Join us on a captivating journey as we unravel the inspiring tale of Steven Class, the dynamic force behind a remarkable business transformation. From crafting powerful speeches to coaching ambitious entrepreneurs, Steve didn't just talk the talk – he walked the walk. In a mere three years, he turned a vision into a thriving company, navigating challenges, scaling growth, and ultimately sealing the deal on a successful sale. Get ready for a masterclass in rapid growth, strategic leadership, and the invaluable lessons learned on the path to building, scaling, and selling a business. The episode starts with Steven talking about his upbringing, growing up in Brooklyn and Staten Island, New York which are places that have higher percentages of Italians in them than any other states in the US, which means some powerful families reside there. For Steven, that meant always being surrounded by these guys, they'd show up with their cigars and Cadillacs and he didn't think this was a childhood that was any different from others. He always thought that his father just had some really good businesses and from time to time, Uncle Vinnie or Uncle Joe would come over. That was until he was 12 years old, as he was about to walk from his house to his school, when the FBI swarmed the front of their house and they seized all of the papers on his father's desk, only to find out that his dad was involved in the mafia doing money laundering because he grew up in that field. Steven talks about how because of this, he was able to see the good side of entrepreneurship as he was always being sent on errands to do things for his dad's legitimate businesses but he also saw how it changed his life completely. Visiting his dad in penitentiary and seeing him all locked up, how he had to get patted down just to see his dad and not even be able to touch him or give him a hug, it changed him in a way that he ended up retreating into himself and became more of an introvert. That working hard isn't all that you have to do and how the hardest workers are usually working for somebody else. He speaks about how it's the execution that matters, and applying the information that you learn. How he learned, started making adjustments and fortunately found his way along the way. Brad also talks about how the number one reason that he's so successful is his ability to talk and persuade, something he has a natural talent with but was able to perfect by working with excellent sales people over the years. In today's episode, we dive into the dynamic world of online marketing with a trailblazer who's reshaping the industry landscape. Hold onto your headsets as we sit down with Jordan Mederich, the visionary mind behind DropFunnels, one of the fastest-growing marketing platforms on the web. As the founder of DropFunnels, Jordan, also known as "Jordo" has catapulted the company into the limelight, revolutionizing the way businesses approach online marketing. Garnering attention from top entrepreneurs and marketers online, DropFunnels is the world's first only tech-free platform to easily build your entire website, blog, sales funnels, SEO-powered blog, courses, and more all built on the world's most powerful and fast infrastructure, WordPress. He's also an award-winning filmmaker with his content seen on Netflix, Amazon Prime, NBC, CBS, ABC, and many more. When Jordo isn't busy changing the landscape of online marketing, he enjoys spending time with his wife and sons and fishing the beautiful lakes in Wisconsin. The episode begins with Jordo talking about his experience as a filmmaker, how he owned a video production company making advertising spots for some Fortune 100s which gave him the opportunity to learn the generic brand style of advertising. Jordo fell in love with the process of creation but the corporate structure made everything feel like they were moving at a camel's pace. This made him realize his desire to have more control over how things go so he launched a 3 and a half-year project for a documentary called "Church of Felons" talking about life after addiction. He talks about how he had to market the documentary himself and think of how to get people to consume a particular product. Throughout this period, he had to learn direct response marketing, how to generate leads and get someone in the theater. Because of that, he realized that the tools available online to do that is very few and hard to use, eventually leading to him starting his own marketing platform, DropFunnels. If that sounds like a dream, stay tuned because in today's episode, we're about to make it your reality. Today we're diving headfirst into the world of implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System, known as EOS, and uncovering how you can adapt this powerful business framework to supercharge your personal life and place your family at the center stage. Our guest, Mike Kotsis, is an expert EOS Implementer who has coached 75+ peers on their journey to transform their lives and their businesses. He has delivered over 800 Full Day Sessions with Entrepreneurial leadership teams and helped more than 80 privately held entrepreneurial companies transform their lives and their businesses. He is a teacher, facilitator, and a coach to help those with the entrepreneurial spirit see the greatness within and be in flow with the present moment. Together with his now wife, Jill, they have helped over 100 couples have a more connected, more exciting, and unconditional loving family life. This isn't just about balancing work and family; it's about transforming your life into a well-oiled machine where every member of your family thrives. The episode begins with Mike explaining the concept of EOS, which is a framework/system that was developed in Michigan by Gino Wickman as a way of harnessing human energy in a small business to get everybody rolling in one direction, to define a clear vision and help them be more accountable and disciplined in a healthy way. He talks about making the decision to switch from being a part of a three-generation long family business when he discovered EOS while working on helping other businesses work through problems they have gone through. He speaks about feeling both excited and annoyed when he did, excited because it's simple and it will cut down the time of having the conversation to actually getting the work of doing it and annoyed because he wished he knew about it 7 years earlier as it would've helped them have the conversations they needed to happen in a simpler way. Mike talks about how EOS is typically for organizations with 250 people and above in any industry that are privately-held and may work for companies with 15,000 people or more only if the leaders in the company have that open-mindedness and curiosity to create and not have it be done in a certain way. If you want to hear more about how EOS can help you both professionally and in your personal life, tune in for this episode. In today's episode, we delve into the realm of sales effectiveness and efficiency. Whether you're a seasoned sales professional or just starting your sales journey, this episode is packed with actionable tips and strategies to enhance your sales game. Join us as we explore practical tips, mindset shifts, and actionable steps that will set you on the path to sales success. Eric begins the episode by explaining that the main reason we need salespeople is to help people make a decision, he mentions how 10% of the people you connect with are going to be ready to buy and another 10% will never buy anything. He talks about how it's the 80% that we are after, the ones that are unsure of their decisions and need salespeople to help them cross over. He implores salespeople to stop being passive about what they do and to have the guts to ask a customer to make a decision during the call and not after. Eric talks about how the first thing you need to be successful in sales is to have a script, you have to know what you're going to say for the first few seconds of a call. Have a script and keep practicing it. The next thing is knowing the benefits, you have to know the benefits that the customer is going to get from your product/service. It has to be the bridge between where they are and where they want to be. Focus on the future result that will benefit your client, not the product itself. Whether it's pursuing our dreams, initiating positive change, or overcoming challenges, our thoughts and actions are the catalyst that propels us forward on the path of growth and fulfillment. Eric begins the episode by imploring others to listen to this episode with the intent of taking action because nothing will change unless you use the lessons you learn to do something. He impels others to believe that anything is possible and to stop and pause whenever you get these self-sabotaging thoughts that instantly comes when you entertain the idea of reaching for something good. Allow yourself to recognize that it's possible for you and visualize yourself doing it. The next thing Eric encourages you to believe is that you have the ability to take control of how you view and relate to every situation. Every situation comes with the seed to either help us learn or become a victim and it's up to us what seed we're going to choose. Even if we cannot control the situation, we can certainly control who we're being in that situation. If you want to hear more of these powerful affirmations, tune in for this episode. Welcome to today's episode where we will be discussing the topic of inspiring your team. As a leader, one of your most important responsibilities is to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their full potential. But how do you do that effectively? In this episode, Eric shares the story of his experience training sales leaders and 3 things you should do as a leader to inspire your team. Whether you're a new manager or have been leading a team for years, there are always ways to improve your leadership skills.Eric shares the realization of how leaders don't know why their people come to work when an audience asks him how to motivate a team of people who are so set in their ways, which leads us to the first thing you need to do which is know why they come to work.As leaders, you have to understand the reason behind why your people come to work and what they want to accomplish, have the conversations discussing their future plans because that's what's going to inspire them. Help guide them towards their goals. The second thing you need to do is to show them, not tell them. If you want your team to do what you want, do what you expect them to do first. Having your leader be with you and helping you accomplish things helps your team feel motivated to do what they need to. You have to set an example of what you want to see from your team.Lastly, have effective one-on-ones, something that is really crucial. Have one-on-ones not to discuss spreadsheets and numbers but to coach them and help them feel more committed. Allow them to discuss and find answers themselves by helping them through the process. If you want to know more details on how to inspire your team as a leader, tune in for this episode.Achieve your next level with Relentless Goal Achievers: https://relentlessgoalachievers.com/opt-inConnect with Eric: Be sure to connect with me in the Lead Sell Grow - The Human Experience Mastermind Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrow/Learn more about our services: www.TheGoalGuide.com Improve your sales and stay connected – Free Gifts Here https://shor.by/TheGoalGuideChapters:0:00 - Intro1:35 - Sales Training Presentation3:45 - Know why they come to work7:53 - Show them, don't tell them9:25 - Tommy Matty11:45 - Effective one-on-ones14:48 - Conclusion

Achieving your goals is a fulfilling experience that provides a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. However, it's not always easy, and it requires discipline, hard work, and perseverance. In this episode, Eric shares some tips and strategies, and how to use D.E.S.I.R.E to help you achieve your goals. D stands for dream, everything starts with a dream and your ability to imagine anything you want. In order to have it in our reality, you must first have it in your imagination. E stands for envision, you have to get clear on what it looks like and get a journal so you can take it from your imagination and turn it into something physical. You have to create a blueprint for what you want to achieve and what the end goal should look like. The S stands for simplify, if your goal seems too big and far to achieve, make it simpler. Come up with something that you can do every day that will take you closer and closer to your goal. If you want to find out what the rest of the acronym stands for, tune in for this episode. It is characterized by a persistent fear of being exposed as a fraud or feeling like you don't belong in your field or position. In this episode, Eric shares 4 things you can do to eliminate imposter syndrome. The reason why it happens in the first place is because our mind doesn't like change and wants to stay in the comfort zone, which leads us to what you need to do before the first step, which is to recognize it. You have to recognize it before you're able to start working on eliminating it. And the first step to eliminating it is by not comparing yourself to others, because you have a unique way of doing things that only you can do.
