people will take stock of that.” Senate races too close to call at 10:33pm central Tuesday night According to Fox News, a number of the hotly contested races for U.S. Senate were too close to call at The Worldview's press deadline last night at 10:33pm Central. They include the races in Georgia between Democrat Senator Raphael Warnock and Republican challenger Hershel Walker, in Pennsylvania between Democrat John Fetterman and Republican Mehmet Oz, and in Wisconsin between Republican Senator Ron Johnson and Democrat challenger Mandela Barnes. A look at the past 22 midterm elections In a column entitled “The 2022 Midterm Elections: What The Historical Data Suggests,” John Wooley wrote, “In the 22 midterm elections from 1934 -2018, the President's party has averaged a loss of 28 House seats and four Senate seats. The president's party gained seats in the House only three times, but gained seats in the Senate on six occasions. The president's party has gained seats in both houses only twice. “The incumbent president's ability to launch new major policy initiatives would be greatly weakened under divided government. If the Democrats lose control of either House, the Administration can expect to be the target of numerous congressional inquiries.” New York Christians want to be able to defend themselves at church A church in New York State is challenging a law that bans guns in places of worship. The New York law prohibits the carrying of firearms in houses of worship regardless of whether a church “prefers to permit—or even encourage—people to carry a firearm on its premises.” First Liberty Institute filed the lawsuit last Thursday on behalf of His Tabernacle Family Church. The lawsuit accuses New York of making churches choose between their First and Second Amendment rights as well as leaving them particularly vulnerable to violence. Daughter of 107-year-old South Carolinian woman gives God the glory And finally, a Christian woman from South Carolina celebrated her 107th birthday last month. Adell Julie Thompson was born October 10, 1915. She told WLTX News 19 she does what the Bible tells her: “I had no dream of being 107 years. But the Lord spared me, and I try to do the right thing.” Thompson has lived through 18 U.S. presidencies. Her legacy includes three children, six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and three great, great grandchildren. Thompson's daughter gave God the glory for her mother's long life. DAUGHTER: “I get to be here to do this interview about my mama, with my momma alive and well, in her right mind, my family members that's all around it. That's all I can say. To God be the glory and I thank God for every moment of it.” Proverbs 3:16 says of the wisdom from God, “Length of days is in her right hand, in her left hand riches and honor.” Close And that's The Worldview in 5 Minutes on this Wednesday, November 9th, in the year of our Lord 2022. As we analyze the fallout of Friday's Supreme Court decision which overturned Roe v. Wade, Charlie brings up a prescient point that no one else seems to have caught on to yet and it begs the question—did conservatives actually end up winning the messaging war AND the policy battle when it comes to abortion in America? As millions of Americans witnessed the frenetic, terrifying, and irrational responses from pro-abortion riots and demonstrations across the country, it becomes increasingly clear that Democrats and the Cultural Marxists have lost the plot and they stand to lose the average American political observer. To that point, he's joined by Congressman Andy Biggs who represents th
