Who wants your offer? How can you attract them and add value to serve them?Just imagine you have a fishing rod and you keep throwing the fishing rod into the ocean, trying to catch your fish and not having the correct bait for who you wanna attract and you keep doing it. And you keep wondering why you are not seeing results and I'm not getting what I want. I came out here to get a specific result. First thing is finding exactly who wants your offer, who is your ideal client? You need to know exactly who that person is, what they like, what they don't like. So once I determine exactly who it is that I wanna serve, the next step is knowing exactly where to go to find them. So now we have the, “who”, we know where they like to hang out. The next thing we're gonna do is throw 'em a little gift, right? We call this in this fishing world bait. So the, who is actually the ideal client's pain point struggles. The, where is, where are they hanging out? What Instagram accounts are they following? What Facebook groups are they part of? What are they searching for online? What keywords are they using? What hashtags are they using once you know that digital, where they're actually hanging out, you can go to those places and say, Hey guys, I have this gift. And I think that you're gonna love it because what you're doing is solving a little mini problem that they have to get them results. And it's a win-win right? Because you have the solution to their problem. So let's talk about out the gifts that you're gonna use and the problem you're gonna solve for them. This could be an ebook, a free video, a tutorial, anything that they are gonna pay attention to.What is it that you're gonna offer? How is it gonna make their life better? And what do they need to do? What do they need to try? And what do they need to buy? Those are the three cues. What do I offer? How will it make their life better? And what do they need to do to buy it? Customers buy into internal problems, not external solutions. Like I said, you are the guide and your products or services are going to fix their problems. This formula is based on a principal I learned from Russell Brunson. Find me on Instagram: @jillianleigh.igLike free gifts?

In this podcast, Creating the person you're meant to be with Nick Connor, Nick shares his story about being a pro baseball player that reached his peak and had to make a change. What would that transition look like? In Nick's case, he ended up taking a job in door to door sales selling security systems in residential neighborhoods.Nick talks about the complexities in life and business. In baseball, one can be a really good player but as they progress in the game, they face other players who are also advancing in the game. In his case, the complexity of hitting a 95 MPH babseball with movement was too complex. In business, we are encouraged to grow. What we may not calculate is what is underneath, below the surface. In sales, we need to deal with rejection. Rejection is not something that any of us desire. Just like in baseball after a bad game, players are encouraged and coached to put that game behind them and to keep moving forward. The same can be true with sales. There are bad days and you have to keep sticking with it.We also venture into the conversation regarding the pandemic and making use of the time to make changes for the better. We also discussed Jim Rohn's Goal setting workbook, that can be found here https://store.jimrohn.com/jim-rohn-one-year-success-planner/Find Nick at Nickconnor.com

Seaspiracy is a documentary film  released earlier this year revolving around the environmental impact that fishing has had on our oceans. This film was directed by and star's Ali Tabrizi, that is also known for his 2018 film Vegan. Seaspiracy was released   on streaming giant Netflix in March 2021 and rightfully so the film has garnered a lot of eyeballs & in turn has started to turn a lot of the machinery in peoples head about this issue.  Seaspiracy has definitely been a polarizing film  showing you the behind the scenes of  what seems to be a very liberal stance on our commercial fishing. In the film it goes to show you the behind the scenes on the environmental impacts this is having like  the amount of plastic it is leaving behind & how the livelihood of our other sea animals are at risk due to commercial fishing. Like anything polarizing you will find your people willing to die by their perspective on it but none the less it is a film that will make you think. The year is 2021 & bitcoin has officially hit 64,000, what a ride it has been for a lot of bitcoiners & the crazy part is that the ride still is not over. It seems that we have entered the first year of true institutional support in regards to bitcoin, more public companies holding it than ever & now you have Coinbase going pubic! On this podcast we have been bullish about Bitcoin for some time & we don't see anytime soon that stance changing. On this episode we discuss how bitcoin is essentially the bank of the internet, what it means to have a hard money & why you should probably stop ignoring Bitcoin.
