According to the FBI, there are 33,000 gangs in America.  Think of how many horrific videos we've seen of thugs attacking people randomly. Or footage of flash gangs robbing stores. These menaces to our society have even attacked police officers in Times Square. This is happening in Anytown, USA.  Dr. Phil sits down with residents from Gilbert, Arizona where an affluent gang of teens known as the “Gilbert Goons” have been terrorizing the town. What confuses so many is that the teens come from affluence, yet they resort to selling drugs, guns, and beating random teens on the street.
