In this episode, we step into the energy of the Virgo Full Moon Eclipse, a portal of powerful purification, and quiet revelation. Rather than approaching Virgo through the lens of mere discipline and details, we channel its Buddhic essence—the energy of refined awareness, sacred service, and the devotion to embodying wisdom in the smallest of earthly acts. This eclipse asks: How does mindfulness translate into tangible reality? Where does sacred order arise within the seeming chaos of life? How do we surrender not to perfection, but to the flow of intelligent design already at play? Through Phi's channeled perspective, we explore Virgo as a vessel for enlightened action, where spirituality isn't separate from daily life but infused into love and choices. Expect insights on: The Buddhic mind – cultivating a spacious awareness amidst the shifting tides of this eclipse. Releasing over-identification – detaching from the illusion of control while still honouring deep devotion to your path. If the cosmic games haven't already started for you with Venus Retrograde and all things love, money and relationships at the end of this week on the 14th we have the Virgo full moon which happens to also be a lunar eclipse too. If you're keep tracking since my energy update for March 2025 you'll know this is the week before the official new astrological year in Aries kicking off on the 20th. It's very much the energy of letting go to do with Virgo, the collective karma at the moment. Virgo is associated with perfectionism, structure, routine, service, and discernment, this eclipse highlights areas where you may need to let go of rigid control, over-analysis or self-criticism. Virgo Full Moon Eclipse - Channelled Intuitive Message It makes a lot of sense when I channeled the upcoming energy I saw the taming of the mind - as if you were training your dog or puppy you know? Off the back of it what comes through is energy of a buddhic nature. One of my good friends recently got a puppy so I don't know if that's why it's connected but I'm going to roll with it. Taming the mind is much like training a puppy. At first, it wanders freely, chasing every impulse, barking at shadows and reacting instinctively to every noise. It pulls you in different directions, darting between excitement, fear, distraction and restlessness. But just as a dog learns discipline through patience and consistency, so too can the mind be gently guided toward stillness and focus. Imagine your thoughts as an unruly puppy—full of energy, curious, and easily led astray. You wouldn't scold it harshly for its nature, but instead, you would redirect it with kindness and clarity. When it gets distracted, you bring it back. When it tugs toward anxiety, you soothe it. Over time, with repetition, it learns to stay present, to trust in the steady rhythm of your breath, and to sit in quiet without needing constant movement. Like a well-trained pet, a tamed mind becomes an ally rather than an obstacle. It no longer jumps at every passing thought or reacts to every external trigger. Instead, it learns to wait, observe, and act only when truly necessary. This is not about suppression or control, but about cultivating a relationship built on trust. The mind, when guided with patience and care, can become a source of peace rather than chaos—loyal, steady, and always by your side. Buddhist Perspective Taming the Mind - Monkey Mi...

Our guest today knows a lot about resilience, in fact 7 times world surfing champion Layne Beachley dubbed her the “Queen of Resilience.”  David Goggins, arguably the world's toughest man, calls her a “badass.” Whatever you call her, Stacey COPAS is resilient. Left a quadriplegic and needing a wheelchair after a devastating accident when she was 12, she did not let this tragic accident slow her down. She has used her life experience to help organisations (such as Viacom, GM Holden and Flight Centre)  & their people be more engaged, mentally resilient and productive.   Stacey Copas shared in this episode: How To Be Resilient How she got her life back on track after becoming a quadriplegic at aged 12 How change is getting faster. How building resilience is about building capacity, so when something challenging happens you can take it on, and grow and become stronger. Don't ‘Go through' challenges, ‘Grow Through' challenges. Rituals you can put in place to build resilience and capacity to deal with future challenges. Gratitude, don't make the practise a chore and obligation - use mantras and say “thank you for the opportunity to be who I am, where I am, with what I have at this moment in time” How to use mantras when you are in an un-resourceful state during the day Why you should journal every day using this sentence:  “Today I had the opportunity to…” because ithelps you find the highlights of the day. Why it is important how we describe situations - how we describe it is how we experience it.  Change the way you describe it and feel differently. Stacey's Life-changing question:  “How does it get any better than this?” What if? (positive not negative) “When nothing is certain, anything is possible”  Uncertainty is exciting, see it as possibility and opportunity. And much more…    Resources Mentioned In The Show: Her website: StaceyCopas.com Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/staceycopas/?originalSubdomain=au Her book How To Be Resilient: https://www.amazon.com/How-Be-Resilient-Blueprint-Getting/dp/0646940503#:~:text=Book%20overview&text=The%20principles%20outlined%20in%20this,the%20rest%20of%20her%20life. How important is mindset? You'd be surprised that it is the difference-maker between maintaining your status - which is alright if you've got something good going for you - and taking what you have to the next level. That's what coaching can do for you. Contrary to popular misconception and belief, coaching isn't about instantly changing your situation or bettering your circumstances - it doesn't work like a magic potion. It simply doesn't work that way.Proper business, career, and life coaching are about growth. It's about the process. It's about a journey. Coaching helps build habits that lead to success and encourages you to take action that leads to personal and professional development.Check out six ways you can benefit from hiring either a career or life - or both:Benefit #1: Know your "why" and live out your truth. (From  Episode 38 - Identity Check)Benefit #2: Learn from the real-life experience of your coach to help you sharpen your own gifts and talents and brace yourself for what lies ahead. (From Episode 47 - Do You Have The Capacity For That)Benefit #5: Have the courage to plan and maintain that confidence even when things change. Your Struggle IS NOT Meant To Last Forever

Your struggle IS NOT meant to last forever   Have you ever felt like you've been struggling with a certain challenge for a long time, and seems like nothing is changing?   Here's what I NEED you to know…   Whatever your current struggle is…it IS NOT meant to last forever…   Your struggle is meant to LEARN & GROW from…not last forever!!   If there is a struggle in your life that seems to be lasting really long time, then I'm going to challenge you to begin asking yourself this question…   “What have I yet to learn or grow from in the midst of this challenge in my life?”   For example: Remember the video game Super Mario Bros? There would be circumstances where I would get stuck and couldn't move on to the next level. There was something I hadn't learned or a task I hadn't done on that level that was preventing me to move on to the next level.   Also think about working out or weight training in the gym. In order to lift more weight and get stronger, you have to be able to eventually grow and eventually master a certain pound of weight before you can increase the weight.   Our struggles and challenges of life are no different. We must GROW THROUGH, and not just GO THROUGH the struggles of life…in order to get to the next level.    Listen, I completely get it…I've struggled with: Being a loving husband that respected my wife Anger as a father Forgiveness of others Being out of shape Building quality trustworthy relationships Feeling stuck   Thank God, I was able to eventually grow past these hurdles in my life. It was not overnight, but it was worth learning and applying new ideas to my life so I could grow through my challenges and not remain stuck.   Therefore, I'd like to offer 5 key principles to understand to help you get past your current greatest struggle:   You are at your optimum performance the closer in relationship you are with God Getting unstuck and growing past your challenge requires you be at your best performance. A high-performance car requires high-performance fuel and maintenance. Without God, it's like putting old oil and regular unleaded in a Ferrari…it won't perform at it's best.   This whole life is designed to either get closer to God and grow and improve, or get further away and stay stuck and unfulfilled. Think about a doctor-patient relationship. If a patient is ill (aka stuck and struggling), and they refuse to go to the doctor, then they will continue to struggle and not improve. However, as soon as they establish a consistent healthy relationship with the doctor…they can get better and improve. This is no different in our lives without struggle. The more we put off going to the doctor of our lives…aka God, the longer the struggle will take to improve.   God has been chasing you this entire time to be in relationship…and the sooner you take his hand…the sooner you can see things change. He wants you to depend on him instead of you depending on you! God knows what he is capable of, and what your limits are. Therefore, he's always with you waiting with his hand out, offering his help. However, it requires us to put our pride to the side and accept his help. It's THE BEST decision we can make.   Be reminded of your TRUE IDENTITY. Often times we forget who we are OR have never understood who it is we REALLY are. Typically we define our identity by something external to us. For example, we define ourselves by our occupation, our title, status, or level of success. Your TRUE identity is defined by God. You are MORE THAN A CONQUEROR! You are FEARFULLY & WONDERFULLY MADE! You are made in the IMAGE & LIKENESS OF GOD! Therefore, you are more than equipped to overcome and grow through whatever struggle you are facing.    The rate of your transformation is directly tied to how soon you reach out and receive help. You were not meant to do life alone! Typically we, as high-achieving men, look at reaching out for help as a sign of weakness. This is not true! Reaching out for help is a sign of WISDOM! And the sooner you do, the sooner you will be on the road to more success and fulfillment in life.   So, here's what I want you to do. I want you to make a decision. Decide to embrace and establish the greatest relationship that will be directly related to you being your VERY BEST SELF in ALL AREAS OF WORK & LIFE! Decide to start building a relationship with God, And decide NOW!   If I can help you form that relationship…don't hesitate to reach out!   Book a 1:1 discovery call with me at https://drbradmd.com   Talk to you soon, Dr. Brad   P.S.
