Hunter cuts through the hype and highlights the core baits, jigheads, sizes, and profiles that consistently get bit in real-world conditions. Last years Pick'em champ Hunter Smith starts off his campaign strong as after a week he's got the best record on the podcast. A great slate of games this week makes for a tough Pick'em process. The AFC south is winless, the Browns and Giants won on week 1 and the Seahawks stand alone atop their division. Nothing was predictable about week 1 and week 2 looks to be shaping up the same way. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/fsports/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/fsports/support

So it was interesting to talk to Sam and Hunter about disruption. I'm fascinated. I like inviting people to my show because I love that leadership skills translate as they go across, you know, different kinds of work. They work in our home lives. So the thing that I noticed is, you know, a clear vision is still a good leadership skill. Best practices are still a good leadership style, and then bravery. We talked about getting arrested, putting your body on the line in this one. And I think both those things, not the getting arrested part in leadership, I hope for business. But I think that we put our bodies on the line when we have to give up going to the gym for our work or we aren't able to do as much self-care as we need. We're putting ourselves on the line day in and day out in leadership.I want to give you an assignment this week. I want you to think about what you want to disrupt in your world. And I want to challenge you to go experiment with disruption.Love the show? Subscribe, rate, review, and share! Here's How »Join The Experimental Leader community today:melanieparish.comYouTube
