This is one of the most profound and powerful interviews ever. It was an honor to interview one of my very favorite authors. Neale Donald Walsch is a modern day spiritual messenger whose words continue to touch the world in profound ways. With an early interest in religion and a deeply felt connection to spirituality, Neale spent the majority of his life thriving professionally, yet searching for spiritual meaning before experiencing his now famous conversation with God. The Conversations with God series of books that emerged from those encounters has been translated into 37 languages, touching millions and inspiring important changes in their day-to-day lives. Neale has written 39 books on spirituality and its practical application in everyday life. His newest book is The God Solution, was published in December, 2020 by Phoenix Books. Conversations with God has redefined God and shifted spiritual paradigms around the globe. In order to deal with the enormous response to his writings, Neale has created several outreach projects,  all accessible at the “hub” website www.CWGPortal.com, and all dedicated to help the world move from violence to peace, from confusion to clarity, and from anger to love. You can learn more about Donald and his books at http://www.nealedonaldwalsch.com/ Buy My Art - Unique Sigil Magic and Energy Activation Through Flow Art and Voyages Through Space and Imagination. https://www.newearth.art/ The New Earth Activation trainings - Immerse yourself in 12 hours of content focused on the new earth with channeling, meditations, advanced training and access to the new earth https://realityrevolutioncon.com/newearth Alternate Universe Reality Activation  get full access to new meditations, new lectures, recordings from the reality con and the 90 day AURA meditation schedulehttps://realityrevolutionlive.com/aura45338118 BUY MY BOOK! https://www.amazon.com/Reality-Revolution-Mind-Blowing-Movement-Hack/dp/154450618X/ Listen to my book on audible https://www.audible.com/pd/The-Reality-Revolution-Audiobook/B087LV1R5V Like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/The-Reality-Revolution-Podcast-Hosted-By-Brian-Scott-102555575116999 Join our Facebook group The Reality Revolution https://www.facebook.com/groups/523814491927119 Contact us at media@advancedsuccessinstitute.com For all episodes of the Reality Revolution – https://www.therealityrevolution.com Follow Us on Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRealityRevolution/ Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/the_reality_revolution/ Follow me on Twitter https://twitter.com/mediaprime Follow me on MeWe https://mewe.com/i/brianscott71 All My Interviews -- https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKv1KCSKwOo_Y78_zt_zv9TI1AGx-WimT All my Audiobooks - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKv1KCSKwOo-ArT_9WQ-SrKaEP7VgIPb5 #god #transformation #consciousness

You might remember the feeling of your heart beating against your chest as you asked a table full of kids if you could sit with them, or the way you got tongue tied trying to talk to your crush in the hallway.  As stressful as it is, it tends to pass in time as kids mature. For many teens, this is just a part of growing up.But for some, social anxiety is a major challenge that keeps them from finding friends and blossoming into confident adults. Too often, these  teens let their social anxiety rule their lives. They flee any kind of challenging social interaction, falling into a pattern of avoidance. They never learn to challenge their fears and live in their comfort zones.Today, we're talking to a social anxiety expert to learn how we can help teens break this cycle. Our guest is Dr. Ellen Hendriksen,  author of How to be Yourself: Silence your Inner Critic and Rise Above Social Anxiety. Dr. Hendriksen is a clinical psychologist and faculty member at the Boston University Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders. She's also the original host of the Savvy Psychologist podcast, which has been downloaded over 15 million times on iTunes.Dr. Hendriksen has spent years studying social anxiety, and she's here to share all her expert knowledge with you today. In our interview, we cover what's really going on in teen's heads when they're overwhelmed by social situations. We also get into all the wrong ways teens try to deal with social anxiety, and break down healthier methods for teens to shed the inhibitions that hold them back.Click for full show notes, exercises, and parenting scripts from this episode

Jennifer Ramirez' story is difficult to fathom. As a 7-year old, she was the victim of abuse by her own father. Her mother didn't want to believe what happened and  this event had a large impact on Jennifer as a young girl, through her teens and early adult life. At 21 she was a single mom, living in a gang war zone, in abusive relationships and was $25,000 in debt.Hear how she turned it all around. Eventually with some guidance, she bought her own place for less than the rent was in her old terrible neighborhood filled with gang violence. SHe got herself out of debt completely and then started buying properties to build her wealth. Not only did she come out of this dire situation with an amazing turnaround, she started a nonprofit to help other women in similar circumstances!Jennifer could have stayed in the  situation she was in but decided she wanted more out of life than to be a victim. Now she has stopped the cycle and has provided a much better opportunity for her own daughter, as well as others who have participated in the counseling and workshops in the non-profit "& RIse".Jennifer can be found on Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/jennifer-ramirez-340537102/Her story can be found here: http://andflourish.bigcartel.com/

What is it like to be a music artist? I used to ask myself this question when I was a kid singing along to Britney Spears and pretending my scarf was a microphone, and today I got to interview dark-popstar on the rise, Ashley Zarah. We didn't just talk about music and finding inspiration as a creator, but we dove deep into discovering your identity, forging your own path, finding a community that empowers you, and also what it's like to be Persian (and yes, food WAS discussed #yourewelcome). Ashley has a fascinating story of resilience and overcoming a lot of struggles in her life, and I hope this episode will show you how anything is possible with a little bit of work and a lot of belief in yourself.Follow Ashley's adventures & music creation on Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/ashzarah/And be sure to listen to her music on Spotify (you'll be dancing along with the beats and shouting out the lyrics in no time): https://open.spotify.com/album/5VEEaWzfDCe7HzmZpJpJIoTune in on Friday for another episode, or follow us on IG for more:https://www.instagram.com/prettysurepodcast

Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Wednesday! This week's theme for the podcast is: Social AnxietySocial Anxiety affects people all over the world in different ways & to different degrees, but the core thought that so many people are affected by social interactions still brings a sense of unity when figuring out how to go about overcoming its symptoms.I hope this week's episodes are helpful on how to overcome social anxiety, challenge it on the regular & understand more about the disorder, in general. Here are some notes from today's episode:Dr. David Moscovitch came up with the idea that there are 4 types of Social Anxiety to exam, as opposed to thinking of the disorder in terms of the fear types it creates. And that the biggest fear for someone with social anxiety is that a fatal flaw will be revealed to others.Author of the book, How To Be Yourself, Ellen Hendricksen, said that this fear of the “big reveal” is the fear of someone figuring out what is wrong with you.The four types are: Social Skills, Fear of Anxiety Symptoms Being Noticed by Others, Flaws in your Appearance, and Flaws in Your Personality/Character.The fear of your problem with Social Skills being revealed relates to not knowing how to act in social situations, not knowing how to interact with others or fear of possibly making a mistake. This type of fear usually arises when there is a fear of being judged or rejected. And will lead to not speaking in social settings or feeling the need to prep ahead of time.Next, having Anxiety about your anxiety is the fear of symptoms slipping through & being revealed when others are around or a situation you have to perform. It tends to happen when you are in the spotlight & worry about shaking, sweating & looking nervous. The problem with this fear is that your attempts at trying to hide your symptoms just make everything worse. The ideal is to learn how to calm yourself in those moments & sort of fake it until you make it to get through it. Ideally over time, learning to become calm & slowly face & accept the fears & phobias head-on will help in the long run of overcoming it.Research tells us that those with social anxiety suffer more than likely have issues with distorted body image. And this is the third type I want to discuss, anxiety about how you look. All in all, no matter what others tell you, only what you tell yourself is going to matter, so if your thoughts do not change, this fear will not get any better.Lastly, anxiety about your personality and/or character is rooted in thinking you are boring, stupid, not cool enough to hang with others. And the place you are more often than not going to experience this fear is in direct conversations with someone else, at parties, on dates, those sorts of experiences. In those types of situations, you may feel the pressure to reveal something about yourself, leading you to feel like you won't be up to snuff. This also leans towards perfectionist tendencies. And just remember that if someone isn't willing to accept you for who you are, then that's fine. There are others who will. Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my Instagram page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com or visit my website: www.sabrinajoy.comSee you for Thursday's episode!Support the show
